NCT01527838
This trial is a prospective, open-label, single-arm trial of the safety of a single FT1050-treated CB unit for hematopoietic reconstitution after a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen for hematologic malignancies. A maximum of 40 eligible adult subjects will be enrolled and treated in the trial at approximately 2-4 centers within the U.S.
NCT00602277
This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of viral therapy in treating patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer that did not respond to platinum chemotherapy (phase II closed as of 1/7/2011). Viral therapy may be able to kill tumor cells without damaging normal cells.
NCT01174888
RATIONALE: Bortezomib and midostaurin may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as mitoxantrone hydrochloride, etoposide, and cytarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving bortezomib and midostaurin together with combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of bortezomib when given together with midostaurin with or without combination chemotherapy in treating patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia.
