NCT00161668
This study is designed to assess the safety of Mylotarg therapy in routine practice.
NCT00131313
This research study measures the safety and efficacy of the combination of three drugs that are approved, Nipent, Rituxan and Cytoxan in the treatment of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). These drugs are being given together for investigational purposes as the specific combination of these three drugs has not been approved for treatment of CLL by the FDA.
NCT00011453
We are investigating the role of an enzyme (NQO1) in protection against the bone marrow toxicity of the occupational and environmental toxicant benzene. All of the proposed studies involve use of human bone marrow cells in-vitro to define mechanisms of NQO1-mediated protection. Cells are obtained from healthy volunteers and protocols have undergone IRB review and approval.
NCT00273884
This protocol is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of amonafide in combination with cytarabine in subjects with previously untreated secondary AML.
NCT00191750
The purposes of this study are to determine 1) the safety of pemetrexed and any side effects that might be associated with it 2) whether pemetrexed can help patients with small cell lung cancer live longer 3) whether pemetrexed can make tumors smaller or disappear and for how long and 4) to see if patients feel better while taking pemetrexed
NCT00129948
This is a phase 2, single-arm, open-label, multi-center study to establish the safety and efficacy of Troxatyl™ (troxacitabine) administered as a continuous infusion for 5 days to subjects with AML.
NCT00042679
The purposes of this study are to determine the following: Whether LY900003 plus gemcitabine and carboplatin can make your tumor smaller or disappear, and for how long. If treatment with LY900003 plus gemcitabine and carboplatin can help you live longer. The safety of LY900003 plus gemcitabine and carboplatin and any side effects that might be associated with the combination of these three drugs. How LY900003 is distributed and broken down by your body when it is given with carboplatin and gemcitabine. Whether LY900003 affects the way gemcitabine and carboplatin are distributed and broken down by your body.
NCT00087542
The primary objective is to demonstrate that the investigational new drug, ACP-103, is well tolerated by, and will not worsen parkinsonism in, patients with Parkinson's disease and psychosis. The secondary objectives are to determine whether ACP-103 will ameliorate psychosis in patients with Parkinson's disease and whether ACP-103 is safe in Parkinson's disease patients taking multiple anti-parkinsonian medications.
NCT00062907
The purpose of this trial is to examine the safety and immunogenicity of a therapeutic vaccine regimen with recombinant DNA and adenovirus expressing L523S protein in patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer. The vaccine regimen will consist of two fixed doses of recombinant DNA (pVAX/L523S) followed by two doses of recombinant adenovirus (Ad/L523S). The trial will evaluate the dose escalation of Ad/L523S through three cohorts of patients.
NCT00034827
CI-1040 is an experimental drug that is being tested in patients who have advanced colorectal and lung cancer who failed no more than one prior chemotherapy regimen, breast cancer who have failed no more than 2 prior regimens and in patients with pancreatic cancer who have received no prior chemotherapy. CI-1040 is taken orally twice daily with meals. Patients are required to have blood tests periodically while receiving treatment and will be monitored closely throughout the trial for possible side effects and for response.
NCT00285675
The purpose of this study is to monitor the safety of continued DN-101 and docetaxel treatment for subjects previously enrolled in DN101-002 (ASCENT) or DN101-004 (NSCLC) Studies.
NCT00074867
The purpose of this study is to determine whether CP-547,632, an oral VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor is effective in the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal serous cancer, or fallopian tube cancer for patients who have failed first line platinum-based therapy and have a persistent rising CA-125.
NCT00457860
RATIONALE: The CAT-8015 immunotoxin can bind tumor cells and kill them without harming normal cells. This may be an effective treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL), or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL that has not responded to chemotherapy, surgery or radiation therapy. PURPOSE: Phase I dose escalation study to determine the maximum tolerated dose of CAT-8015 immunotoxin in treating patients who have chronic lymphocytic leukemia, prolymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that has not responded to treatment
NCT00462189
RATIONALE: The CAT-8015 immunotoxin can bind tumor cells and kill them without harming normal cells. This may be an effective treatment for hairy cell leukemia(HCL) that has not responded to chemotherapy, surgery or radiation therapy. PURPOSE: Phase I dose escalation study to determine the maximum tolerated dose of CAT-8015 immunotoxin in treating patients who have hairy cell leukemia (HCL) that has not responded to treatment.
