NCT01732796
The aim of the study is to confirm efficacy of treatment for 16 and 24 weeks in chronically infected HCV GT1b treatment naïve patients, including patients with compensated cirrhosis.
NCT01168856
This observational long-term follow-up study will assess the persistence of direct acting antiviral (DAA) resistant mutations and the durability of sustained virological response in patients with chronic hepatitis C who have participated in a Roche DAA treatment protocol. Up to 5 scheduled monitoring visits for blood sampling during an observational period of up to 36 months.
NCT00077636
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of different durations of treatment with PEGASYS combined with ribavirin in patients with CHC genotype 2 or 3 infection who have never previously received interferon (IFN) therapy. The anticipated time on study treatment is 3-12 months and the target sample size is 500+ individuals.
NCT02161939
The primary objective of this program is to provide DCV for 24 weeks to be given in combination with SOF to subjects with chronic hepatitis C with decompensated cirrhosis or post-liver transplant subjects with chronic hepatitis C recurrence with either advanced fibrosis or fibrosing cholestatic hepatitis and who have a serious or immediately life-threatening condition or experienced an event that has decreased their life expectancy to \<12 months, therefore, no research hypothesis will be tested and no specific endpoints are defined. However, safety data will be collected throughout the study as well as efficacy data
NCT02032888
A study of the efficacy and safety of the combination of daclatasvir and sofosbuvir in the treatment of hepatitis C virus and HIV coinfection.
NCT01125189
To establish that at least 1 dose of daclatasvir combined with standard of care (pegylated interferon and ribavirin) is safe and well tolerated and demonstrates extended rapid virologic response rates at least 35% greater than those with placebo.
NCT01170962
The purpose of this study is to determine whether BMS-790052 added to Peginterferon Alfa-2a and ribavirin can result in higher cure rates in patients who previously failed therapy and may have limited response to retreatment with Peginterferon Alfa-2a and ribavirin alone.
NCT01573351
The purpose of this study is to assess efficacy, as determined by the proportion of subjects with Sustained Virologic Response at Post-Treatment Week 12 (SVR12), defined as Hepatitis C virus (HCV) Ribonucleic acid (RNA) \< Limit of quantitation (LOQ) at post-treatment Week 12.
NCT02114151
The purpose of the study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of 12 weeks of simeprevir (150 mg qd) in combination with sofosbuvir (400 mg qd) in chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 infected men and women with cirrhosis who are HCV treatment-naïve or treatment-experienced.
NCT01728324
The aim of the study is to confirm efficacy and safety of treatment with 600 mg of BID BI 207127 in combination with 120 mg QD FDV and RBV for 16 or 24 weeks in target chronically infected HCV GT1b treatment naïve patients, including patients with compensated cirrhosis.
NCT00983957
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of BMS-790052 on the pharmacokinetics of Ortho Tri-Cyclen® in healthy female subjects.
NCT01087944
This randomized, cross-over, open label study will compare the tolerability and handling of application of peginterferon alfa-2a \[Pegasys\] by autoinjector versus pre-filled syringe in patients with chronic hepatitis C, either on treatment with peginterferon alfa-2a for at least 12 weeks or treatment-naïve for peginterferon alfa-2a. Patients will be randomized to self-injection of 180mcg peginterferon alfa-2a once a week using either an autoinjector or a prefilled syringe for 3 weeks, then switch to use the other method of injection for another 3 weeks. Anticipated time on study treatment is 6 weeks. Target sample size is \<100 patients.
NCT01856426
The purpose of this study is, to assess whether EDP239 can reduce the HCV viral load in HCV gentotype-1 in chronically infected subjects and to further evaluate the safety profile of EDP239.
NCT01257204
To identify a shorter duration of antiviral therapy (12 or 16 weeks) for the combination of daclatasvir with pegylated interferon alfa-2a and ribavirin.
NCT01193361
At least 1 dose of BMS-791325 can be identified which is safe, well tolerated, and efficacious when combined with peg-interferon alfa-2a (pegIFNα-2a)/ribavirin (RBV) for the treatment of treatment-naïve, chronically-infected hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 subjects
NCT00664625
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety profile and tolerability of single oral doses of BMS-791325 in subjects with chronic hepatitis C infection
NCT01830127
To assess the pharmacokenetic characteristics of 600 mg BID BI 207127 / 120 mg QD faldaprevir /ribavirin in a small number of GT1b HCV infected patients with mild hepatic impairment (CPA) (Arm 1) versus 400 mg BID BI 207127 / 120 mg QD faldaprevir /ribavirin in a small number of GT1b HCV infected patients with moderate hepatic impairment (CPB) (Arm 2).
NCT01204762
At least 1 dose of pegIFNλ will be identified which is safe, well tolerated, and efficacious for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection (CHB) Amendment 7, Part B Sub Study: The primary purpose of this amendment is to obtain preliminary data on the safety of pegylated interferon Lambda (Lambda) when administered in combination with Entecavir(ETV) to patients with hepatitis E antigen-positive (HBeAg-positive) chronic hepatitis B(CHB) infection employing a sequential therapy approach
NCT00087594
This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of PEGASYS plus ribavirin in previous intravenous (iv) drug users who have CHC and are currently enrolled in a methadone maintenance treatment program. The anticipated time on study treatment is 1-2 years, and the target sample size is \<100 individuals.
