In this clinical phase I, non-randomized, open-label, uncontrolled, interventional, multi-center trial, 20 adult subjects (≥ 18 years of age) with advanced non-melanoma skin cancers will receive a fixed dose of 0.1 mg of IFx-Hu2.0 intralesionally as monotherapy in up to three lesions at up to three time points. Subjects will be observed for any acute adverse events (AEs) post injection and for any delayed AEs at Day 28, 35 and/or 42 ± 7 days, depending on the cohort (exposure escalation and expansion design).

This pilot clinical trial studies the side effects and how well cetuximab before surgery works in treating patients with skin cancer that forms, grows, and spreads quickly and has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes. Monoclonal antibodies, such as cetuximab, may block tumor growth in different ways be targeting certain cells. Giving cetuximab before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.

RATIONALE: Photodynamic therapy uses light and drugs that make cancer cells more sensitive to light to kill tumor cells. This may be effective treatment for skin cancer and cancer that is metastatic to the skin. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy in treating patients who have either squamous cell or basal cell carcinoma of the skin or solid tumors metastatic to the skin.

The study is designed to be able to prove if the Molemap Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithm can be used as a diagnostic aid in a clinical setting. This study will determine whether the diagnostic accuracy of the Molemap AI algorithm is comparable to a specialist dermatologist, teledermatologist and registrar (as a surrogate for a general practitioner). The study patient population will be adult patients who require skin cancer assessment. The use of AI as a diagnostic aid may assist primary care physicians who have variable skill in skin cancer diagnosis and lead to more appropriate referrals (rapid referral for lesions requiring treatment and fewer referrals for benign lesions), thereby improving access and reducing waiting times for specialist care.

This is a randomized, phase II, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with planned crossover to the intervention arm after 1 year. Consenting patients with CLL who have had at least one NMSC diagnosed in the past year will be randomized to receive either oral nicotinamide 500 mg twice daily (BID) for 1 year or oral placebo 1 tablet twice daily for 1 year. Patients will be stratified according to CLL therapy and the number of prior NMSC. At the end of 1 year, patients will undergo dermatologic examination and the number of new NMSC will be quantified. The number of patients who develop new NMSC in each arm will be documented. At this time, patients will be unblinded and all patients will receive Nicotinamide 500 mg BID for an additional year. At the end of this second year, patients will again undergo dermatologic examination, and the number of new NMSC will be quantified. The number of patients who develop NMSC will be documented. Skin biopsies will be taken for correlative studies. Enrollment will be split into two parts separated by an interim analysis. Part 1 will accrue 40 patients: 20 to each arm. After 40 patients have completed their 12 month visit an interim futility analysis will be conducted prior to recruiting more patients. The study will stop if the difference in the number of patients with NMSC between control and treatment arms is 0 or less (i.e., absolutely no evidence that the treatment is better than control). If the trial is not stopped, the investigators will proceed with Part 2 and recruit 46 more patients.

The main questions it aims to answer are: * To create a biobank with samples of human body material (HBM): blood (serum/plasma/DNA) and tissue and clinical data of patients with cutaneous melanoma and non-melanoma. * To support future research questions (after specific approval of the Ethics Committee) by using the biobank (through satellite protocols). If there is a comparison group: Not applicable (umbrella protocol for collection only). Participants will: * Share demographics, medical and surgical history, risk factors. * Complete Cancer Worry Scale questionnaire. * Provide biological samples: * Blood samples (serum, plasma, DNA). * Tissue samples (residual tissue or additional biopsy if consented).

In this study, we want to find out how likely it is for temozolomide to shrink melanoma tumors that have spread only to areas that could be removed by surgery. We also want to study the melanoma before and after temozolomide treatment to learn why some tumors respond and others do not. This is a Phase II trial. This means that it will test a drug - in this case, temozolomide -- that has already been studied and shown to be safe. Surgery, when possible, is the main treatment for patients with melanoma like yours. In most people, however, melanoma cells have already spread to other places in the body. This means that even with surgery, many people will have the melanoma come back. This is often fatal. One goal of this trial is to treat the melanoma cells that might have spread before they have a chance to grow. As part of this trial, we also study which genes are turned on and which genes are turned off in your tumor. We will obtain tumor from the biopsy done before you started temozolomide treatment and from the tumor removed during the surgery done after you finish temozolomide treatment. This may help us understand how temozolomide works and how to recognize which tumors will respond. Before and during the temozolomide treatment, we will also test a new way of measuring the amount of tumor present. This involves a special way of analyzing the CT scan which you will have anyway. This new technique may allow us to see tumor shrinkage very early in the treatment course.

The proposed study is a Multiphase Optimization Strategy (MOST) that uses factorial experiments to evaluate individual and combined effects of intervention components to improve intervention efficiency. The study team anticipates enrolling a total of 528 undergraduate students (\>18 years) into the trial to identify intervention approaches that eliminate sunburn, and secondarily to motivate sun protection and discourage tanning. The study team will test personalized risk components: 1) UV Photo, 2) Action Plan, and 3) MC1R Testing. A full factorial experiment will be conducted to test which of the proposed components or their combinations eliminate sunburn over one year. The study team will also examine effects of the intervention on secondary outcomes. Study assessments will be completed at 4 time points: baseline, 1-month post-intervention, 4-months post-intervention, and 15-months post-intervention.

RATIONALE: Biological therapies such as imiquimod use different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing. It is not yet known if topical imiquimod is more effective than surgery in treating basal cell skin cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying how well topical imiquimod works compared to surgery in treating patients with basal cell skin cancer.

Chemoprevention therapy is the use of certain drugs to try to prevent the development of or recurrence of cancer. T4N5 liposomal lotion may be effective preventing the recurrence of nonmelanoma skin cancer in patients who have undergone a kidney transplant.

The investigators seek to evaluate the effectiveness of fractional laser therapy and tirbanibulin ointment to treat squamous and basal cell carcinomas. This will be executed by using both thulium and erbium lasers on previously biopsy-confirmed SCCs and BCCs and applying bulk heating methods. Then, depending on the level of invasiveness, subjects may be instructed to apply the ointment over the course of five nights immediately following the treatment. The intention of this study is to minimize the need for invasive surgical procedures so as to optimize the cosmetic appearance, and provide a treatment option that is beneficial for a wide range of individuals.

Isotretinoin may be effective in preventing the development or recurrence of skin cancer. PURPOSE: Clinical trial to study the effectiveness of isotretinoin in preventing or slowing the growth of skin cancer in patients who have xeroderma pigmentosum or basal cell carcinoma.

Transplant recipients have a high risk to develop skin malignancies. This effect depends on the one hand on the immunosuppressive drugs themselves and relates on the other hand on the dosage. Based on the encouraging results of previous, retrospective studies on patients treated with Sirolimus (SRL), these patients should be switched to an immunosuppressive regime including SRL, decreasing the dosage of calcineurin-inhibitors or converting from former immunosuppression. A conversion to a SRL-based therapy is effective in immunosuppression and safe regarding graft and patient survival. This study was designed to assess whether a switch to a SRL-immunosuppressive therapy decreases the incidence/reoccurrence of skin neoplasm.
