NCT07029178
This is a single-center, double-blind, randomized controlled study. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 80 cases each. From the first day of radiotherapy to the end of radiotherapy, the experimental group was treated with 24 grams of taurine granule (containing 4.8 grams of taurine) before each day's radiotherapy. The control group was treated with the same amount of placebo.
NCT02508389
The purpose of the phase 2, GT-201 clinical study is to determine if GC4419 administered prior to intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) reduces the incidence, duration, and severity of radiation induced oral mucositis in patients who have been diagnosed with locally advanced, non-metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
NCT04292990
The primary purpose of this study is to explore the significance of analgesic treatment for radiation-induced oral mucositis pain in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy, and to compare the analgesic effect of morphine controlled-release tablets with that of fentanyl transdermal patch. Half of participants will receive morphine controlled-release tablets, while the other half will receive fentanyl transdermal patch.
