Gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel are one standard of care for metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma (mPDAC) but the progression free survival (PFS) of the regimen is only 5.5 months. Previous phase II study showed gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel plus cisplatin had a PFS of 10.1 months in mPDAC. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of gemcitabine, nab-paclitaxel plus S-1/LV (GASL) against gemcitabine, nab-paclitaxel plus oxaliplatin (GAP) in patients with mPDAC.

This study is to determine first the appropriate dose of lenalidomide to administer in combination with fixed doses of obinutuzumab in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma patients. In a second step, this study aims to determine the efficacy of this combination in 3 separate populations: relapsed/refractory aggressive lymphoma (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma: cohort 1), relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (cohort 2) and previously untreated follicular lymphoma (cohorts 3 and 4).

The 1635-EORTC-BTG study - Wait or Treat - concerns patients that represent a clinically favorable group of patients with IDHmutated astrocytoma (oligo-symptomatic), without a need for immediate post-operative treatment. It will establish whether early adjuvant treatment with radiotherapy and adjuvant temozolomide in resected IDHmutated astrocytoma will improve outcome, and whether benefits of early treatment outweigh potential side-effects of that, such as deterioration in neurocognitive function or Quality of Live, seizure activity and Patient Reported outcome compared to active surveillance.

The prognosis of PTCL (except early stage ALK+ ALCL) is dismal. Previous study showed that single agent lenalidomide showed promising therapeutic activity in patients with relapsed or refractory PTCL. The investigators therefore design this phase II study to investigate the safety and efficacy of lenalidomide in combination with CHOP in patients with treatment-naive PTCL.
