The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of the NOVA intracranial drug-eluting stent system in "real world" patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about efficacy and safety of dual antiplatelet therapy in ischemic stroke with intracranial artery stenosis. The main question it aims to answer are: whether aspirin combined with clopidogrel for 3 month is better than 1 months for patients with non-cardiogenic cerebral infarction with intracranial artery stenosis. Participants will get dual antiplatelet therapy (aspirin plus clopidogrel) for 1 month or 3 months within 7 days of the first stroke. Researchers will compare experimental group (3 months dual antiplatelet therapy) with comparison group (1 month dual antiplatelet therapy), to see if experimental group would reduce stroke recurrence or mortality, and increase bleeding and other adverse prognosis.

In non-acute symptomatic ischemic stroke, the decision-making of medical treatment plus intracranial stenting has been more and more popular, especially in patients with intracranial large severe stenosis or occlusive artery. Nonetheless, there is no evidence from randomized controlled trials evaluating the efficacy of this treatment after the Wingspan Stent System Post Market Surveillance (WEAVE) and Wingspan One Year Vascular Imaging Events and Neurologic Outcomes (WOVEN) trial compared with medical treatment alone. This trial was to investigate whether medical treatment plus intracranial stenting would prevent the recurrent ischemic stroke in the territory of the symptomatic intracranial artery during 1-year follow-up.

This study will seek to identify the compound(s) in garlic that is (are) responsible for its ability to prevent the formation of blood clots (prevent platelet aggregation) and to determine the maximally effective dose and duration of the benefits. This study will also determine whether "cooked" garlic (garlic powder added to boiling water, no allicin present) is as effective as "fresh" garlic (garlic powder added to ambient water, high allicin present) and, if more than one compound is involved, and whether their combined effects are more significant than the effects of each compound alone.
