NCT06978140
Decisions during drinking (D3) is randomized clinical feasibility trial assessing whether health-related materials created for young adults who want to have more positive experiences if they decide to drink alcohol are acceptable and usable. Enrolled participants will be randomized to receive the health-related messages in 5-7 online modules over the 20-30 days or to only receive assessments. Those randomized to receive the intervention will also receive text-messages with health message content during the 20-30 days. After completing the intervention, participants will report on the usability and acceptability of the material, which is the main outcome. For secondary outcomes, participants in both the intervention and control will report on their drinking and drinking-related consequences in the post-intervention questionnaire (or 30 days after initial questionnaire for control participants) and 1 month later.
NCT02616562
This trial is conducted globally. The aim of the trial is to investigate efficacy and safety of once-weekly NNC0195-0092 treatment compared to daily growth hormone treatment (Norditropin® FlexPro®) in growth hormone treatment naïve pre-pubertal children with growth hormone deficiency. The main trial period will consist of 26 weeks of treatment, followed by a 26 week extension period.
NCT04964934
The study is intended to show superiority of AZD9833 in combination with CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib, abemaciclib or ribociclib) versus aromatase inhibitors (anastrozole or letrozole) in combination with CDK4/6 inhibitor in patients with hormone receptor-positive (HR-positive), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-negative) metastatic breast cancer with detectable ESR1 mutation.
NCT06667076
The primary purpose of the study is to assess how well amivantamab in combination with lazertinib or in combination with chemotherapy works (antitumor activity) in participants with epidermal growth factor receptor mutated (EGFRm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC; that is one of the major types of lung cancer).
NCT05222555
This is an open-label, multicentre study too Evaluate the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of a Modified Tafasitamab IV Dosing Regimen Combined with Lenalidomide (LEN) in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) who have had at least one, but no more than three prior systemic regimens and who are not eligible for high dose chemotherapy (HDC) with autologous stem-cell transplantation (ASCT) at the time of study entry.
NCT03832998
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab in migraine prevention in children (6 to \<12 years) and adolescents (12 to \<18 years) with chronic migraine. The study hypothesis is that in pediatric participants with chronic migraine, the combined erenumab dose group has a greater reduction from baseline to week 9 through week 12 (month 3) in monthly migraine days (MMDs) when compared with placebo in the double-blind treatment phase (DBTP).
NCT04586426
The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended Phase 2 regimen(s) (RP2R\[s\]) and schedule for the study treatment (Part 1), to characterize the safety of the RP2R(s) for the study treatment (Part 2) and to evaluate the anticancer activity of talquetamab + teclistamab in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and extramedullary disease (EMD) (Part 3).
NCT03652064

ZetaMet™ is percutaneously implanted into the bone defect created by the metastatic tumor in a spinal vertebral body. ZetaMet™ is only for implantation into the vertebral body.
NCT03918915
Myopia, or nearsightedness, is the most common eye disorder, often affecting more than 40% of adults in Europe, Asia and the USA. Severe myopia is associated with an increased risk of developing other eye conditions such as glucoma, cataracts and retinal detachment, which may lead to blindness. Early treatment of myopia in children could help slow the condition and minimize the risk of complications later in life. This study investigates the use of SYD-101, an eye solution, in slowing-down the progression of myopia in children.
