NCT05882045
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of retatrutide once weekly in participants with obesity and established cardiovascular disease (CVD). The study will last about 113 weeks.
NCT02684006
This is a phase 3 randomized trial evaluating the anti-tumor activity and safety of avelumab in combination with axitinib and of sunitinib monotherapy, administered as first-line treatment, in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma
NCT03104699
This is a 2-part trial: a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation study in participants with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors, with a consecutive Phase 2 expansion to evaluate efficacy in participants with recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic (advanced) cervical cancer that has progressed after a platinum-based treatment regimen.
NCT07088419
The objective is to estimate the efficacy of tinidazole for the treatment of Mycoplasma genitalium (MG) among male patients who have been diagnosed with non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU) at the Public Health - Seattle \&King County (PHSKC) Sexual Health Clinic (SHC). Tinidazole was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in May 2004 to treat other infections (i.e., trichomoniasis, giardiasis, amebiasis, bacterial vaginosis) but has not been systematically tested for effectiveness against M. genitalium. The dosing that the investigators are proposing does not significantly increase the risk associated with taking tinidazole and this investigation meets criteria for an IND exemption.
NCT05309733
VOR33 long-term follow-up (LTFU) study
NCT06585150
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug, obeldesivir (ODV; GS-5245), and how safe and effective it is in treating nonhospitalized adults with acute respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. The researchers want to see if obeldesivir can help participants' symptoms get better faster. The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of ODV in reducing the duration of symptoms and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ODV in nonhospitalized adult participants with acute RSV infection.
NCT05237258
This research study is evaluating whether primary palliative care is an alternative strategy to specialty palliative care for improving quality of life, symptoms, mood, coping, and end of life outcomes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
NCT05750498
The Autoimmune Liver disease Network for Kids (A-LiNK) is a multi-institutional group with the mission to deliver the best care to kids with pediatric autoimmune liver disease (AILD). This study will establish a shared clinical registry and a learning health network for the participating sites focusing on collecting and transmitting clinical measurement data, information about processes, and participation in an improvement collaborative. Pediatric Autoimmune Hepatitis (AIH) and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), represent a spectrum of AILD which present unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.A lack of accepted guidelines for disease monitoring or symptom management results in wide treatment variation with liver transplants indicated in refractory, progressive disease. The aims of A-LiNK are to: 1.) Create a learning health network focused on patient-centered outcomes research characterized by transparent sharing among centers, common priorities, and feasible plans for implementing new practices; 2) shift from traditional investigator-driven study to a patient and family-centered approach, and 3.) improve clinical outcomes and quality of life for pediatric AILD patients.
NCT01594723
The primary purpose of this study is to measure the response rate in participants with the myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), or myelofibrosis (MF) when treated with LY2784544, including those who have demonstrated an intolerance to, failure of primary response to, or have demonstrated disease progression while on ruxolitinib.
NCT05435066
This is a prospective, multi-center, observational study with a collection of biospecimens and clinical data from approximately 10,000 participants from up to 125 clinical network sites and locations in the United States. The objective of this study is to collect blood samples, tissue samples, and associated clinical data from participants with a variety of solid tumor and hematologic cancers and non-cancer participants for testing and the development of a screening test for early cancer detection.
NCT06935461
This is an unblinded, feasibility study of an adapted positive parenting intervention to be carried out in a small sample (n=12 dyads) of young children with FASD and their primary caregiver in King County, WA.
NCT05365776
Concussions are very common. Although many people recover well from concussion, some will have persistent symptoms and difficulties with daily activities. How people cope with their symptoms following concussion powerfully influences their recovery. Fear avoidance behaviour is a particularly unhelpful approach to coping, in which people perceive their pre-injury activities as unnecessarily dangerous and take great care to avoid overexertion and overstimulation. The investigators developed and pilot tested a behavioural therapy, called graded exposure therapy, to reduce fear avoidance behaviour. Our preliminary work suggested that graded exposure therapy was acceptable to patients with concussion and possibly beneficial for their recovery. The GET FAB after concussion study will assess the effectiveness of graded exposure therapy.
NCT05906628
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ruxolitinib cream in adult participants with diagnosis of chronic hand eczema (CHE) and moderate to severe disease activity (Investigator's Global Assessement (IGA) of CHE score 3 or 4).
NCT06559163
This study aims to examine the efficacy and safety of obexelimab in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
NCT06537414
The study is intended to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2 different doses of DAP/TOM followed by bepirovirsen in participants living with CHB on standard of care nucleos(t)ide analogue (NA) therapy. The study also aims to identify an optimal dose of DAP/TOM for sequenced therapy with bepirovirsen for further clinical development and to assess the contribution of DAP/TOM to the sequential regimen.
NCT04864392
The study will determine the optimal dosing regimen of LNA043 in patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA).
NCT05966493
This study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NEXAGON® (lufepirsen ophthalmic gel) (NEXAGON) in subjects with persistent corneal epithelial defects (PCED). The objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NEXAGON in this population.
NCT05443724
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the long-term safety and tolerability of oral emraclidine in adult participants with schizophrenia.
NCT04026412
The primary purpose of the study is to compare the effectiveness of nivolumab plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) followed by nivolumab plus ipilimumab vs CCRT followed by durvalumab in participants with untreated Locally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (LA NSCLC).
NCT03909165
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of sugammadex (MK-8616) for reversal of both moderate and deep neuromuscular blockade (NMB) in pediatric participants aged birth to \<2 years. The primary hypothesis of this study is that sugammadex is superior to neostigmine in reversing moderate NMB as measured by time to neuromuscular recovery.
