NCT01339559
This is a Phase 3, open label, long term follow-up (LTFU), multicenter, noncomparative, and single arm study of brivaracetam (BRV).
NCT01041638
This phase III trial is studying the side effects of giving monoclonal antibody Ch14.18 together with sargramostim, aldesleukin, and isotretinoin after autologous stem cell transplant in treating patients with neuroblastoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as Ch14.18, may find tumor cells and help kill them. Colony-stimulating factors, such as sargramostim, may increase the number of immune cells found in bone marrow or peripheral blood. Aldesleukin may stimulate the white blood cells to kill tumor cells. Isotretinoin may help neuroblastoma cells become more like normal cells, and to grow and spread more slowly. Giving monoclonal antibody Ch14.18 with sargramostim, aldesleukin, and isotretinoin after autologous stem cell transplant may be an effective treatment for neuroblastoma.
NCT00793598
This was a randomized, double-blind, multiple-dose placebo-controlled study of oral brincidofovir (BCV) in hematopoietic stem cell transplant and renal transplant recipients with BK virus viruria.
NCT00931944
This is an open-label, multi-center study designed to extend the evaluation of the safety, tolerability, and clinical effects of oral administration of KNS-760704 in patients with ALS.
NCT02367196
CC-90002-ST -001 is an open-label, Phase 1, dose escalation clinical study in subjects with advanced, refractory solid and hematologic cancers.
NCT03404219
Social impairment contributes to more severe symptoms, higher rates of hospitalization, and increased disability in persons with schizophrenia. In this study the investigators will develop a smartphone application and test its impact on improving real-world social functioning in persons with schizophrenia. Findings from this study will allow researchers and clinicians to better understand ways to improve social skills and social motivation, two common problems in the daily lives of persons with schizophrenia. The investigators hope this mobile phone-based support application will ultimately contribute to increased access to effective treatments for social functioning in this population.
NCT02981368
This study evaluates the safety and diagnostic performance of 18F-DCFPyL Injection in patients with at least high risk prostate cancer who are planned for radical prostatectomy with lymphadenectomy (Cohort A) or in patients with locally recurrent or metastatic disease willing to undergo biopsy (Cohort B). Cohort B is complete and no longer recruiting subjects.
NCT02041299
This research is being done so that we can look at the safety and efficacy of deferiprone in people with sickle cell disease or other anemias. Deferiprone is a drug that removes iron from the body. We will be comparing deferiprone with deferoxamine, another drug that removes iron from the body.
NCT03779958
Patients will be asked to use a mobile phone app to conduct their hand therapy after having hand surgery.
NCT03909373
Validation of the Patient Specific Functional Scale in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome
NCT02087306
This was a Phase 3 open-label, non-randomized, multicenter study of oral brincidofovir (BCV) administered twice weekly for the treatment of adenovirus (AdV) infection detected during asymptomatic AdV viremia or during symptomatic AdV infection.
NCT00703820
The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility and efficacy of a novel form of therapy-haploidentical NK cell transplantation-in patients with standard-risk AML. In addition, we will investigate the efficacy of clofarabine + cytarabine (Clo/AraC) in newly diagnosed patients with AML and attempt to optimize outcome through the use of MRD-adapted therapy and further improvements in supportive care.
NCT03426345
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of relamorelin compared to placebo in participants with diabetic gastroparesis. Participants will report daily severity scores of their diabetic gastroparesis symptoms.
NCT02058550
This randomized, pilot phase I trial studies whether phone or email reminders increases vaginal dilator use in patients with endometrial, cervical, or vaginal cancers after they undergo brachytherapy. Brachytherapy is a type of internal radiation which uses radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor to kill tumor cells. A reminder program may help increase use of vaginal dilators and decrease long-term side effects following brachytherapy.
NCT03116230
The objective of this study is complete a longitudinal cross-over clinical study to investigate the effect of treatments for knee pathology, including cutaneous stimulation (skin vibration and soft knee brace), on locomotion tasks (i.e. walking, jogging, stair ascending and descending), muscle function, and pain/function.
NCT03358290
Study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of JTE-051 administered for 12 weeks in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
NCT04246632
This non-significant risk pilot study is designed to evaluate safety and performance of the CapsoCam® Colon capsule endoscope in patients who meet the eligibility criteria and are scheduled for colonoscopy.
NCT01487109
This study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of treatment with CTP-499 for 24 weeks in patients with chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetic nephropathy and who are currently receiving treatment with an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) and/or angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB).
NCT02452476
A multicenter, double blind, randomized, single dose, active-controlled study to investigate the efficacy and safety of synthetic surfactant (CHF 5633) in comparison to porcine surfactant (Poractant alfa, Curosurf ®) in the treatment of preterm neonates with respiratory distress syndrome. Main objectives of this study are to investigate the short term efficacy profile of CHF 5633 vs. porcine surfactant (Poractant Alfa, Curosurf®) in terms of reduced oxygen requirement and ventilatory support and to evaluate the mid-term efficacy profile in terms of reduced incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and mortality/BPD rate at 36 weeks post menstrual age (PMA), mortality rate at 28 days and 36 weeks PMA, RDS-associated mortality through 14 days of age and other major co-morbidities of prematurity. Inclusion criteria are: Written parental informed consent, inborn preterm neonates of either sex with a gestational age of 24+0 weeks up to 29+6 weeks, clinical course consistent with RDS, requirement of endotracheal surfactant administration within 24 hours from birth, fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) ≥0.30 for babies 24+0 to 26+6 weeks and FiO2 ≥0.35 for babies 27+0 to 29+6 weeks to maintain arterial oxygen saturation by pulse oximetry (SpO2) between 88-95%.
NCT04260152
This double blind, randomized, split mouth study evaluates the non-inferiority of Geistlich Fibro-Gide® in comparison to connective tissue graft for the treatment of Miller Class I or II recession defects at 6 months post treatment.
