NCT04565366
The overall goal of Transforming Research and Clinical Knowledge in Spinal Cord Injury (TRACK-SCI) study is to determine the relationships among the clinical, neuroimaging, cognitive, genetic and proteomic biomarker characteristics of acute traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). TRACK-SCI seeks to combine high quality care variables with high density physiology data collection to better understand diagnose, characterize, and track the temporal profile of recovery for SCI patients. The Investigators are enrolling patients within 24 hours of injury who present to a TRACK-SCI site with a spinal cord injury that meets eligibility criteria.
NCT05369000
This is a phase 1, first-in-human study to evaluate Safety, Tolerability, PK, PD, Immunogenicity, and Antitumor Activity of LAVA-1207 alone or with low dose interleukin-2 or Pembrolizumab, in patients with therapy refractory metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer.
NCT05349721
This study will assess the efficacy and safety of PTC857 treatment in participants diagnosed with ALS.
NCT05757583
This is a single-center study of 80 subjects with asthma including those with obesity and metabolic dysfunction (MD), those with obesity and without metabolic dysfunction, those with severe asthma and mucus plugging and those with severe asthma and without mucus plugging. Screening data will be reviewed to determine participant eligibility. Participants who meet all inclusion criteria will participate in a cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) visit to compare lung function markers and change in oxygen saturation between obese patients with and without MD and severe asthma patients with and without mucus plugging.
NCT05398341
The purpose of the Bridge Registry is to assess real-world performance of the FDA approved BEAR Implant.
NCT05315297
Long-Term Objective: Determine if high-frequency PEMF therapy reduces pain in patients with thumb carpometacarpal (CMC) joint osteoarthritis (OA). Study Design and Methods: This will be a randomized controlled pilot study with 60 subjects with CMC OA randomly divided in two groups. Thirty subjects will receive high-frequency PEMF therapy overlying the CMC joint overnight daily for four weeks. The other 30 subjects will receive a sham PEMF therapy device applied to the same joint overnight daily for four weeks. Pain and function questionnaires will be obtained for all patients at enrollment, four weeks, and six weeks.
NCT06192927
This study is testing a drug called TenoMiR that is being developed for the treatment of tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The study drug is a new compound that works by improving the quality of the collagen which helps repair damage to the elbow. The study drug is being developed in the hope of providing a more reliable treatment than those currently available and can be given at the time of first diagnosis, so that recovery can begin as soon as possible. The study drug has been tested in humans in an earlier study, and appeared to be safe and well-tolerated. This study aims to test the study drug in a larger number of participants.
NCT05837845
In partnership with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Palo Alto Health Care System and Stanford University, this study aims to evaluate clinical outcomes, assess implementation feasibility, and health economics of MDMA-assisted Cognitive Processing Therapy (MDMA-aCPT) in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Through a randomized comparison of MDMA-aCPT versus Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a VA gold standard treatment for PTSD, the proposed study will set the stage for understanding the potential use and application of MDMA-aCPT for PTSD within the VA system.
NCT03122730
The purpose of the Phase 2a study is to: 1) demonstrate that the estimated VentaProst dose is safe and equivalent in effect to a dose administered via epoprostenol aerosolization by the current off-label-use practice; and 2) demonstrate that an optimum effect can be rapidly obtained with VentaProst titration.
NCT04122248
The M6-C Post Approval Study is a long term follow-up study of subjects previously enrolled and treated in the M6-C Artificial Cervical Disc IDE Study.
NCT06559163
This study aims to examine the efficacy and safety of obexelimab in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
NCT04011722
The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the acute safety and effectiveness of the next-generation Navitor (Portico™ NG) Transcatheter Aortic Heart Valve as assessed by the rate of all-cause mortality at 30 days and the rate of moderate or greater paravalvular leak at 30 days in a high or extreme surgical risk patient population to support CE (Conformité Européenne) Mark and FDA approval.
NCT02684006
This is a phase 3 randomized trial evaluating the anti-tumor activity and safety of avelumab in combination with axitinib and of sunitinib monotherapy, administered as first-line treatment, in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma
NCT05525520
This phase 2 trial will evaluate the effects of EP547 in subjects with cholestatic pruritus due to Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) or Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC)
NCT05906628
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ruxolitinib cream in adult participants with diagnosis of chronic hand eczema (CHE) and moderate to severe disease activity (Investigator's Global Assessement (IGA) of CHE score 3 or 4).
NCT03104699
This is a 2-part trial: a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation study in participants with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors, with a consecutive Phase 2 expansion to evaluate efficacy in participants with recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic (advanced) cervical cancer that has progressed after a platinum-based treatment regimen.
NCT03535740
The primary purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of brigatinib by confirmed objective response rate (ORR) by response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors \[RECIST\]), in participants with ALK+ locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC whose disease has progressed on therapy with alectinib or ceritinib.

NCT05763953
NODE-202 is a Phase 2, multicenter, multinational, single dose, open-label, 2-part, sequential design study in pediatric patients with an established diagnosis of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) presenting with a symptomatic episode of PSVT. In Part 1, at least 30 patients aged 12 to \<18 years will be enrolled and treated with etripamil nasal spray (NS). Efficacy, safety, tolerability and PK (for at least 12 patients) will be assessed after administration of 70 mg etripamil NS (Part 1A).
