NCT00853385
This is a comparative study of CP 690,550, Humira (adalimumab) and placebo on background methotrexate in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The study is intended to provide evidence of the efficacy and safety of CP 690,550 when dosed 5 mg and 10 mg twice a day on background methotrexate in adult patients with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is intended to confirm the benefits of CP-690,550 in improving signs and symptoms and physical function that were observed in Rheumatoid Arthritis. An active comparator, adalimumab, is also included.
NCT01110720
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of davunetide for the treatment of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.
NCT00613002
This study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study of the safety and efficacy of LibiGel® 300mcg in the treatment of HSDD in surgically menopausal women
NCT00657501
This study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center study of the safety and efficacy of LibiGel 300mcg in the treatment of HSDD in surgically menopausal women.
NCT01256606
The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a blood test for pregnant women for detection of fetal aneuploidy.
NCT00768599
This is a 6-week clinical study (4 weeks of treatment, once per day, plus a 2-week follow-up period) of a topical foam to treat athlete's foot. The active ingredient in the foam -- econazole nitrate 1% -- is the same active pharmaceutical ingredient in a cream that your doctor can currently prescribe to treat athlete's foot. This study will help to understand if the foam works the same as the cream to treat athlete's foot.

NCT00901979
This study will assess the effect of LCQ when added to metformin.
NCT00507936
This study will compare the efficacy and the safety of ABT-894 (1mg, 2mg or 4mg capsules) administered BID to placebo in the treatment of DNP. Another treatment arm will be Duloxetine 60mg administered once daily (QD). Approximately 275 subjects will be enrolled into the study at approximately 50 sites in both the United States and Europe. The study will be divided into the following periods: Screening/Washout (21 days) followed by a Baseline Visit, an 8-week Treatment Period and a 1-week Follow-up Visit.
NCT00814307
This Phase 3 study is intended to provide evidence of the efficacy and safety of CP 690,550 when dosed 5 mg and 10 mg twice a day as monotherapy in adult patients with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is intended to confirm the benefits of CP-690,550 in improving signs and symptoms and physical function that were observed in the Phase 2 Rheumatoid Arthritis studies.
NCT00694382
The primary objective was to compare the efficacy of once daily subcutaneous injections of Semuloparin sodium (AVE5026) with placebo in the prevention of venous thromboembolism \[VTE\] in cancer patients at high risk for VTE and who were undergoing chemotherapy. The secondary objectives were to evaluate the safety of Semuloparin sodium (AVE5026), to document Semuloparin sodium (AVE5026) exposures, to try identifying a metagene predictor of VTE and to assess the survival status at one year in this population.
NCT00032357
Veterans Affairs Cooperative Study #410, The Iron and Atherosclerosis Trial, FeAST, a 24-hospital prospective randomized single-blinded clinical trial of graded iron reduction was conducted between May 1, 1999 and April 30, 2005, and has now been completed. A total of 1,277 primarily male participants with peripheral arterial disease were entered. The primary outcome was all cause mortality and the secondary outcome combined death plus non-fatal myocardial infarction (MI) and stroke.

NCT00357253
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Capecitabine may make tumor cells more sensitive to radiation therapy. Giving capecitabine together with radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of capecitabine when given together with radiation therapy in treating young patients with newly diagnosed, nonmetastatic brain stem glioma or high-grade glioma.
NCT00278954
The main objective of this study is to see if GAMMAPLEX is efficacious with respect to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) minimal requirements (no more than 1 serious, acute, bacterial infection per subject per year) in subjects with Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases (PID). The secondary objectives are to assess the safety and tolerability of GAMMAPLEX and to determine if GAMMAPLEX has a pharmacokinetic (PK) profile comparable with that of intact Immunoglobulin G (IgG) in subjects with PID.
