NCT00369317
This phase III trial is studying how well combination chemotherapy works in treating young patients with Down syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells.
NCT01986933

NCT02796261
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of eflornithine in combination with lomustine, compared to lomustine taken alone, in treating patients whose anaplastic astrocytoma has recurred/progressed after radiation and temozolomide chemotherapy.
NCT04561089
"This is a prospective, multi-center specimen collection study. Subjects 18 years of age or older who do not have symptoms of COVID-19 will be enrolled. Two nasal swab samples and one saliva sample will be collected from each subject. The saliva sample will be tested with the COVIDSeq Test and one nasal swab will be tested with an EUA approved COVID test. The other nasal swab sample will be stored and a subset (approximately 250 specimens) will be tested with the COVIDSeq Test. Results of all testing will be provided to the sponsor for statistical analysis. Positive results from COVIDSeq Test using saliva and/or the comparator EUA test will be provided to subjects so participants can be referred for further evaluation (outside the study). No medical treatment, guidance on treatment decisions, nor medical care will be provided. "
NCT01945775
The purpose of this open-label, 2:1 randomized phase III trial is to compare the safety and efficacy of talazoparib (also known as BMN 673) versus protocol-specific physician's choice in patients who have locally advanced and/or metastatic breast cancer with germline BRCA mutations.
NCT03463148
Subjects will be measured with both a sensor and a reference device
NCT02288897
This is an international multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled trial (RCT) of single-agent intralesional PV-10 versus systemic chemotherapy or intralesional oncolytic viral therapy to assess treatment of locally advanced cutaneous melanoma in patients who (1) are not candidates for targeted therapy and (2) are not candidates for an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Subjects in the comparator arm will receive the Investigator's choice of dacarbazine (DTIC), temozolomide (TMZ) or intralesional talimogene laherparepvec as determined by Investigator preference and standard of care in the Investigator's country or region. Effectiveness will be assessed by comparison of progression-free survival (PFS) between all intent-to-treat (ITT) subjects in the two study treatment arms.
NCT03029507
The proposed study is a cohort-randomized controlled trial of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-enhanced ShipShape (ACT+SS) compared to the standard ShipShape-only program, for overweight or obese Navy personnel. As a result of COVID-19, this study is now being conducted virtually.
NCT02660827
This study is a single-arm, multi-center, Home and Hotel Clinical Investigation in pediatric subjects with type 1 diabetes on insulin pump therapy. NCT03953079
Phase 2b, multicenter, visual examiner-masked, randomized active-controlled, parallel-arm design study to evaluate the safety and duration of repeated IVT injections of 3 dose levels of GB-102 compared with aflibercept.
NCT02046096
This prospective, multicenter, double-arm clinical study further evaluated the safety and effectiveness of Cook's commercially available inferior vena cava (IVC) filters (specifically, the Günther Tulip® Vena Cava Filter and Cook Celect® Vena Cava Filters) in patients in need of temporary or permanent IVC filter placement for the prevention of pulmonary embolism (PE).
NCT00407602
Investigational Phase of the Study: The objective of this feasibility study is to evaluate the safety and utility of the Argus II Retinal Stimulation System in providing visual function to blind subjects with retinitis pigmentosa.
