TVI-Brain-1 is being offered as a potential treatment option to a Named Patient (Emergency Use Authorization IND) for recurrent glioblastoma as there is no effective systemic treatment available for this disease or patient. TVI-Brain-1 is an experimental treatment that takes advantage of the fact that your body can produce immune cells, called 'killer' white blood cells that have the ability to kill large numbers of the cancer cells that are present in your body. TVI-Brain-1 is designed to generate large numbers of those 'killer' white blood cells and to deliver those cells into your body so that they can kill your cancer cells.

NCT04376684
OSCAR (Otilimab in Severe COVID-19 Related Disease) is a multi-center, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial to assess the efficacy and safety of otilimab for the treatment of severe pulmonary COVID-19 related disease. The study is being conducted in 2 parts (Part 1 and Part 2). Otilimab is a human monoclonal anti-granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) antibody that has not previously been tested in participants with severe pulmonary COVID-19 related disease in Part 1. The aim of this study is to evaluate the benefit-risk of a single infusion of otilimab in the treatment of hospitalized participants with severe COVID-19 related pulmonary disease with new onset hypoxia requiring significant oxygen support or requiring early invasive mechanical ventilation (less than or equal to \[\<=\] 48 hours before dosing). Participants will be randomized to receive a single intravenous (IV) infusion of otilimab or placebo, in addition to standard of care.
NCT03447314
GSK1795091 is being developed for administration in combination with other immune system modulators for the treatment of cancers. The study will be conducted in two parts. In Part 1, dose escalation will be performed to identify combination dose levels comprising GSK1795091 with either 24 milligrams (mg) GSK3174998 (Part 1a), 80 mg GSK3359609 (Part 1b), or 200 mg pembrolizumab (Part 1c). One dose level of GSK3174998, GSK3359609, or pembrolizumab with up to 5 dose levels of GSK1795091 are planned for evaluation. In Part 2 (dose-expansion), subjects will receive a single dose level of GSK1795091 as identified based on data from Part 1, in combination with either GSK3174998, GSK3359609, or pembrolizumab.
NCT04143594
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of lenacapavir (formerly GS-6207) containing regimens in people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) (PLWH).
NCT05052606
INSIGHTS is a registry research study that collects key information on medical history for girls and women with Turner syndrome and the clinical care they receive. The Main Hypothesis of this extension trial is that among those who have successfully discontinued their DMT as part of the DISCOMS trial (i.e. did not have a new MS relapse or brain MRI lesion) and remain off DMT after DISCOMS are at no greater risk of new or worsened MS disease activity compared to those who successfully continued their DMT as part of DISCOMS and remain on DMT, each assessed at least one year after termination of the primary DISCOMS study.
NCT05375955
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, how well the study medicine works, extent to which side effects can be tolerated, and how the study medicine is changed and eliminated from your body after you apply it on your skin. The study medicine is in ointment form. This study is seeking participants who If they have Atopic Dermatitis (AD): * Have a diagnosis for at least 3 months * Have a diagnosis of mild or moderate disease assessed using Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) * Have percent Body Surface Area (%BSA) covering 5% up to 40% * A Peak Pruritus Numerical Rating Scale (PP-NRS) average score of ≥2 during the screening period If they have plaque psoriasis (PsO): * Have a diagnosis for at least 6 months * Have a diagnosis of mild, moderate, or severe disease assessed using Physician's Global Assessment (PGA) * Have percent Body Surface Area (%BSA) covering 2% up to 20% All participants in this study will receive either 0.01% PF-07038124, 0.03% PF-07038124, or a vehicle ointment. In addition, some participants with PsO will receive 0.06% PF- PF-07038124. Participants will not know which dose level they have received. The participants will be randomly assigned to each dose group. PF-07038124 ointment will be applied topically to affected areas once daily. We will compare the experiences of people receiving the different dose levels of the ointment to those who receive the vehicle ointment. This will help us determine if PF-07038124 ointment is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for approximately 21 weeks. Participants will apply the study medicine once daily for 12 weeks followed by a safety follow-up period of 4-5 weeks from last application of study medicine to last visit.
