The objective of this study is to collect blood samples, tissue samples, and associated clinical data from participants with a variety of solid tumor and hematologic cancers and non-cancer participants for testing and the development of a screening test for early cancer detection.
NCT03939637
This is an investigator initiated, multicenter, open label, randomized phase 3 study for subjects with newly diagnosed ITP from ages 1 to less than 18 years old.
NCT07089940
This early phase I trial studies the biological activity of OMO-103 in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). OMO-103 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This trial may help researchers determine how exposure to OMO-103 changes pancreatic tumor cells.
NCT06815302
The goals of this clinical trial are to 1) learn how two different rehabilitation interventions for PD can reduce Freezing of Gait (FOG) in people with Parkinson's disease, as assessed by patients, clinicians, and wearable sensors, and 2) to explore whether two different rehabilitation intervention can reduce FOG and improve daily life mobility in people with FOG sufficiently to justify a clinical trial. Participants will: * Be randomly assigned to one of two intervention groups (turning-focused agility exercise or strength-based exercise) * Have one-on-one training sessions three times per week for 6 weeks * Perform in-lab assessments before beginning and after completing the study intervention * Use wearable mobility sensors during daily life to measure their walking and balance
NCT04281979
Although rates of cigarette use are declining, the proportion of nondaily smokers is rising, particularly among young adults. Among young adults, nondaily smoking is associated with negative health consequences and, for some, may lead to the establishment of life-long smoking patterns. The goal of this project is to understand the behavioral, psychological and neurobiological factors that contribute to cigarette use in nondaily smokers to aid the development of tailored evidence-based interventions.
NCT05177042
Phase 1b study to assess the combination of ARV-110 and abiraterone in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with rising PSA values on abiraterone.
NCT05308901
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab to treat metastatic uveal melanoma.
NCT05237258
This research study is evaluating whether primary palliative care is an alternative strategy to specialty palliative care for improving quality of life, symptoms, mood, coping, and end of life outcomes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
NCT03260894
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus epacadostat compared to sunitinib or pazopanib in participants with locally advanced/metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) with a clear cell component who have not received prior systemic therapy for their mRCC.
NCT05309733
VOR33 long-term follow-up (LTFU) study
NCT06585150
The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug, obeldesivir (ODV; GS-5245), and how safe and effective it is in treating nonhospitalized adults with acute respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. The researchers want to see if obeldesivir can help participants' symptoms get better faster. The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of ODV in reducing the duration of symptoms and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ODV in nonhospitalized adult participants with acute RSV infection.
NCT05750498
The Autoimmune Liver disease Network for Kids (A-LiNK) is a multi-institutional group with the mission to deliver the best care to kids with pediatric autoimmune liver disease (AILD). This study will establish a shared clinical registry and a learning health network for the participating sites focusing on collecting and transmitting clinical measurement data, information about processes, and participation in an improvement collaborative. Pediatric Autoimmune Hepatitis (AIH) and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), represent a spectrum of AILD which present unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.A lack of accepted guidelines for disease monitoring or symptom management results in wide treatment variation with liver transplants indicated in refractory, progressive disease. The aims of A-LiNK are to: 1.) Create a learning health network focused on patient-centered outcomes research characterized by transparent sharing among centers, common priorities, and feasible plans for implementing new practices; 2) shift from traditional investigator-driven study to a patient and family-centered approach, and 3.) improve clinical outcomes and quality of life for pediatric AILD patients.
NCT05409066
Follicular Lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Enrollment to one of the groups is closed. Around 500 adult participants with R/R FL will be enrolled in approximately 300 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (375 mg/m\^2 intravenous infusion of rituximab up to 5 cycles and oral capsules of 20 mg lenalidomide for up to 12 cycles) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
NCT05891548
Phase 2b, randomized, double-masked, parallel-group, active-controlled, multicenter, 36-week study designed to assess the safety and efficacy of suprachoroidally administered CLS-AX 1.0 mg with a flexible dosing regimen in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration previously treated with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) standard of care therapy. Only one eye will be chosen as the study eye.
