The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Digital System (DS) in improving asthma control compared to the Standard of Care (SoC) group. The secondary objective is to describe the asthma management actions by investigational center health care providers (iHCPs) for all participants in both groups, to evaluate short-acting beta2 agonist (SABA) usage and the number of SABA-free days in the DS group, to evaluate adherence patterns to maintenance treatment (FS eMDPI) in the DS group, to assess behavioral correlates of responsiveness to digital health technology among participants for all participants in both groups, to evaluate work productivity and activity impairment in asthma participants in both groups, to assess the usability and acceptability of the DS by participants in the DS group and the investigational center personnel, and to evaluate the safety of FS eMDPI and Albuterol eMDPI.

This study provides an opportunity for subjects in the REFALS (3119002; NCT03505021) study to continue treatment with oral levosimendan. The study will also provide more information about long-term safety and effectiveness of oral levosimendan in patients with ALS. This is an open-label study, so that all eligible subjects that complete the double-blind REFALS study (48-weeks of treatment) will have the opportunity to receive oral levosimendan treatment. The primary objective, in addition to continuing treatment for subjects enrolled in the REFALS study, is to evaluate long-term safety of oral levosimendan in ALS patients. Another important objective is to explore long-term effectiveness of oral levosimendan in the treatment of patients with ALS. This study is open only to patients taking part in the REFALS study.

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of TEV-48574 compared with placebo on loss of asthma control (LoAC) in adult participants with T2-low and non-T2 severe asthma uncontrolled on inhaled corticosteroids plus long-acting beta-agonists (ICS+LABA). The secondary efficacy objective is to evaluate the effect of TEV-48574 compared with placebo on a range of clinical measures of asthma control. The duration of participant participation in the study is planned to be up to approximately 30 weeks.

An open label multi center study to assess the safety and efficacy of BST-236 as single agent in adult patients unfit for standard therapy with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) or higher-risk (HR) Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) who fail to respond or relapsed following first line therapy. Approximately 20 adult patients with relapsed and/or refractory AML and approximately 20 adult patients with relapsed and/or refractory HR MDS, will be enrolled into the study. Patients will be treated with 1-2 induction courses and 2-4 maintenance courses. All patients will be followed for 1 year in the study and additional 1 year post study follow-up.

Background: Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is a non-surgical alternative to standard surgical aortic valve replacement. Not all patients are eligible for TAVR using standard access through the artery in the groin, because the artery is too small or too diseased. In this study, TAVR is performed using a new technique called transcaval access. The catheter is placed in the artery deep in the body by crossing through the wall of a deep vein. The connection between that vein and the aorta is closed with a new metallic device they are testing. This is called a transcaval closure device (TCD). Objective: To test the safety and early feasibility of closure of transcaval aortic access sites using the TCD after TAVR. Eligibility: Adults ages 21 and older undergoing TAVR for whom the procedure cannot be performed safely by the standard artery approach Design: Participants will be assessed by heart experts including cardiologists and surgeons. Participants will have TAVR by the transcaval approach. A small catheter will be passed between the largest vein in the body and the nearby largest artery (aorta), inside the abdomen. Through this catheter, the TAVR will be implanted in the usual way. After, doctors will implant the TCD by catheter to close the hole made in the aorta. Participants will be X-rayed. A dye will be injected to view the TCD device. Participants will get standard TAVR care afterwards. They will have physical exams, blood tests, and scans. Participants will have a follow-up scan within 1 month and after 12 months. Participants will have follow-up visits and phone calls 6 and 12 months after the procedure.

This phase III trial is studying how well giving carboplatin and vincristine together with standard local ophthalmic therapy works in treating children with intraocular retinoblastoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and vincristine, work in different ways to stop tumor from dividing so they stop growing or die. It is not yet known whether neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with standard local ophthalmic therapy is effective in treating intraocular retinoblastoma.

Experimental models have linked lipid lowering therapies with systemic inflammation; however, relatively little is known about this network in clinical populations and specifically how it changes with PCSK9 inhibition. The eligible subjects will have 6 visits in 13 to 16 weeks and will have Repatha/placebo 140mg subcutaneous every 4 weeks for 3 times since randomization visit, blood tests will be done in each visit to evaluate the effects of evolocumab upon biocellular markers potentially altered by PCSK9 inhibition in a population of type 2 diabetes patients with microvascular dysfunction. Primary Aims: Determine the ACUTE and SHORT-TERM effects of PCSK9 inhibition with evolocumab on biocellular markers of inflammation, immune mediated thrombosis and rheology. The data from this trial will be used to support a clinical trial to assess the role of PCSK9 inhibition in type 2 diabetes patients with cardiac microvascular dysfunction. Secondary Aims: 1. To define the association between PCSK 9 concentrations and immune-related phenotype. 2. To define the association between Lp(a) concentrations, oxidized phospholipids (OxPL), ApoB, biocellular markers of inflammation, tissue factor and immunothrombosis.

The proposed study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center Phase II study to investigate the safety and efficacy of SHR0302 in patients with moderate to severe active Crohn's Disease. The study aims to evaluate the optimal dose of SHR0302 and time needed in inducing clinical remission in active CD. This is an 12+12 weeks study, in which participants who complete the first 12 weeks treatment phase, will have the option to enter a blinded active arms 12-week extension phase. Early withdrawn subjects during the first treatment phase cannot enter the extension phase. The total duration of the study participation, including extension and follow-up, will be approximately 26 weeks. With the wealth of scientific evidence on JAK/STAT involvement in IBD, the data from similar class of new drugs and the current data on SHR0302 (JAK1 inhibitor), support the rationale to proceed with phase II studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR0302 in patients with moderate to severe active CD.
