NCT03148418
This is an open-label, multicenter, non-randomized extension and long-term observational study. Participants receiving atezolizumab monotherapy or atezolizumab combined with other agent(s) or comparator agent(s) in a Genentech or Roche-sponsored study (the parent study) and who continue to receive study treatment at the time of the parent-study closure and do not have access to the study treatment locally are eligible for continued treatment in the extension study. Dosing regimen for a given participant and indication will be the same or equivalent to the respective parent study protocol. Study treatment in the extension study can continue until disease progression or beyond if the patient continues to derive clinical benefit as judged by the investigator and if allowed by the parent study or local prescribing information until death; withdrawal of study consent; unacceptable toxicity; pregnancy; patient non-compliance; or study termination by the Sponsor, whichever occurs first.
NCT04452149
The ALLEVIATE-HF study is a prospective, randomized, controlled, blinded, multi-site, interventional, investigational device exemption (IDE) pivotal study. The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of a patient management pathway that utilizes an integrated device diagnostic-based risk stratification algorithm to guide patient care in subjects with NYHA class II and III heart failure, and to demonstrate the safety of the Reveal LINQ™ system and procedure in the study population.
NCT00596648
The study consisted of a Phase 1 dose escalation/dose de-escalation portion to determine a safe and tolerable combination dose(s) of cabozantinib and erlotinib, and a Phase 2 Simon optimal 2-stage design portion with randomized assignment of subjects in an equal ratio to determine the objective response rate (ORR) of cabozantinib with or without erlotinib in subjects with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have progressed after responding to treatment with erlotinib. The doses of cabozantinib used in this study were based on the salt weight, not the freebase weight.
NCT05569759
This was a Phase 2a, multi-center, placebo-controlled study in which patients with autoimmune hepatitis received zetomipzomib or placebo in addition to standard-of-care for 24 weeks; an optional open-label extension period allowed participants to receive zetomipzomib (KZR-616) for an additional 24 weeks of treatment.
NCT05209295
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of moderate or severe liver impairment on the drug levels of oral azacitidine and the safety and tolerability of oral azacitidine in participants with myeloid malignancies.
NCT05074810
This study will assess the safety and efficacy of avutometinib (VS-6766) in combination with sotorasib with or without defactinib in patients with KRAS G12C Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) in patients who have been exposed to prior G12C inhibitor and those who have not been exposed to prior G12C inhibitor.
NCT06234488
There is no granular retrospective data on breast cancer in transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) persons from a contemporary and diverse American cohort. The purpose of this investigation is to aggregate data from multiple institutions to describe the risk, diagnosis, management, and outcomes of TGD persons with breast cancer in effort to identify opportunities for future intervention studies to eliminate breast cancer disparities for this population.
NCT06431373
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of brepocitinib in participants with active, non-anterior (intermediate, posterior, or pan) non-infectious uveitis (NIU).
NCT04486716
A single arm study evaluating the continued efficacy, safety and tolerability of ofatumumab in patients with relapsing multiple sclerosis who are transitioning from aCD20 mAb therapy
NCT06578195
The ALL ALS Clinical Research Consortium is establishing research to collect a wide range of samples, clinical information and measurements from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) symptomatic, ALS gene carriers and control cohorts. This consortium is being funded by the National Institutes of Health/National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NIH/NINDS) and managed by two clinical coordinating centers (CCC) at Barrow Neurological Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital. The clinical sites are distributed across the country, and led by a group of collaborative principal investigators. Once data and samples are collected and harmonized, it will be made available to research community for future research into ALS and related neurological diseases. ASSESS protocol is specific for symptomatic ALS and control participants. This protocol includes both on-site and off-site(remote) participants. The participants will be followed for 24 months (2 years), and will include collection of medical history, clinical outcomes, and blood samples once in 4 months. Additionally, the participants will complete patient reported outcomes and speech recordings once a month. Participants who are coming into clinic may also provide optional Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) samples.
NCT06785454
The primary purpose of the study is to assess the effect of lorundrostat taken orally (po) once a day on the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) in participants with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and hypertension.
NCT05562934
The purpose of this 20-week randomized double-blind study in patients with resistant hypertension (rHTN) is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability, of different doses of XXB750 administered as subcutaneous (SC) injections, compared to placebo. Since all study participants will be patients with rHTN, all study treatments will be given on top of maximally tolerated background antihypertensive therapy recommended by international guidelines for treatment of HTN (i.e., a thiazide or a thiazide-like diuretic, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEi) or an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), and a long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker (CCB).
NCT07335510
This study evaluates the effects of the implantation and adjustment of the CVRx Barostim device in adult patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction who are receiving maximally tolerated doses of guideline directed medical and device therapies. The study aims to assess how therapy using this device affects heart function, symptoms, and exercise capacity, with particular focus on how the device affects blood flow and heart pressures during exercise. Information from this study may help inform patient selection and device management in patients with heart failure.
NCT06848088
This study is researching the long-term effects of a combination of experimental drugs called fianlimab and cemiplimab. The study is being conducted in patients with advanced skin cancer (melanoma) who had previously been treated with fianlimab and cemiplimab in the study called R3767-ONC-1613 (NCT03005782). The aim of the current study is to see how safe and effective the study drugs are in a long-term follow-up. No study drug will be given during this study. Cancer status will be monitored, in addition to routine care. The study is also collecting information about general health status, and other treatments that may have been received since participation in study R3767-ONC-1613 (NCT03005782).
NCT06528301
This study is a Phase 1 dose-escalation and dose-confirmation study to evaluate the safety and antitumor activity of UB-VV111. The study will enroll patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
NCT05172596
This is a Phase II study to determine the efficacy and safety of PHE885, a BCMA-directed CAR-T cell therapy, manufactured with a new process. The CAR-T cell therapy will be investigated as a single agent in relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma
