NCT06499857
The goal of the study is to learn how a weight loss medication called semaglutide, which is used to treat obesity, in addition to standard AF treatment might affect AF, atrial fibrillation severity, and whether it changes the risk of atrial fibrillation recurring after standard AF treatments.

NCT06846866
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of BMS-986419 (Part 1) and the effects of multiple doses of BMS-986419 on cardiac repolarization (Part 2) in healthy participants.
NCT04567771
This early phase I trial compares the side effects between patients treated with proton radiation therapy versus intensity modulated radiation therapy after surgery for the treatment of endometrial or cervical cancer. Radiation therapy uses high energy protons or x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Using quality of life questionnaires and adverse event assessments may help doctors learn whether proton radiation therapy is associated with lower acute gastrointestinal toxicities at the end of treatment compared to intensity modulated radiation therapy in patients with endometrial or cervical cancer.
NCT03477604
Randomized multicenter clinical trial consisting of two arms; one arm treated with PTA plus the MicroStent® System and one arm treated with PTA alone. Purpose to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of using the MicroStent® Peripheral Vascular Stent System, hereafter referred to as the MicroStent® System, for the treatment of infrapopliteal lesions in subjects with peripheral arterial disease.
NCT03936777
This is an international, multicenter, open-label, long-term safety study of ZX008 in subjects with Dravet syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome or epileptic encephalopathy
NCT03915951
This is an open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, Phase 2 study to determine the safety, tolerability and efficacy of encorafenib given in combination with binimetinib in patients with BRAFV600E-mutant metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients who are either treatment-naïve, OR who have received 1) first-line treatment with standard platinum-based chemotherapy, OR 2) first-line treatment with an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death protein ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor given alone or in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy will be enrolled.
NCT04180371
This clinical trial is evaluating a drug called BT5528 alone and in combination with nivolumab in participants with advanced solid tumors historically known for expression of EphA2. The main goals of this study are to: * Find the recommended dose(s) of BT5528 that can be given safely to participants alone and in combination with nivolumab * Learn more about the side effects of BT5528 * Learn about how effective BT5528 is for the treatment of ovarian cancer, urothelial/bladder cancer, lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer, head and neck cancer (HNSCC), and gastric/upper gastrointestinal cancer. * Learn more about BT5528 therapy alone and in combination with nivolumab.
NCT06173570
The primary purpose of this study is to measure the effect of different daily doses of AZD0780 on Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL-C) levels compared with placebo in participants with dyslipidemia. The effect of AZD0780 versus placebo on other lipid parameters and inflammatory markers is also investigated. The concentration of AZD0780 in blood at specific timepoints is measured, and the safety and tolerability of AZD0780 will be evaluated. There is a follow-up after end of treatment, but expanded access is not available. The primary hypothesis is that at least one of the investigated doses of AZD0780 is superior to placebo in lowering LDL-C level, in percent change from baseline up to week 12.
NCT06079190
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of GSK4527226 in participants with early Alzheimer's Disease (AD) (including mild cognitive impairment \[MCI\] and mild dementia due to AD) of 2 dose levels of GSK4527226 compared to placebo.
NCT03169881
Study Hypothesis: Preterm infants administered weekly Darbe during the neonatal period will have improved neurocognitive outcome at 22-26 months compared to placebo
NCT05275478
This is a first in human study in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors known to have an MTAP deletion. The first part of the study is an open-label, dose escalation and the second part is an open label dose expansion in specific MTAP-deleted tumor types. The study drug, TNG908, is a selective PRMT5 inhibitor administered orally. The study is planned to treat up to 192 participants.
NCT04876391
This study is open to adults with hidradenitis suppurativa who took part in a previous clinical study of a medicine called spesolimab. Participants who completed treatment can join this study. The purpose of this study is to find out how safe spesolimab is and whether it helps people with hidradenitis suppurativa in the long-term. Participants are in this study for about 2 years and 4 months. For 2 years, participants visit the study site every 2 weeks to get spesolimab injections under the skin. At study visits, doctors check the severity of participants' hidradenitis suppurativa and collect information on any health problems of the participants.
NCT04610515
The Innovative Support for Patients with SARS COV-2 Infections Registry (INSPIRE) study is a CDC-funded COVID-19 project to understand the long-term health outcomes in recently tested adults, both negative and positive, who have suspected COVID symptoms at the time of their test. Participants will complete short online surveys every 3 months for 18 months, share information about their health using a secure web-based platform, and are compensated for their time.
NCT05887492
The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to learn about TNG260, a CoREST inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors with a known STK11 mutation. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * the recommended dose for Phase 2 * to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination therapy * to determine the pharmacokinetics of TNG260 * to evaluate the initial antineoplastic activity Participants will receive study treatment until they experience an undesirable side effect, their disease progresses or until they withdraw consent.
NCT03193151
INTERLIVER is a prospective observational study of the relationship of the molecular phenotype of 300 liver transplant biopsies to the histologic phenotype and the clinical features and outcomes. A segment of a biopsy performed as standard-of-care for indications, or by center protocol, will be used for gene expression study.
NCT05024929
Papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is a common type of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) in children and represents the second most common cancer in adolescent females. Recently targeted drugs that block many of the genetic drivers of DTC have become available. While Investigators know that these drugs shrink DTC tumors in many cases, the impact on radioactive iodine (RAI) avidity has not been systematically studied.
NCT04677777
The HEMERA-1 Extension (Part III) is a prospective, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate safety of two doses of PP-007 in Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) subjects receiving Intravenous Thrombolysis (IVT) or mechanical thrombectomy (MT) or IVT+MT as standard of care (SOC). Subjects will receive two doses of PP-007 infusion 24 ± 6 hours apart in addition to the site-specific SOC protocol. PP-007 is PEGylated bovine carboxyhemoglobin and will be administered via IV infusion. The effects on collateral flow, infarct size and functional outcomes will be evaluated.
