NCT03737149
Post-market prospective, multi-center longitudinal study to determine if mobile application-guided education and exercise paired with accurate and sensitive activity monitoring, captured from consumer wearables, can provide a viable (and potentially improved) alternative to current standard of care physical therapy for hip and knee arthroplasty.
NCT05277051
This is a first time in-human (FTIH) study designed to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and immunogenicity of remzistotug in participants with select loco-regionally recurrent solid tumors or metastatic solid tumors where curative or standard treatment options have been exhausted.
NCT04875416
The purpose of this study is to learn more about amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other related neurodegenerative diseases, including frontotemporal dementia (FTD), primary lateral sclerosis (PLS), hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP), progressive muscular atrophy (PMA) and multisystem proteinopathy (MSP). More precisely, the investigator wants to identify the links that exist between the disease phenotype (phenotype refers to observable signs and symptoms) and the disease genotype (genotype refers to your genetic information). The investigator also wants to identify biomarkers of ALS and related diseases.
NCT01587300
Medical scientists want to find better ways to treat neuroblastoma and to find ways to prevent the tumor from growing back. To do this, they need more information about the characteristics of neuroblastoma cells. Therefore, they want to study samples of neuroblastoma tissues and neuroblastoma and normal cells in the blood and bone marrow that may be related to the growth of neuroblastoma cells. Doctors and other medical scientists also want to find better ways to detect and measure neuroblastoma to improve the ability to follow the response of tumor cells to therapy.
NCT04990102
This is a phase IB/II study with a 3+3 dose de-escalation study design. Patients will continue maintenance treatment with CPX-351 for 6 cycles on D1 and D3, as long as patient remains in CR. The dose de-escalation will be one dose given on D1 only, every 28 days pending toxicity. The maximum tolerated dose will be used for the phase II expansion portion of the study.
NCT05096338
This is an observational study for patients with prostate cancer that will be treated with Androgen Deprivation Therapy. The study will help the investigators learn more about how these medications affect the heart and how those effects relate to patients' medical history and social determinants of health (such as race, gender identity, education, occupation, access to health services and economic resources). Patients on this study will have echocardiograms, blood draws, and answer questions about their symptoms and activity level. Patients will be followed on this study for up to 5 years.
NCT04680468
This is a single-institution, single-arm, phase 2 study in which belantamab mafodotin (GSK2857916), an antibody-drug conjugate targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), will be administered to patients with multiple myeloma prior to and following high-dose melphalan and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT), in conjunction with standard lenalidomide maintenance. We hypothesize that administration of belantamab mafodotin as part of autologous stem cell transplant consolidation and maintenance will be safe, well tolerated, and efficacious in comparison to historical data.
NCT06465108
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of MBX 2109 administered once weekly to patients with hypoparathyroidism.
NCT07487701
Preventive pharmacologic therapies for migraine aim to reduce attack frequency and duration and improve quality of life; however, their use, overall benefit and adherence are often limited, especially among patients with chronic migraine. Remote electrical neuromodulation (REN) is a non-invasive FDA-cleared wearable device for acute and/or preventive migraine treatment. This study evaluated the real-world efficacy and patient-reported outcomes of preventive REN use over 3 months in chronic migraine population.
NCT04998669
The purpose of this research is to see if Loncastuximab Tesirine in combination with Rituximab will result in higher complete response rate when given to treat follicular lymphoma.
NCT05139017
The purpose of this Phase 2/3, randomized, multisite, open-label, dose confirmation, and expansion study is to evaluate the safety, and efficacy of zilovertamab vedotin (ZV) in combination with standard of care options for the treatment of rrDLBCL. This study will be divided into 2 parts: Dose Confirmation (Part 1) and Efficacy Expansion (Part 2) and will enroll participants who are at least 18 years of age with rrDLBCL. The hypotheses are: ZV in combination with rituximab, gemcitabine, and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) is superior to R-GemOx with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Lugano response criteria by blinded independent review committee (BICR); and that ZV in combination with bendamustine rituximab (BR) is superior to BR with respect to PFS per Lugano response criteria by BICR. With protocol amendment 4 (effective: 04-April-2024), enrollment in Cohort B (study arms Bendamustine Rituximab \[BR\] and ZV + BR) is discontinued. No efficacy outcome analysis and hypothesis testing will be conducted for Cohort B.
NCT05143840
This study is a multicenter Phase 2, non-randomized, open-label single-group frontline study administering asciminib in patients with newly diagnosed Chronic Myeloid Leukemia-Chronic Phase (CML-CP). The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of asciminib in newly diagnosed CML-CP. Patients will receive asciminib 80 mg orally once daily during the single asciminib phase. Response is determined by PCR (polymerase chain reaction) blood test during the study. Patients who have not achieved a response after 24 months (but no later than 36 months) of single agent asciminib will be offered the addition of a low dose tyrosine kinase inhibitor (low-TKI) namely dasatinib, imatinib, or nilotinib at the investigator's discretion. The following doses of the TKIs will be used: 1. Dasatinib 50 mg daily 2. Imatinib 300 mg daily 3. Nilotinib 300 mg daily Patients will discontinue study treatment if they experience disease progression, or unacceptable toxicity.
NCT06006247
This is a multicenter, 12-week, placebo-controlled clinical trial of CVN424 150 milligrams (mg) tablets in early, untreated Parkinson's Disease (PD). Participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to CVN424 150 mg or placebo at the Baseline Visit. The purpose of this study is to measure effect on motor features with CVN424 tablets compared to placebo in early, untreated PD and to evaluate the potential of CVN424 to improve motor and non-motor functions in participants with early PD who are not taking dopaminergic or anti-PD therapies.
NCT05184764
Phase 1b/2a, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multiple Ascending Dose Escalation Study of the Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of Intravenous AP SA02 as an Adjunct to Best Available Antibiotic Therapy Compared to Best Available Antibiotic Therapy Alone for the Treatment of Adults With Bacteremia Due to Staphylococcus aureus
NCT06662539

NCT06898450
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if NDI-219216 is safe for patients, and if NDI-219216 might be a possible treatment for advanced solid tumors in the later phases of the study. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is NDI-219216 safe and what kinds of side effects might it cause? What kind of effects does NDI-219216 have on the body? Does NDI-219216 have any impact on tumor size? Participants will: Take NDI-219216 every day by mouth. Visit the clinic 6 times during Cycle 1, 2 times during Cycle 2, once a month thereafter for checkups and tests while on the study, then one time for an end of treatment visit. After the End of Study, a follow up will occur but can be done on the phone. Keep a diary of their tablet consumption and symptoms experienced.
