This is a Phase 1b/2 dose-optimization study to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of avelumab (MSB0010718C) in combination with other cancer immunotherapies in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The primary purpose is to assess the safety and early signs of efficacy of various avelumab combinations with other cancer immunotherapies, optimizing dosing regimens as appropriate, in a limited series of indications.

Multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy of abatacept to achieve sustained glucocorticoid-free remission in patients with relapsing non-severe granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's) (GPA) . Participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive either abatacept 125 mg or placebo administered by subcutaneous injection once a week. Participants will continue on study treatment for a minimum of 12 months unless they experience a disease relapse or disease flare. Participants who experience a non-severe disease relapse, non-severe disease worsening, or who have not achieved remission by month 6 will have the option of entering an open-label trial period whereby they would receive open-label abatacept.

Previous multi-dose Phase I and Phase II clinical studies have demonstrated that ADSTILADRIN is a safe and effective treatment for BCG-refractory and recurrent NMIBC. This Phase III study is designed to expand those observations using a high dose of ADSTILADRIN in patients that are "BCG Unresponsive" which refers to patients with high-grade NMIBC who are unlikely to benefit from and should not receive further intravesical BCG.

This phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab and epacadostat work in treating patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma that has come back (recurrent), remains despite treatment (persistent), or is growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressive). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Epacadostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving pembrolizumab and epacadostat may work better compared to usual treatment (surgery, radiation, or cytotoxic chemotherapy) in treating patients with ovarian clear cell carcinoma.

The objective of this study was to compare the individual pharmacokinetics of functional ingredients included in an oral rehydration solution (ORS) with or without the inclusion of active base ingredients (carbohydrate and electrolytes). The functional ingredients included in both the control and test solutions were Melatonin in conjunction with L-theanine (Arm 1), Caffeine in conjunction with L-theanine (Arm 2), and Vitamin C in conjunction with Zinc (Arm 3), across two study periods. The primary outcomes of this study included the relative pharmacokinetics of each functional ingredient. These included: maximum observed concentration (C max), time of maximum observed concentration (T max), cumulative Area Under the Curve (AUC) for each timepoint, (including AUC from the time of dosing to the time of last observation) and the concentration at each timepoint for the corresponding functional ingredients included in the specific study arm (i.e., melatonin, L-theanine, caffeine, vitamin C and zinc).

This protocol establishes a research oriented psychological treatment clinic within the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP), called the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Rutgers University Research Program (DBT-RU). The overall aim of the proposed research is to find ways to improve therapist training in existing treatments for complex and difficult-to-treat problems (e.g., DBT, prolonged exposure), develop new and more effective treatments, and improve understanding of severe psychopathology. Consequently, this proposed research will have four branches: (1) training of research clinicians and evaluation of training methods; (2) training of clinical evaluators for the research studies and evaluation of assessment training methods; (3) assessment of treatment outcome, including assessment of mediators and moderators of change (both clinician and client data); (4) assessment and analyses of psychopathology of subject populations who participate in the DBT-RU.

Iadademstat is being studied as a treatment for subjects with Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (R/R AML) with FMS-like tyrosine kinase mutation (FLT3 mut+). During the trial, iadademstat will be given in combination with gilteritinib, a drug that is already approved to treat patients with FLT3-mutated R/R AML.

This is a Phase 1, multicenter, open-label study of CC-98633, BCMA-Targeted NEX-T Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cells, in participants with relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma. The study will consist of 2 parts: dose-escalation (Part A) and dose-expansion (Part B). The dose-escalation part (Part A) of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of increasing dose levels of CC-98633 to establish a recommended Phase 2 dose RP2D(s); and the dose-expansion part (Part B) of the study is to further evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of CC-98633 at the RP2D(s).

This phase II trial studies how well iodine I-131 works with or without selumetinib in treating patients with thyroid cancer that has returned (recurrent) or has spread from where it started to other places in the body (metastatic). Many thyroid cancers absorb iodine. Due to this, doctors often give radioactive iodine (iodine I-131) alone to treat thyroid cancer as part of standard practice. It is thought that the more thyroid tumors are able to absorb radioactive iodine, the more likely it is that the radioactive iodine will cause those tumors to shrink. Selumetinib may help radioactive iodine work better in patients whose tumors still absorb radioactive iodine. It is not yet known whether iodine I-131 is more effective with or without selumetinib in treating thyroid cancer.

This is a Phase 1/2 study of imvotamab in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. This study will consist of a dose-escalation stage, a combination stage, and a randomized dose-expansion stage where subjects will be enrolled into indication-specific expansion cohorts. imvotamab will be administered intravenously (IV). Additional CD20-positive NHL histologies (e.g. MZL and MCL), may be allowed with Medical Monitor approval during the Dose-Escalation Phase of the study.

A 24-week, (two 12-week stages), randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of crofelemer in providing prophylaxis of diarrhea in adult patients with solid tumors treated with targeted cancer therapy-containing treatment regimens. Diarrhea grading will be done according to the National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI CTCAE) version 5.0. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to placebo or crofelemer and will be stratified by the type of targeted cancer therapy and the tumor type. Placebo and/or crofelemer will be dispensed at Visit 1/Day 1 with the concurrent start of the targeted cancer therapy regimen. The initial Stage I double-blind placebo-controlled primary treatment phase will occur over a 12-week period to accommodate approximately 3 cycle chemotherapy cancer treatment dosing-cycles. The Primary and Secondary Endpoints will be analyzed after the last patient last visit (LPLV) of Stage I. After completing the Stage I double-blind, placebo-controlled primary treatment phase, the subjects will have the option to remain on their assigned treatment arm and reconsented to enter into the Stage II extension phase. Reconsent will be required to enter into Stage II. For subjects who do not reconsent, visit 5 will be the last study visit.

This is a three stage, open label, randomized-sequence, single-crossover Phase 1 study to evaluate the relative bioavailability (BA) and Bioequivalence (BE) of niraparib administered as a tablet formulation compared to the reference capsule formulation currently marketed in the United States. Stage 3 evaluates the effect of a high-fat meal on niraparib pharmacokinetics (PK) following a single dose of the tablet. The Extension Phase of this study is to enable participants enrolled in the study to continue to receive treatment with niraparib tablets if they are tolerating it and, in the Investigator's opinion, may receive benefit.

This study seeks primarily to test, in a two-arm randomized controlled trial (RCT), the efficacy of Project IMPACT, an intervention that integrates Behavioral Activation (BA) with HIV risk reduction (RR) counseling for HIV-uninfected men who have sex with men (MSM) with stimulant use disorder at risk for HIV via sexual behavior. HIV-uninfected MSM with a diagnosis of stimulant use disorder will be equally randomized to one of two study arms: (1) the Project IMPACT intervention, BA-RR counseling, which lasts ten sessions; and (2) the standard of care (SOC) comparison condition, including two equivalent sexual risk-reduction counseling sessions. Participants will be followed for one year post-randomization, with assessments at months four, eight, and 12.
