The purpose of this study is to measure the proportion of participants who are infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (positive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction \[RT-PCR\] test) and have coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) symptom(s) with S-217622 tablets compared with placebo tablets in participants who are household contacts of an individual with symptomatic COVID-19.
NCT05085561
This is a two-part, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to investigate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of REC-994 (200 mg and 400 mg) compared to placebo in participants with symptomatic cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM).
NCT04857359
This study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dipraglurant in PD patients with dyskinesia (randomized 1:1 to receive active or placebo) for 12 weeks (1 week at 150 mg per day and 11 weeks at 300 mg per day). The primary efficacy assessment will be based on the Unified Dyskinesia Rating Scale (UDysRS). Patients who complete the 12-week blinded treatment period may have the option to roll into an open-label safety extension study for an additional 12-month treatment period.
NCT04454411
This study will investigate the mechanisms of cognitive-behavioral response to medications used for relapse prevention in opioid use disorder (opioid addiction, OUD), through investigation of the neural circuits underlying key cognition functions. The study will use previously validated cognitive probes, functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), and novel extended-release injectable preparations of opioid partial agonist buprenorphine and antagonist naltrexone, in OUD patients to explain the individual heterogeneity of OUD treatment response.
NCT05862272
The purpose of this clinical trial to characterize changes in bone mineral density during continuous treatment with relugolix combination tablet for up to 48 months (4 years) and 1 year of post-treatment follow-up in premenopausal women with heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine leiomyomas (fibroids) or with moderate-to-severe pain associated with endometriosis.
NCT04757636
A 2-year phase 3, multicentre, randomised, parallel-group, sham-controlled, double-masked study. Primary efficacy will be determined at Week 52.
NCT06345638
This study aims to characterize sex differences in the pathophysiology of vaso-occlusive crises (VOC) occurring among individuals with sickle cell disease (SCD). * The study will compare CRP and other biomarkers between females with SCD in the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle and males with SCD. * The study will explore potential sex differences in biomarker changes between females and males with SCD during and following resolution of VOC. * The study will compare neutrophil and platelet adhesion to the endothelium and real time fibrin deposition in the blood.
NCT05991453
The investigators will conduct a 13,000-patient randomized multi-center trial to determine (i) which general anesthesia technique yields superior patient recovery experiences in any of three surgical categories ((a) major inpatient surgery, (b) minor inpatient surgery, (c) outpatient surgery) and (ii) whether TIVA confers no more than a small (0.2 %) increased risk of intraoperative awareness than INVA in patients undergoing both outpatient and inpatient surgeries
NCT02899052
A Phase 2, open-label, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of venetoclax in combination with carfilzomib-dexamethasone (Kd) in participants with relapsed or refractory MM and have received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy. Part 4 of this study is currently enrolling.
NCT04154956
Primary Objectives: * Study was designed with multiple primary endpoints analyzed on randomized participants at the time of the cut-off date for each given analysis (progression free survival \[PFS\] and overall survival \[OS\]) * Study success was defined either on PFS or OS * The primary objective was to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the progression free survival (PFS) when compared to docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) * The primary objective was to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the overall survival (OS) when compared with docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Secondary Objectives: * Compared the objective response rate (ORR) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel * Compared the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel * Evaluated the safety of tusamitamab ravtansine compared to docetaxel * Assessed the duration of response (DOR) of tusamitamab ravtansine as compared with docetaxel
NCT04053387
This is a long-term, open-label, multicenter, study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of topical tapinarof cream, 1% in adults with plaque psoriasis. Subjects in this study completed treatment in 1 of 2 Phase 3 pivotal efficacy and safety studies (Study DMVT-505-3001 or Study DMVT-505-3002). This study will consist of up to 40 weeks of treatment and a 4-week safety follow-up period.
NCT03217188
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tumor control and the side effects of using proton therapy for head and neck cancer that has come back.
NCT05850234
This trial is a phase 1b/2, open-label, multicenter study of GC012F (AZD0120), a CD19/BCMA dual CART-cell therapy, in adult subjects with relapsed/refractory Multiple Myeloma.
NCT02793544
This is a multi-center, single arm Phase II study of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-mismatched unrelated bone marrow transplantation donors and post-transplantation cyclophosphamide (PTCy), sirolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) for graft versus host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis in patients with hematologic malignancies.
