NCT05964413
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, adaptive phase III trial to investigate efficacy and safety of vilobelimab in the treatment of ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum
NCT06390865
This phase II MATCH treatment trial tests how well MLN0128 (TAK-228) works in treating patients with cancer that has certain genetic changes called TSC1 or TSC2 mutations. MLN0128 (TAK-228) may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT02633111
The purpose of this study is to determine whether a blood test can accurately detect whether if the participant's lymphoma has come back after completion of initial chemotherapy treatment for their aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The purpose of the study is to see if MRD in blood samples can potentially replace CT scans after completion of chemotherapy in the future.
NCT02600494
The study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ITI-007 (Lumateperone) in patients diagnosed with Bipolar I or Bipolar II disorder having a major depressive episode. The study will be conducted in two parts, Part A and Part B. Part A is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. In Part B, patients who safely complete participation in part A may be enrolled in an open-label extension.
NCT05882877
The primary objective of this study is to describe the long-term safety and tolerability of rocatinlimab in participants with moderate-to-severe AD.
NCT04232696
Prospective, multi-center, single-arm, seamless phase-pivotal study conducted in participants diagnosed with UUI who have failed or could not tolerate more conservative treatment. The trial will be conducted in two phases. Objective of Phase I: To assess the utilization of the system during the Sacral Nerve Stimulation (SNS) trial period and to help inform the length of hours of daily stimulation to be used in Phase II of the trial. Objective of Phase II: To assess the safety and efficacy of the Neuspera SNS System at 6-months for the primary efficacy endpoint and at 12 months for secondary safety and efficacy endpoints.
NCT05443659
This is a Post-marketing study investigating the safety and efficacy of the REN device (Nerivio by Theranica, Israel) in adolescents with migraine. Data analysis concerning the REN treatment efficacy in terms of pain and functional disability as a standalone treatment or in combination with other medications will be performed.
NCT07217535
The goal of this observational study is to learn more about how genes impact the risk of kidney disease. Anyone 18 or older living in the US is eligible, and a diagnosis of kidney disease is NOT required. Study participation is online, and it takes about 20 minutes to complete health surveys and request a saliva collection kit sent through US mail. In return, study participants may opt to receive information about their genetic ancestry at no cost.
NCT07098260
Appropriate training for perinatal mental health care is an important public health concern as mental health disorders are common pregnancy complications. Perinatal and mental health care providers report the difficulty of treating perinatal individuals due to insufficient information available regarding mental health treatment decisions, differences in beliefs and attitudes, and concerns about adverse effects on patients, such as self-harm and suicide. Effective shared decision-making skills can improve perinatal and mental health care providers' competencies to meet the unique decision needs of perinatal individuals, particularly those with mental health disorders. The proposed project titled "DECIDE to Improve Maternal Mental Health Care Delivery" aims to adapt the DECIDE Provider Training developed by Dr. Alegria and her team,1 to improve the rapid and wide dissemination and implementation of DECIDE in meeting the mental health needs of perinatal individuals. DECIDE stands for Decide the problem; Explore the questions; Closed or open-ended questions; Identify the who, why, or how of the problem; Direct questions to your health care professional; Enjoy a shared solution. The DECIDE provider training was developed based on theories of intergroup contact in social psychology and a patient-centered framework.28-30 DECIDE teaches mental health providers how to improve perspective-taking, reduce attributional errors, and increase receptivity to the client population.1,15-17 The proposed project will (1) make content adaptation (i.e., adding topical training content to fit perinatal mental health care) and process adaption (i.e., creating asynchronous training modules to reduce the burden for care providers) to the DECIDE Provider Training and (2) assess the acceptability, appropriateness, and usability of adapted DECIDE provider training for rapid and wide dissemination and implementation of DECIDE in maternal mental health care delivery.
NCT03707340
The purpose of this study is to determine if it is feasible for women to take both Flibanserin and tamoxifen for the duration of the study. This study is also trying to find out if Flibanserin improves or has any effect on hyposexual desire disorder/HSDD in women who are taking tamoxifen for breast cancer.
NCT06147830
REVERXaL study aims to increase the understanding of the patient characteristics, bleeding presentation, health care interventions provided, and the clinical as well as self-reported health outcomes of patients with major bleeding in the presence of Factor Xa inhibitor treatment. The generation of insight on treatment approaches and associated outcomes in hospitalized patients with Factor Xa inhibitor-related major bleeds may inform clinical guidelines, health system decision making and streamline treatment pathways in this population.
NCT05902988
This is a first-in-human phase I/II study to examine the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of VLS-1488 in subjects with advanced cancers.
NCT01223248
The purpose of this study is to find out which way of giving high-dose radiation works best for treatment of cancer that has spread to bone, the spine, soft tissue, or lymph nodes. This study will look at the effects, good and/or bad, of giving 27 Gy in three fractions (3 days) or 24 Gy in one fraction (1 day) using image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IG-IMRT). IG-IMRT is radiation that is given directly to the cancer site and reduces the exposure to normal tissue. Currently there are no studies that compare the effects of giving radiation in either hypofractionated doses (higher total doses of radiation spread out over several treatment days) or a single-fraction dose (entire radiation dose given in one treatment session). The patient may be asked to participate in an additional part of this study where we will get a a (DW/DCE) MRI before treatment start and within one hour after radiation treatment. If the patient is asked to take part in this portion of the study, all they will need to do is get up to 3 MRIs with standard contrast injection. The purpose of this is to see if as a result of the treatment there are changes in the blood flow going to the cancer which could suggest that the treatment may be successful. In addition some patients can present new lesions and may be asked if they would like to have these new lesions treated on the protocol. If they are given this option, this will not extend their follow up period. The follow up of the new lesions will match with the prior follow up dates.
NCT05103332
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of zilebesiran on systolic and diastolic blood pressure and to characterize the pharmacodynamic (PD) effects and safety of zilebesiran as add-on therapy.
NCT02199665
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of selinexor and carfilzomib when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as selinexor and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Carfilzomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving selinexor, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone may be a better treatment for multiple myeloma.

NCT07224139
Blood-based ADRD biomarkers show tremendous promise as a non-invasive method to predict and diagnose ADRD. We will measure changes in these biomarkers to determine whether their ability to predict ADRD differs by sex or by other characteristics, and develop a sex-specific ADRD risk score for personalized medicine and clinical trials.
