This research study aims to test a financial and health insurance iHERO Toolkit for young adults with type1 diabetes. The iHERO Toolkit was developed over one year with the type 1 diabetes community, The Diabetes Link organization, and experts. Now, the investigators want to understand the impact of the iHERO Toolkit on diabetes self-management, financial stress, and health insurance literacy outcomes. The investigators are doing this study because it will help to better understand how to support health insurance and financial stress and improve self-management outcomes in young adults with type 1 diabetes. The investigators want to understand how the iHERO Toolkit helps all young adults with diabetes, but especially those on Medicaid and who are racially or ethnically diverse. The investigators will ask participants to participate at four-time points over one year. For the first time, participants will fill out online enrollment and demographic forms and 9 surveys. The 9 surveys have 8-40 short questions each, estimated to take about 45 minutes. Participants will also be asked to complete a home A1c collection with a University Hospitals team member on Zoom.

Phase I, open-label study to assess the safety, feasibility, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of CART123 cells given in combination with ruxolitinib in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). All subjects will receive a single infusion of CART123 cells following ruxolitinib administration and lymphodepletion. Ruxolitinib dosing will begin at initiation of lymphodepleting chemotherapy (Day -6 ±1d) and continue for up to 14 days post CART123 administration.

This randomized non-inferiority study will use a 2x2 design where traditional standard-of-care pre-test (visit 1) and post-test (visit 2: disclosure) counseling delivered by a genetic counselor are replaced with a self-directed web-based eHealth intervention to provide critical data to inform optimal ways to deliver clinical genetic testing in eligible individuals, while maintaining quality of care and favorable cognitive, affective and behavioral outcomes.

This is a pilot clinical trial to test the hypothesis that during sitagliptin (DPP4 inhibitor), individuals heterozygous for DPP4 loss of function variants will have a reduction in DPP4 activity and antigen, lower glucose after a mixed meal, and higher levels of intact DPP4 substrates compared to during placebo and compared to matched controls.

The purpose of this research project is to examine the feasibility and acceptability of a virtual reality-based physical activity (VRPA) intervention for inactive adults compared to more traditional forms of physical activity. The project will explore the relationship between VRPA engagement and cognition, biological measures (calories burned, heart rate, and active minutes), rate of perceived exertion, flow, affect, and enjoyment in physical activity as well.

This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of trametinib when given together with pembrolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has come back and spread to other places in the body, cannot be removed by surgery, or spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes. Trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving trametinib and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

Hemophilia A (HA) is a genetic bleeding disorder resulting from a deficiency or absence of factor VIII (FVIII), which is necessary in the clotting process. This disorder occurs mostly in males and in severe cases causes frequent bleeding episodes in joints and muscles which can lead to progressive damage that affects mobility and quality of life. Prophylactic FVIII administered intravenously every other day has been the standard of care treatment for HA for the past few decades. Sports and physical activity are generally encouraged in patients with hemophilia on appropriate prophylactic treatment to increase strength, prevent or decrease obesity, accrue and maintain bone density and encourage normal socialization. To ensure safety with participation in sports in persons with hemophilia A (PWHA), timing of FVIII administration is often adjusted to maximize FVIII at the time of sports. The exact factor level that is needed to safely participate in sports and minimize bleeding risk is not yet known. Based on clinical practice, infusion of FVIII to near the lower limit of normal right before participation in sports generally works to prevent bleeding. The study is looking at how well the newly approved medication Emicizumab works compared to Factor VIII to prevent bleeding in patients with Hemophilia A who play sports. The study will enroll children and adolescents who are already on Emicizumab or Factor VIII who are currently playing sports.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare three care models for optimizing medications and preventing falls with broken bones in patients receiving rehabilitation after a hospitalization for a broken bone. The primary outcome is injurious falls, with secondary outcomes measuring how the process of care is changed and capturing patient-reported outcomes valued by stakeholders. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Which of the three models is more effective in preventing falls with fractures? * What are the differences in patient-centered outcomes amongst the three models? These include pain, depression, anxiety, sleep, medication side effect burden, and fear of falling. * What are the differences in osteoporosis treatment and medication burden? The three care models are: a Deprescribing Care Model designed to reduce or stop fall-related medications, a Bone Heath Service Model designed to provide osteoporosis evaluation and management, and an Injury Prevention Service Model offering both services. 42 SNFs will participate in this study. The three models will be incorporated into the routine care of patients at these facilities who are receiving rehabilitation after a hospitalization for a fracture. All care models will be delivered remotely to patients in the SNF and after they transition home by a post-fracture nurse consultant supported by an interprofessional team. This study has three aims.
