NCT03094169
Approximately 90 male and female patients with documented solid tumor malignancies of epithelial origin that are locally advanced or metastatic, and either refractory to standard therapy or for whom no standard therapy is available, will be entered into this Phase 1a/2a, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation, cohort study of AVID100. Phase 2a will include evaluation of patient with EGFR-overexpressing squamous histology non-small cell lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, and triple negative breast cancer
NCT05599191
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-arm, Phase 3 study of BLU-5937 in participants with Refractory Chronic Cough (RCC).
NCT06576167
The study aims to engage community partners to implement IMPROVE intervention and promote (COVID-19) rapid testing among vulnerable Asian Americans in the Greater Philadelphia Area and New York City
NCT04986865
This is a First-in-Human Phase I trial of ATG-101 in Patients with Metastatic/Advanced Solid Tumors and Mature B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas.
NCT05211726
This study will focus on improving brain health through dietary modification of added sugars in middle aged adults (50- 64 years old). Participants will be fed two 10-day diets (one diet containing 5% of total energy from added sugars and one diet containing 25% of total energy from added sugars) and examine blood vessel function, hippocampus structure using a MRI, and memory performance.
NCT05256134
A study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of gantenerumab in amyloid-positive, cognitively unimpaired participants at risk for or at the earliest stages of AD. The planned number of participants for this study is approximately 1200 participants randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either gantenerumab or placebo (600 participants randomized to gantenerumab and 600 participants randomized to placebo).
NCT03956355
This is a randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical tapinarof cream, 1% once daily for the treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. Approximately 500 adult subjects with plaque psoriasis will be randomized 2:1 to receive either tapinarof cream, 1% or matching vehicle cream once daily for 12 weeks.
NCT00476190
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of a multi-drug chemotherapy regimen in adult patients with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). We will use a regimen that is often used in pediatric patients and we will add drugs called PEG-asparaginase and E. coli asparaginase. PEG-asparaginase has been given as an injection in the past and has been used in treatment with both children and adults with ALL. Information from those other research studies suggests that intravenous PEG-asparaginase has been administered safely in both children and adults. We hope to gain more information about the participants disease and how it responds to standard chemotherapy drugs used to treat ALL\>
NCT06976853
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate what type of treatment will be beneficial for people with Crohn's disease and difficult to treat inflammation in the small bowel. Current therapies are used to control the inflammation due to Crohn's disease in your digestive tract. In some patients, those therapies are not sufficient to fully treat the disease. This objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a different type of therapy, tirzepatide, that may promote healing of the affected intestinal segment. To evaluate the efficacy of this medication, a member of the research team will ask patients questions about how they feel and observe whether this medication heals the their bowel at colonoscopy. A member of the research team will also use blood samples, stool samples and samples of the small intestine taken during a colonoscopy to understand how tirzepatide helps heal the intestine.
NCT04830124
This study observes the antitumor activity, safety, tolerability, PK, and pharmacodynamics in patients with inoperable and/or metastatic melanoma
NCT04411199
Phase III, Prospective, Multinational, Multicenter, Randomized, Controlled, Two-arm, Double Blind Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of D-PLEX Administered Concomitantly with the Standard of Care (SoC), Compared to a SoC Treated Control Arm, in Prevention of Post Abdominal Surgery Incisional Infection.
NCT02848001
CC-90009-AML-001 is a phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and expansion, study in subjects with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and relapsed or refractory higher-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.
NCT04412616
This is a Phase 1, Multicenter, Open-label study to assess the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of ZZ06 in participants with all Adult Patients with Advanced EGFR-positive Solid Tumor Malignancies who are not able to have current standard anti-tumor therapies. The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) , to characterise the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics (PD) and anti-tumor activity of ZZ06 as a single agent in adult participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT03938792
Treatment with PF-06741086 is anticipated to demonstrate a clinically relevant advantage and/or a major contribution to patient care in comparison to current methods of treatment for hemophilia A or B because it works differently than factor replacement products and will work in the presence of inhibitors. The potential for once weekly (QW) subcutaneous (SC) administration provides for treatment options in the absence of reliable vascular access, increased convenience and may enable better compliance. Combined, these qualities should result in a reduction of bleeding episodes.
NCT05393895
This is a multi-center, double-masked, vehicle-controlled study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of CSF-1 compared with vehicle in presbyopic subjects. Subjects will be treated for at least 6 weeks.
NCT03718832
This trial investigates the value created by the highly innovative Fresh Food Farmacy (FFF) program at Geisinger Health. The program provides food-insecure diabetics with healthy food for their entire household: at least two meals per day, five days a week. The program also provides education on how to prepare the food, and education on healthy living including diabetes self management. The research measures the effects of the FFF program on patient health and wellbeing.
NCT04971733
The primary objective of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of intravenous (IV) infusions of E2814 in participants with dominantly inherited Alzheimer's disease (DIAD), and to evaluate target engagement (TE) of E2814 on microtubule binding region (MTBR)-tau species in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in participants with DIAD.
