NCT02234583
This is an open-label study of DS-5565 in subjects who either completed participation in a preceding Phase 3 study of DS-5565 in fibromyalgia (FM); i.e. DS5565-A-E309 (NCT02146430), DS5565-A-E310 (NCT02187471), or DS5565-A-E311 (NCT02187159) or are de novo subjects. Eligible subjects will be assigned to receive open-label DS-5565 for 52 weeks. All subjects will receive DS-5565 15 mg once daily (QD) for the first three weeks of the treatment period. After three weeks, subjects may be titrated to 15 mg twice daily (BID) based on protocol-specified criteria.
NCT01962987

NCT03205488
This study will assess the safety and tolerability of daily oral administration of nilotinib (150-300mg once daily) in Parkinson's Disease.
NCT02412371
This study seeks to establish * the recommended Phase 2 dose (RPTD) of veliparib in combination with concurrent paclitaxel/carboplatin-based chemoradiotherapy (CRT) and consolidation with paclitaxel/carboplatin-based chemotherapy (Phase 1 portion), and * to assess whether the addition of oral veliparib versus placebo to paclitaxel/carboplatin-based chemoradiotherapy with paclitaxel/carboplatin consolidation will improve progression-free survival (PFS) in adults with Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (Phase 2 portion). A strategy decision was made not to proceed to Phase 2 portion of this study due to change in standard of care.
NCT02641158
Primary Objective: This study will evaluate the effectiveness of an HCV Care Facilitation intervention in moving HIV/HCV co-infected substance users forward along the HCV care continuum (compared with a Control group). Primary Hypothesis: The number of steps achieved along the HCV care continuum will differ between the two study groups over the 14-month follow-up period. Secondary Objectives: Component 1 (Long-term CTN 0049 follow-up): Using the CTN 0064 baseline data (self-report, medical record abstraction and biological data), the following CTN 0049 primary and secondary outcomes in participants who consented to the CTN 0064 protocol will be re-analyzed to evaluate latent and/or enduring effects of the CTN 0049 interventions: 1. HIV virological suppression 2. HIV primary care visit attendance 3. All-cause mortality
NCT02573870
Batefenterol inhalation powder is currently under development as a fixed-dose combination with fluticasone furoate (FF) for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The present study will administer batefenterol/FF (300/100 micrograms \[mcg\]) for the first time to subjects with COPD, to investigate the safety and tolerability of the combination compared with placebo, and to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics profiles of the individual components when administered in combination. This is a Phase IIa, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, parallel group study. Subjects will be randomized (2:1) to one of the following double-blind treatment groups: Batefenterol/FF 300/100 mcg inhalation powder once daily, or matching placebo inhalation powder once daily. Subjects will self-administer the study treatments once daily (QD) in the morning for 42 days via a multi-dose dry powder inhaler (DPI) which contains two blister strips. Additionally, an inhaled short acting beta2-receptor agonist, albuterol will be provided from screening to the end of the treatment period for all subjects to use as needed to relieve COPD symptoms. At the end of the treatment period, subjects can resume conventional therapy. The study will randomize approximately 60 subjects. The total duration of subject participation (from screening to follow-up) will be approximately 8 weeks.
NCT02341560
This study will determine the effect of QPI-1007 on visual function in subjects with recent-onset NAION and assess the safety and tolerability of intravitreal injections of QPI-1007 in this population. This study will also evaluate the structural changes in the retina following administration of QPI-1007.
NCT02833077
This is a safety and effectiveness study of JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC injectable gel for chin augmentation to correct volume deficit in chin retrusion.
NCT02029976
Primary Aim: To test the efficacy of an elementary school-based, school nurse-led weight management program to reduce excess weight gain among children, 8 to 12 years old who are overweight and at risk of overweight by increasing healthy dietary practices and physical activity levels and decreasing sedentary practices. Primary Hypothesis: Relative to the control condition, the children receiving the intervention will have a significantly lower body mass index (BMI), following implementation of the 9-month intervention, controlling for baseline values.
NCT04272645
This research is studying two experimental drugs, abemaciclib and atezolizumab, alone and in combination with each other, to learn about the safety and effectiveness of these treatments and their side effects. This is an investigational study treatment for adult men with metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have progressive disease despite previous treatment with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). One group of men (men without a genetic mutation called "CDK12 loss") will receive abemaciclib therapy alone. Two other groups of men (men with CDK12 loss in one group and men without CDK12 loss in the other) will receive the combination of abemaciclib and atezolizumab. Another group of men with CDK12 loss will receive atezolizumab therapy alone.
NCT03314662
This phase 3 study is a randomized, double-blinded, comparator controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study of aQIV versus the US-licensed 2017-2018 adjuvanted trivalent influenza vaccine (aTIV-1, Fluad), and versus an adjuvanted trivalent influenza vaccine (aTIV-2), containing the alternate B strain.
NCT02205528

The primary objective of the study is to estimate the treatment effect of PDA001 (evaluating 3 different PDA001 dosings) versus placebo in subjects with moderate-to-severe Crohn's Disease. The secondary objective of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of PDA001 versus placebo in the above-mentioned patient population.
NCT01763905
The primary objective was to evaluate the effect of 12 weeks of subcutaneous (SC) evolocumab every 2 weeks (Q2W) and monthly (QM), compared with ezetimibe, on percent change from baseline in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in hypercholesterolemic adults unable to tolerate an effective dose of a statin (HMG-CoA (5-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A) reductase inhibitors).
NCT03149991
This is a multi-site, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of the acute efficacy of brexpiprazole or placebo in combination with intranasal ketamine added to ongoing, stable, and adequate antidepressant therapy (ADT) in the treatment of adults with Major Depressive Disorder with Treatment Resistant Depression.

A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel-Group Study Assessing the Effect of Gelesis200 on Body Weight in Overweight and Obese Subjects without or with Type 2 Diabetes
NCT02616029
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of elvitegravir/cobicistat/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (E/C/F/TAF) fixed-dose combination (FDC) after switching from a stable regimen consisting of emtricitabine/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (FTC/TDF) or abacavir/lamivudine (ABC/3TC) plus a third antiretroviral (ARV) agent in participants harboring the archived nucleoside/nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) resistance mutation M184V and/or M184I in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) -1 reverse transcriptase. This is a two part study. If the rate of virologic failure in Part 1 is deemed acceptable, once the internal data monitoring committee officially completes the interim review, the study will continue to Part 2.
