NCT02701283
The study objective is to demonstrate that the safety and effectiveness of the Medtronic TAVR system as measured by rates of all-cause mortality or disabling stroke at two years is noninferior to SAVR in the treatment of severe aortic stenosis in subjects who have a low predicted risk of operative mortality for SAVR. The purpose of the expanded use addendum to the Medtronic TAVR in Low Risk Patients Trial protocol is to conclude the randomized phase of the trial and initiate the single-arm, non-randomized, continued access phase of the trial.
NCT05879926
This Phase III Trial will determine whether adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) added to ovarian function suppression (OFS) plus endocrine therapy (ET) is superior to OFS plus ET in improving invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) among premenopausal, early- stage breast cancer (EBC) patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, HER2-negative tumors and 21-gene recurrence score (RS) between 16-25 (for pN0 patients) and 0-25 (for pN1 patients).
NCT01757665
The objective of this trial is to confirm that the modifications to tissue processing, valve sterilization and packaging do not raise any new questions of safety and effectiveness in subjects who require replacement of their native or prosthetic aortic or mitral valve.
NCT04307381

NCT06299098
This study is researching experimental drugs called trevogrumab and garetosmab (called "study drugs") in combination with another drug, semaglutide (Wegovy®). This study will be done in 3 parts, Part A, Part B, and Part C where different study drugs will be tested. Part A of the study is focused on healthy participants. Part B and C of the study is focused on participants with obesity. The aim of Part A of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is in healthy participants. The aim of Part B and Part C of the study is to see how safe and effective the study drug is when combined with Wegovy. Parts A, B, and C of the study are looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)
NCT03466411
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy (GALAXI 1), clinical and endoscopic efficacy (GALAXI 2 and GALAXI 3) and safety of guselkumab in participants with Crohn's disease.
NCT06961370
The main purpose of this study is to assess the ocular and systemic safety and tolerability of RO7669330 in participants with GA secondary to AMD in at least one eye in Part 1, or both eyes in Part 2, after multiple unilateral intravitreal (IVT) doses.
NCT05647265
This phase II trial evaluates the safety and effectiveness of giving immunotherapy (nivolumab and ipilimumab) before surgery for controlling disease in patients with stage I-IIIa sarcomatoid mesothelioma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving immunotherapy before surgery may be more effective at controlling disease in patients with sarcomatoid mesothelioma than giving immunotherapy alone.
NCT06295731
This seamless phase 2/3 randomized controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the hexavalent OX40 agonist antibody INBRX-106 combined with the anti-PD-1 antibody pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab (+ placebo in phase 3) as first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HSNSCC) incurable by local therapies, expressing PD-L1 with a combined proportion score (CPS) ≥20.
NCT03382457
Clinical Study of the Edwards Cardioband FIT Repair System
NCT04175600
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the addition of selexipag to standard of care treatment delays disease progression in children with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) in comparison to placebo.
NCT04938830
This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of clesrovimab compared to palivizumab as assessed by the proportion of participants experiencing adverse events (AEs).
NCT07300150
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, determine the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D) of PT0511 in adult participants with solid tumors as monotherapy and in combination with cetuximab in participants with colorectal cancer (CRC).
NCT06254495
This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infection. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL), or diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This clinical trial uses a drug called PF-08046044/SGN-35C . The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time SGN -35C will be used in people. This study will test the safety of SGN-35C in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for SGN-35C. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-35C is and if it works to treat select lymphomas.
NCT07084441
The Comparison of Outcomes of Management of Bowel Obstruction (COMBO) trial is a patient-level randomized trial of a short course of dexamethasone + supportive care vs supportive care alone for patients with adhesion-related small bowel obstruction (aSBO). The goal of the COMBO trial is to answer the question: Can Dexamethasone increases the proportion of patients with resolution of aSBO with non-operative management (without complication) based on an established minimal important clinical difference.
NCT07388173
The prevention of infectious diseases in older adults remains a major public health challenge, as acute respiratory infections are a leading cause of hospitalisation, mortality, and functional decline worldwide. Immunosenescence and environmental exposures increase susceptibility to infection and reduce vaccine effectiveness in this population. Respiratory viruses, including influenza, SARS-CoV-2, respiratory syncytial virus, and human metapneumovirus, account for a substantial share of this burden, much of which is vaccine-preventable. However, their impact on functional decline and recovery in older adults remains insufficiently characterized. This international study aims to assess the effect of hospitalization for major respiratory viral infections on loss of autonomy in individuals aged 60 years and older, to inform targeted prevention and vaccination strategies.
NCT04428944
The objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of three different ablation strategies in patients with persistent AF: 1. PV antral isolation alone (PVAI) 2. PV antral isolation plus ablation of drivers (PVAI+drivers) 3. PV antral isolation plus isolation of posterior wall (PVAI+box) All three strategies will employ contemporary catheter ablation technology using more efficient open irrigated tip cooling and contact force sensing.

NCT06870487
The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of a new study medicine called PF-08046032, when taken alone and when taken with another medicine called sasanlimab, for the treatment of advanced cancers. The effects are studied in adult participants with certain types of lymphomas or solid tumors that are advanced or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body). The study has three parts: * Part A will test PF-08046032 alone at increasing dose levels in participants with certain lymphomas (cancer that begins in cells of the immune system) and in participants with certain solid tumors whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. * Part B will test PF-08046032 (at selected doses) and sasanlimab in participants with certain solid tumors, including those whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments as well as participants before receiving standard treatments. * Part C will further test the combination of PF-08046032 and sasanlimab in participants with specific types of solid tumors based on the results from Part A and Part B of the study. All participants will receive the study drug PF-08046032. Only participants in Part B and Part C of the study will also receive sasanlimab. PF-08046032 will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion, which means it will be injected directly into a vein. Sasanlimab will be given as a subcutaneous injection, which means it will be injected under the skin.
