NCT02914561
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of filgotinib during induction and maintenance treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) in participants who are biologic-naive and biologic-experienced. Participants who complete the study, or do not meet protocol response or remission criteria at Week 10 will have the option to enter a separate long-term extension (LTE) study (Study GS-US-419-3896).
NCT03485157
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of micronized dehydrated human amnion chorion membrane as compared to the 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP placebo control for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis
NCT03837353
This is a non-randomized multi-center Phase 1b/2a dose escalation and dose expansion study testing DKN-01 as monotherapy or in combination with docetaxel in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Patients need to be biomarker positive (Dickkopf-1 \[DKK1\]) either in plasma or biopsy. Other biopsies for correlative studies are encouraged but not mandatory. Pharmacokinetic (PK) testing of one pre-treatment blood sample and one post-treatment blood sample will be mandatory on Day 1 of every cycle.
NCT05309200
OCE-205 is being tested to treat participants who have developed Hepatorenal Syndrome-Acute Kidney Injury as a complication of cirrhosis with ascites. The study aims are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of OCE-205 at various doses. Participants will receive treatment by intravenous infusion. Participants will continue with this treatment until participants meets primary endpoint or any discontinuation criteria.
NCT01624285
The purpose of this study is to determine if sorafenib (sorafenib tosylate) is a safe and effective treatment option for preventing liver cancer in high risk patients following liver transplantation. Liver transplantation is a treatment option for liver cancer patients, but despite transplantation, the liver cancer can recur in the new, transplanted liver. It is not known whether sorafenib is effective in preventing cancer recurrence in high risk patients following liver transplantation
NCT03662542
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination therapy with guselkumab and golimumab in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC).
NCT04523181
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of antroquinonol treatment of mild to moderate pneumonia due to COVID-19, as measured by the proportion of patients alive and free of respiratory failure.
NCT03230318
This Phase II, open-label, single-arm study evaluated the anti-cancer activity of derazantinib in subjects with inoperable or advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) who received at least one prior regimen of systemic therapy. Patients received an oral once-daily total dose of 300 mg derazantinib capsules.
NCT02978326
The primary purpose of this study was to determine if treatment with SAGE-217 reduces depressive symptoms in participants with severe postpartum depression (PPD) compared to placebo as assessed by the change from baseline in the 17-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAM-D) total score at Day 15 and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SAGE-217 compared to placebo as assessed by the incidence of adverse events, vital sign measurements, clinical laboratory evaluations, electrocardiogram (ECG) parameters, and the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS).
NCT03905330
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the investigational treatment (maralixibat) is safe and effective in pediatric participants with Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis (PFIC).
NCT01605084
The purpose of this study is to determine the proportion of subjects with HIV-1 RNA \< 50 c/mL at Week 48 in patients who failed their first line therapy containing a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) or an integrase inhibitor
NCT03742986
Study of efficacy of nivolumab with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with IBC
NCT04655313
This is a Phase 2, open label, maximal usage PK and safety study of ARQ-151 cream 0.3% in pediatric subjects (ages 6 to 11 years old) with plaque psoriasis:
NCT03201874
The project will test a tailored web and smartphone-based application (iCanCope with SCD) to improve pain self-management and functioning in youth (aged 12-18) with sickle cell disease. The program will include goal setting, peer-based social support, and pain self-management training. The investigators will determine initial program effectiveness through a pilot three-site randomized controlled trial in 160 youth randomized to treatment compared to attention control.
NCT02494037
This study describes the survival outcomes of advanced stage breast, colorectal, ovarian and pancreatic cancer patients receiving advanced integrative oncology (AIO) treatment at participating North American integrative oncology clinics. This study also aims to describe the integrative treatments recommended by naturopathic doctors (NDs) for these participants alongside their conventional care treatments. Sub-studies will evaluate health-related quality of life, cost of cancer care, and qualitative experience of care in a subset of Canadian participants.
NCT04151563
This study is for participants with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer that has spread or has reoccurred after failure of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy
NCT04848220
The purpose of this study is to determine whether intravenous temanogrel is a safe and effective treatment for microvascular obstruction (MVO) in adult participants undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
NCT03386929
Patients with advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with no documented targetable alterations (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutation, Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) translocation, ROS1 mutation if available or MET exon 14 skipping mutation if available) will receive a tri-therapy associating avelumab, axitinib and palbociclib.
NCT03525392
This study was conducted to advance new treatment for patients with metastatic or locally advanced cancers expressing Neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1). This study was the first time the investigational drug called 177Lu-3BP-227 was administered to patients under controlled conditions of a clinical study. The purpose of this study was to evaluate how safe the investigational drug is as well to verify how well it is tolerated by patients after several intravenous administrations. In addition, the effect of the study drug on tumoral lesions and how it distributes throughout the body and at which rate it is removed from the body was evaluated. Since 177Lu-3BP-227 is a radio-labelled drug, it also measured how the emitted radiation is distributed throughout the body (dosimetry). The study consisted of a phase I dose escalation part. The study originally planned to include a phase II study however due to early termination (not due to safety concerns) the study did not progress to phase II and was stopped during phase I. For the phase I dose escalation part, it was anticipated that approximately 30 subjects will be included, in up to six escalation steps. No expansion cohorts were implemented.
NCT02998645
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of eltrombopag in combination with cyclosporine alone as first-line therapy on overall hematologic response
