The standard treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer involves chemotherapy and radiation, known as 5FUCMT, (the chemotherapy drugs 5-fluorouracil/capecitabine and radiation therapy) prior to surgery. Although radiation therapy to the pelvis has been a standard and important part of treatment for rectal cancer and has been shown to decrease the risk of the cancer coming back in the same area in the pelvis, some patients experience undesirable side effects from the radiation and there have been important advances in chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation which may be of benefit. The purpose of this study is to compare the effects, both good and bad, of the standard treatment of chemotherapy and radiation to chemotherapy using a combination regimen known as FOLFOX, (the drugs 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), oxaliplatin and leucovorin) and selective use of the standard treatment, depending on response to the FOLFOX. The drugs in the FOLFOX regimen are all FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved and have been used routinely to treat patients with advanced colorectal cancer.

The ILLUMENATE Pivotal PAS is a continued follow-up study which will include 300 subjects from forty-three (43) sites across the United States and Austria previously enrolled in the ILLUMENATE Pivotal pre-market study to evaluate the Stellarex DCB compared to the PTA control device for the treatment of de-novo or post-PTA occluded/stenotic or reoccluded/restenotic (except for in-stent) SFA and/or popliteal arteries.

This study will test an intervention program designed to provide developmentally appropriate guidance to parents of infants on responsive parenting and healthy lifestyle to see if that intervention will prevent rapid weight gain in infancy and overweight at age 3 years. Further, compared with control infants, intervention infants will have lower body mass index (BMI) percentiles at age 3. The investigators also hypothesize that control infants will gain weight more rapidly over time.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the NextGen Tracheostomy Toolkit in people who have a tracheostomy. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the number of atraumatic tracheostomy suctionings before and after the use of automated robotic suctioning device divided by the total number of tracheostomy suctionings across arms experimental group 1 vs. control group? * What is the number of atraumatic tracheostomy suctionings before and after the use of Nextgen Tracheostomy Toolkit divided by the total number of tracheostomy suctionings across arms experimental group 3 vs. control group? * What is the number of successful first-time tracheostomy tube change attempts before and after the use of mixed reality tracheostomy tube change device divided by the total number of tracheostomy tube changes across arms experimental group 2 vs. control group? * What is the number of successful first-time tracheostomy tube change attempts before and after the use of Nextgen Tracheostomy Toolkit divided by the total number of tracheostomy tube changes across arms experimental group 3 vs. control group? Participants will be randomly divided into 4 groups and assigned different interventions. 1. Experimental group 1 will receive suctionings using automated robotic suctioning device. 2. Experimental group 2 will receive tracheostomy tube changes using mixed reality tracheostomy tube changing system. 3. Experimental group 3 will receive Nextgen Tracheostomy Toolkit that includes suctionings using automated robotic suctioning device and tracheostomy tube changes using mixed reality tracheostomy tube changing system. 4. Control group will receive usual tracheostomy care Researchers will compare the four groups to see the effect of Nextgen tracheostomy toolkit and its components on the number of atraumatic tracheostomy suctionings and number of successful first-time tracheostomy tube changes.

The objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of STAT, an activity-based therapy protocol compared to standard therapy (ST) to improve functional outcome and reduce disability in patients recovering from burn injury. This randomized multi-center trial is designed with two parallel treatment groups: STAT and ST. Efficacy of the STAT protocol will be determined through comparison to the ST only group. It will be conducted at seven burn centers.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of adavosertib when given together with local radiation therapy in treating children with newly diagnosed diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas. Adavosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, gamma rays, neutrons, protons, or other sources to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving adavosertib with local radiation therapy may work better than local radiation therapy alone in treating diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas.

A common group of viruses that infect humans are enteroviruses. Enteroviruses produce illnesses in children which may range from very mild (summer colds) to severe (infections of the brain, liver, and heart). The purpose of this study is to determine if a new drug called pleconaril helps treat babies with enteroviral sepsis. In addition, researchers are attempting to determine a safe and effective dose of pleconaril to help babies with this disease. Infants who are 15 days or younger when diagnosed with enteroviral disease are eligible for this study. Two out of 3 babies will be randomly assigned to receive Pleconaril and the other one out of three will receive a placebo (inactive substitute). Participants will be hospitalized while receiving study medication. Babies will receive standard treatment care for their symptoms and will be observed for their medical progress. Participants may be in the study for up to 2 years.

Extranodal extension (ENE) refers to the spread of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) outside the lymph nodes. It is a well-known factor that indicates a poorer prognosis and outcome for patients who have undergone surgical removal of the cancer. In such cases, it is recommended to combine chemotherapy with radiation therapy after surgery. As the number of cases of HNSCC related to the human papillomavirus (HPV) is increasing, treatment approaches have shifted towards using radiation therapy as the primary treatment method instead of surgery. This raises an important question about the significance of ENE observed through imaging tests (referred to as iENE) and its impact on the prognosis. Unfortunately, this question remains unanswered. The objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive study across multiple medical institutions. The investigators will gather data including scan results, histopathology reports, and data from patient charts from individuals who have been treated for head and neck cancer. The aim is to analyze and correlate the findings between the pathological evidence of ENE and the imaging results, while also assessing the prognostic value of iENE. Additionally, the investigators will explore the influence of HPV status on these factors. By collecting and analyzing this data, the investigators hope to establish standardized criteria that can assist radiologists in accurately identifying ENE through imaging tests. This research is essential for enhancing our understanding of HNSCC and improving the effectiveness of diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.

The goal of this randomized, single-blinded, educational study is to test the effect of providing crowdsourced ratings and feedback to second-year (PGY2) internal medicine (IM) and family medicine (FM) resident physicians' about their adverse event communication skills. The main question it aims to answer is: \- Is the intervention of providing reports with personal performance feedback and recommendations for effective error disclosure associated with higher ratings of resident error disclosure skills? Participants will perform simulated error disclosure with a software tool called the Video-based Communication Assessment (VCA). Participants will be randomized to receive feedback reports (intervention) or not (control). Participants receiving the intervention will be asked to review their feedback and all participants will use the VCA again approximately 4 weeks later with different patient cases.
