NCT01856192
This randomized phase II trial studies how well rituximab and combination chemotherapy with or without lenalidomide work in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine sulfate, and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Lenalidomide may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. It is not yet known whether rituximab and combination chemotherapy are more effective when given with or without lenalidomide in treating patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.

NCT04145622
This is a single group study of participants with advanced solid tumors who have not been cured by other treatments. It is the first time the drug will be used in humans, and will be in two parts. The primary purpose of the parts are: * Dose Escalation Part: To evaluate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose and the recommended dose for expansion of ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXd). * Dose Expansion Part: To investigate the safety, tolerability and antitumor activity of I-DXd when administered as a single agent. This study is expected to last approximately 5 years from the time the first participant is enrolled to the time the last participant is off the study. The number of treatment cycles is not fixed in this study. Participants who continue to benefit from the study treatment may continue, unless: * they withdraw * their disease gets worse * they experience unacceptable side effects.
NCT05774756
The goal of this trial is to learn how well Setmelanotide works to improve weight reduction, hunger, and quality of life in patients 4 years of age and older with acquired Hypothalamic Obesity (HO). To determine how well setmelanotide works and how safe it is, patients with HO will take a daily injection of either setmelanotide or placebo and complete trial assessments for 52 weeks on a therapeutic regimen. A separate sub-study in patients with congenital HO is detailed under NCT06760546.
NCT06636383
The main objective of this observational study is to evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of DTX401 for at least 10 years after DTX401 administration.
NCT06422871
The goal of this observational study is to increase the understanding of the safety and performance of Merit Medical's HeRO Graft System (HeRO) and Super HeRO Adaptor and Support Seal System (Super HeRO) devices. This study includes adults that are being treated with one of these devices as part of their regular medical care for maintaining long-term dialysis access when all other dialysis access options have failed. If participants in the study are not seen for a standard of care clinic visit during the 4 visit timepoints over 2 years, the participant will be followed by phone to check their current health and dialysis status.
NCT05895786
The purpose of the study is to understand how the study medicine PF-06823859 (dazukibart) works in people with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (DM and PM). These disorders cause inflammation that weakens the muscles that are important for movement and may also cause skin rash in people with DM. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older or minimum legal adult age as defined per local regulation, whichever is greater * Have active DM or active PM. * Are receiving a stable dose of 1 corticosteroid taken by mouth and/or 1 traditional immunosuppressant. * Note: Corticosteroids and immunosuppressants are medicines that help reduce inflammation and may signal to the immune system not to attack the body. Dermatomyositis (DM) is a rare disease that causes muscle inflammation that results in muscle weakness and low muscle stamina. Patients with DM have a characteristic skin rash. Polymyositis (PM) is a rare disease that involves mainly muscle inflammation resulting in muscle weakness, that can sometimes be painful. Patients with DM and PM may have trouble going up the steps, walking or getting to a standing position. Some of the participants will receive the study medicine (dazukibart) and some will receive placebo (which is similar to study medicine but contains no medicine in it). The study medicine or placebo will be given as an intravenous (IV) infusion (directly into the veins), which takes about 1 hour; every 4 weeks from Day 1 to Week 48 of the study. Both dazukibart and placebo and will be given at the study site. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving study medication to those of the people who do not. This will help to see if dazukibart is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 13 months. During this time, participants will have 15 study visits. These visits will be performed at the study site.
NCT03939897
This phase I trial studies the effects (good and bad) of adding copanlisib to the usual therapy of fulvestrant and abemaciclib in treating patients with hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (breast) to other places in the body (metastatic). Some breast cancer cells have receptors for the hormones estrogen or progesterone. These cells are hormone receptor positive and they need estrogen or progesterone to grow. This can affect how the cancer is treated. Hormone therapy using fulvestrant may fight breast cancer by blocking the use of estrogen by the tumor cells. Abemaciclib and copanlisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Adding copanlisib to the usual therapy of fulvestrant and abemaciclib may work better than giving fulvestrant and abemaciclib alone in treating patients with breast cancer.

NCT07615400
The purpose of this observational research study is to learn more about the natural history of fucosidosis, its symptoms, and how it develops over time. This study intends to collect information from participants diagnosed with fucosidosis; however, this study does not include any medication or treatment other than the usual medical care provided to study participants. The information collected in this study will be used to help understand the disease characteristics of fucosidosis; with this information potentially being able to help design future studies and treatments for this disease. There is currently no approved treatment for patients with fucosidosis. The study consists of 2 parts: a) Part A - retrospective data collection, and b) Part B - prospective data collection.
NCT06183151
This study is recruiting participants to donate 3 capillary blood samples to be tested on the investigational system. At the same time, remnant routine blood samples used for Complete Blood Count (CBC) testing from the same participants will be tested on the investigation system. The participants' CBC results analyzed on the gold standard laboratory analyzer (comparator) will be collected and compared against the results obtained from the testing of capillary blood samples and remnant blood samples on the investigational system. The participants' involvement in the study is only for the duration of collecting the blood samples. No follow-up is anticipated. The results from the investigational system is for research use only and will not inform or change the participants' treatment or care.
