NCT04977986
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple-center study, to assess the efficacy and safety of Cannabidiol administered as ZYN002 for the treatment of children, adolescent, and young adult patients with Fragile X Syndrome (FXS). Eligible participants will participate in up to an 18-week treatment period, where all participants will receive placebo or active study drug. Patients ages 3 to \< 30 years will be eligible to participate.
NCT06595238
A Phase IIb Randomised, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of AZD6234 compared with placebo, given once a week as subcutaneous injection for 36 weeks, in male and female participants of at least 18 years of age who are living with obesity (body mass index \[BMI\] ≥ 30 kg/m2), or overweight (BMI ≥ 27 kg/m2) and at least one weight-related comorbidity
NCT06764771
This purpose of this study is to determine if experimental treatment with BMS-986488, alone, or in combinations is safe, tolerable, and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
NCT06992440
Randomized, triple-masked, parallel arm clinical trial of empagliflozin versus placebo in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) participants on stable approved PAH-targeted medical therapy.
NCT03077451
This pilot phase II trial studies how well nelfinavir mesylate works in treating patients with kaposi sarcoma. Nelfinavir mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT06973291
The main aim of this study is to assess whether zasocitinib works better than deucravacitinib in treating participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants will take one tablet daily of either zasocitinib or a matching placebo, along with one capsule daily of either over-encapsulated deucravacitinib or a matching placebo, for a duration of 16 weeks. Participants will be in the study for up to 25 weeks, which includes screening period of up to 35 days, a 16-week treatment period, and a 4-week safety follow-up period.
NCT06538116
The main purpose of this study is to look at how safe the study drug (mevidalen) is and whether it works to alleviate symptoms when given to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer Disease (AD) dementia. This is done by looking at participants: thinking and memory (cognition), everyday activities and sleep, AD symptoms, physical activity, irritability or anxiety. The study is expected to last approximately 26 weeks and may include up to 14 visits.
NCT06041256
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare different doses of AURN001 in patients with corneal edema secondary to corneal endothelial dysfunction. The main questions the clinical trial aims to answer are whether AURN001 effective and safe. Participants will receive a single injection of AURN001. A comparison between low, medium, and high doses of AURN001 against the contribution of each element, cells alone and Y27632 alone, will be conducted to determine the effects on corneal edema.
NCT04168008
The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of a theory-driven peer intervention for pregnant and postpartum women living HIV. The peer intervention is designed to increase self-efficacy, social support, self-regulatory behaviors, and outcome expectancy in order to improve retention in care and viral suppression postpartum. The intervention will consist of face-to-face prenatal educational sessions, starting in early third trimester, and postpartum sessions scheduled up to three months postpartum.
NCT06216301
This study, known as LUNAR-2, aims to investigate the effectiveness and safety of using TTFields, delivered by the NovoTTF-200T device, concomitantly administered with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The primary goals of the study are to assess overall survival and progression-free survival. Secondary objectives include analyzing outcomes based on the specific histology (subtype) of the lung cancer.
NCT06609005
This is a Phase 1 and Phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and antitumor activity of INV-9956 in adult patients with advanced metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer.
NCT03092856
This randomized phase II trial studies how well axitinib with or without anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 work in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Biological therapies, such as anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600, use substances made from living organisms that may may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving axitinib with or without anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.
NCT04603495
A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.
NCT07040566
This is randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial in treatment-seeking adults who report regular e-cigarette use to test the hypothesis that varenicline is efficacious for quitting e-cigarettes.
NCT02955940
The purpose of this study is to provide continued supply of ruxolitinib alone, ruxolitinib plus background cancer therapy, or background cancer therapy alone to subjects from an Incyte-sponsored study of ruxolitinib that has reached its study objectives or has been terminated. This study will also provide another mechanism for reporting adverse events related to study drug safety.
NCT04349267
The purpose of this study is to evaluate BMS-986315 alone and in combination with nivolumab or cetuximab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT06336356
The main purpose of this study is to assess the serum free cortisol response after ACTH stimulation test at baseline and at Week 8 in participants with uncontrolled hypertension.
NCT06724016
This is a First-in-Human, Phase 1, Dose-Escalation and Dose-Expansion study of HM16390, as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab to assess safety, tolerability, MTD, RP2D, PK, and efficacy in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Dose-Escalation Part is planned to establish the MTD or RDs for the randomized Dose-Ranging Part. Based on the results of the Dose-Escalation Part, additional eligible subjects will be randomized 1:1 into each dose level. After a comprehensive review of available data from both Dose-Escalation Part and Dose-Ranging Part, the RDEs to be tested in the Dose-Expansion Part are determined. Dose-Expansion Part is designed to assess the potential efficacy of HM16390 as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab when administered at the RDEs to subjects in indication-specific expansion cohorts.
NCT05641155
The purpose of this early feasibility study is to explore several facets of hearing performance that may show improvements for alternative modes of stimulation compared to Monopolar (MP stimulation) in cochlear implant recipients. This study will iteratively evaluate different parameter sets that intend to maximize hearing performance benefits within technical requirements. This study is exploratory in nature and will achieve its objectives through ongoing review and adjustment of device parameters and fitting
