B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the doses of ABBV-319 that will be used in the next phase and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 154 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of trametinib when given together with pembrolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has come back and spread to other places in the body, cannot be removed by surgery, or spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes. Trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving trametinib and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Endoluminal Surgical (ELS) System in subjects undergoing specified transanal endoluminal procedures in the rectum and sigmoid colon. Subjects will undergo endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), with or without closure at the discretion of the Investigator, of benign lesions in the rectum and sigmoid colon. The safety and effectiveness outcomes will be assessed intraoperatively and postoperatively at discharge and Days 7 and 30.

Primary mediastinal large B cell lymphoma is treated with a combination of chemotherapy and the monoclonal antibody rituximab (chemoimmunotherapy). Following chemoimmunotherapy patients receive radiation therapy if they have residues which may be active tumour. However at the end of chemoimmunotherapy the majority of patients show tissue scarring that is not necessarily active tumor. In recent years, PET/CT has proved to be a good tool to accurately identify active tumor from scar tissue in patients treated for mediastinal lymphoma.The purpose of this trial is to test whether radiation therapy is really necessary in patients where PET/CT has shown that the tumor is no longer active. Therefore we will compare radiation treatment with careful observation. Patients that at the end of conventional treatment of chemoimmunotherapy have a negative PET/CT (i.e., without residues suspected to contain active tumor), will randomly assigned to two different treatment groups: one treatment group will receive the radiation treatment, and the other treatment group will receive careful observation. The trial is planned according to a non-inferiority design aimed at demonstrating that progression free survival after the experimental treatment (observation) is not worse than after the standard comparator (mediastinal irradiation.Participation in this study could spare patients with complete remission at the end of chemo immunotherapy (PET/CT negative) radiation therapy that may be unnecessary.

The primary aim of the SwissNeuroFoundation AneurysmDataBase Project is to implement information technology based tools to create and use a holistic reference database specific to intracranial aneurysms (IA). The SwissNeuroFoundation AneurysmDataBase are concerned with generating the data with which to populate this database. The purpose for populating the database are to: * Screen for and evaluate markers of risk for intracranial aneurysm formation and aneurysm rupture. Are considered as markers the following: genetics factors, microbiota, environmental factors, congenital factors (ie: cerebrovascular anatomical variants), transcriptomics signature, proteomics signature,shape characteristics, haemodynamics characteristics. * Screen for and evaluate prognostic factors of outcome regarding different management strategies including watchful observation, microsurgical treatment, endovascular treatment or any combination thereof. * Implement and evaluate patient-specific management protocols integrating all available information. * Evaluate the impact of the database and use of tools to improve care, reduce costs, support knowledge discovery and promote new industrial developments.

Hemophilia A (HA) is a genetic bleeding disorder resulting from a deficiency or absence of factor VIII (FVIII), which is necessary in the clotting process. This disorder occurs mostly in males and in severe cases causes frequent bleeding episodes in joints and muscles which can lead to progressive damage that affects mobility and quality of life. Prophylactic FVIII administered intravenously every other day has been the standard of care treatment for HA for the past few decades. Sports and physical activity are generally encouraged in patients with hemophilia on appropriate prophylactic treatment to increase strength, prevent or decrease obesity, accrue and maintain bone density and encourage normal socialization. To ensure safety with participation in sports in persons with hemophilia A (PWHA), timing of FVIII administration is often adjusted to maximize FVIII at the time of sports. The exact factor level that is needed to safely participate in sports and minimize bleeding risk is not yet known. Based on clinical practice, infusion of FVIII to near the lower limit of normal right before participation in sports generally works to prevent bleeding. The study is looking at how well the newly approved medication Emicizumab works compared to Factor VIII to prevent bleeding in patients with Hemophilia A who play sports. The study will enroll children and adolescents who are already on Emicizumab or Factor VIII who are currently playing sports.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare three care models for optimizing medications and preventing falls with broken bones in patients receiving rehabilitation after a hospitalization for a broken bone. The primary outcome is injurious falls, with secondary outcomes measuring how the process of care is changed and capturing patient-reported outcomes valued by stakeholders. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Which of the three models is more effective in preventing falls with fractures? * What are the differences in patient-centered outcomes amongst the three models? These include pain, depression, anxiety, sleep, medication side effect burden, and fear of falling. * What are the differences in osteoporosis treatment and medication burden? The three care models are: a Deprescribing Care Model designed to reduce or stop fall-related medications, a Bone Heath Service Model designed to provide osteoporosis evaluation and management, and an Injury Prevention Service Model offering both services. 42 SNFs will participate in this study. The three models will be incorporated into the routine care of patients at these facilities who are receiving rehabilitation after a hospitalization for a fracture. All care models will be delivered remotely to patients in the SNF and after they transition home by a post-fracture nurse consultant supported by an interprofessional team. This study has three aims. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the study drug is in patients with FOP. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)
