NCT04322708
This is a Phase 2/3, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of lirentelimab (AK002) given monthly for 6 doses in adult and adolescent patients with active eosinophilic esophagitis. Subjects who complete the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled treatment may have the option to receive 6 doses of open-label lirentelimab (AK002) through the OLE Period of the study.
NCT00225797
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the analgesic efficacy and safety of oxymorphone extended release in non-cancer patients with chronic low back pain.
NCT03460704
The primary objective of the trial was to investigate the effect of the use of inhaled colistimethate sodium (CMS), administered twice a day (b.i.d.) via a specific nebulizer for 12 months, compared to placebo in subjects with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB) chronically infected with P. aeruginosa on the annualised frequency of pulmonary exacerbations.
NCT05413889
The objective is to assess the implementation of a computerized clinical decision support (cCDS) tool for identifying patients at high risk of unplanned readmission who could benefit from existing care programs aimed at reducing readmissions
NCT02008357
The purpose of this study is to test whether an investigational drug called solanezumab can slow the progression of memory problems associated with brain amyloid (protein that forms plaques in the brains of people with Alzheimer Disease \[AD\]).
NCT06119165
Purpose: The overall purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of a suite of environmentally focused nudges on the nutritional quality of consumers' food selections. Participants: \~2,000 US adults ages 18-25, at least 25% currently enrolled full-time in college, recruited from CloudResearch Prime Panels. Procedures: Participants will be randomly assigned to view food products with or without environmental nudges (eco-labels, peer comparison message, and swaps). They will be asked to select items that they most wish to purchase and will then be asked a series of questions about the products and nudges. Questions will also include standard socio-demographic variables.
NCT01561391
This trial is conducted in North America. The aim of this trial is to compare the safety and efficacy of activated recombinant human factor VII in patients with haemophilia A or B undergoing major surgical procedures.
NCT04700722
The Synuclein-One Study will be evaluating α-synuclein in patients with Parkinson's disease, Multiple System Atrophy, Dementia with Lewy bodies and Pure Autonomic Failure. Using a simple diagnostic test will improve clinical accuracy in diagnosing, earlier diagnosis, and distinguish between neurodegenerative diseases.
NCT04244552
ATRC-101-A01 is a Phase 1b, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial of ATRC-101, an engineered fully human immunoglobulin G, subclass 1 (IgG1) antibody derived from a naturally occurring human antibody. The safety, tolerability, PK, and biological activity of ATRC-101 will be characterized when administered every two weeks (Q2W) or every 3 weeks (Q3W) as a monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.
NCT04585763
Prospective, multi-center, single-arm study of the M5+ Peripheral IVL system to treat calcified peripheral arteries.
NCT00775463
This study will evaluate the effect of treprostinil diethanolamine (UT-15C) sustained release tablets(compared to placebo) on digital ulcers in patients with scleroderma. Treprostinil diethanolamine is an analog of prostacyclin. Prostacyclin is a naturally occuring substance produced by the cells of blood vessels that inhibits platelet aggregation, induces vasodilation, and suppresses smooth muscle proliferation. Improvement in blood flow in lower limbs and fingers would be anticipated to result in a reduction in ischemic pain, Raynaud's phenomenon and promote healing of digital ulcers and other ischemic wounds.
NCT03885531
The objective of this study is to examine the safety and performance of the Journey II CR TKS based on retrospective data.
NCT03674112
This is a Phase II, randomized, multicentre, multinational, open-label, cross-over study in adult patients who have completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy with neoadjuvant pertuzumab and trastuzumab and have undergone surgical treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive early breast cancer. The study will consist of two adjuvant treatment periods: a treatment cross-over period and a treatment continuation period. It will evaluate participant-reported preference for a subcutaneously administered fixed-dose combination formulation (FDC SC) of pertuzumab and trastuzumab compared with intravenously (IV) administered pertuzumab and trastuzumab formulations. The study will also evaluate participant-reported satisfaction with pertuzumab and trastuzumab FDC SC and health-related quality of life outcomes; healthcare professionals' perceptions of time/resource use and convenience of pertuzumab and trastuzumab FDC SC compared with pertuzumab and trastuzumab IV formulations; as well as the safety and efficacy of each study regimen.
NCT00904020
Patients with a diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), diabetic neuropathy (DN), or low back pain (LBP) who were currently receiving an analgesic regimen that contained gabapentin participated in a Phase IV clinical trial to assess the effectiveness of Lidoderm® administered once daily (q24h) after 14 day in the treatment of PHN, DN, or LBP in patients who had a partial response to a regimen containing gabapentin.
NCT03141762
Understanding the Impact of Critical Illness on Falls Risk - a 12 Month Observational Study
NCT00904202
Patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), diabetic neuropathy (DN), complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), carpal tunnel syndrome, HIV neuropathy, idiopathic sensory neuropathy, or other peripheral neuropathy participated in a Phase IV clinical trial to assess the comparative efficacy and safety of Lidoderm monotherapy versus gabapentin monotherapy in treating a diverse group of peripheral neuropathic pain patients.
NCT03439462
A phase 1/2 multi-center investigation of nab-sirolimus (also known as ABI-009, nab-rapamycin) in combination with mFOLFOX6 and Bevacizumab as first-line therapy in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer
NCT00439946
The purpose of this 8-week study is to compare the effects of switching from intravenous Flolan to intravenous Remodulin therapy. Remodulin (treprostinil sodium) is an approved therapy for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Unlike Flolan, Remodulin does not need to be mixed daily and is stable at room temperature, so there is no need for ice packs. In addition, Remodulin is changed every 48hrs, instead of every 12-24 (with ice packs) or every 8 hours (without ice packs) with Flolan. Flolan is given using a type of portable medication pump called the CADD Legacy infusion pump. In this study, Remodulin will be given using a smaller and lighter medication pump called the Crono Five infusion pump. This study will also assess the effect that changing to Remodulin will have on treatment satisfaction and patient quality of life.
NCT05066165
This study will be conducted to evaluate the safety, tolerability, cellular kinetics (CK), activity, and pharmacodynamics (PD) of NTLA-5001 in participants with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
NCT04750369
This study is to evaluate of the accuracy of biomarkers (i.e. circulating endothelial and immune activation markers) that indicate progression to severe disease in patients with suspected COVID-19 in the Emergency Department. It is a prospective observational study of patients presenting to emergency departments with a clinical suspicion of COVID19. All participants will have plasma samples collected for biomarker analysis, and will be tested for SARS-CoV-2 infection with a nasopharyngeal swab. Participants will be managed according to the best local practices.
