The researchers are doing this study to find out whether combining venetoclax with several different standard chemotherapy drugs used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children is safe and effective in adults with newly diagnosed ALL. Participants in this study will be under the age of 60, and they will have T- or B-cell ALL.

The study will focus on the impact of communal singing on patients with stroke and their personal caregivers. Forty post-stroke patients will be randomly assigned to two groups: the first group of 20 stroke survivors and their caregivers (up to 40 total participants) will receive 6 months (approximately 24 sessions) of music therapy. The second control groups of 20 stroke survivors and their caregivers will receive standard post-stroke care

By 2030, the majority of World Trade Center (WTC) rescue and recovery workers (responders) will be aged 65 and over and at risk for aging-related conditions and consequences including the concurrent use of five or more medications (i.e., polypharmacy). The purpose of this research study is to investigate an educational approach targeting polypharmacy through de-prescribing unnecessary and burdensome medications via the support of informed discussions between WTC responders and their prescribing physicians.
