There is a pressing need to increase capacity to treat PTSD related to or exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Texting-based therapy holds promise to increase capacity and reduce barriers to delivering evidence-based treatments (EBTs), but ongoing engagement in digital mental health interventions is low. This study will compare a texting-based EBT for PTSD to culturally-informed texting-based treatment for PTSD as usual, and it will also compare a unique incentive strategy to typical platform reminders aimed to prevent early discontinuation in therapy. This online study is open to individuals who live in 18 different states.

This is a prospective, single-center, randomized control study to determine if video education at the time of postpartum discharge improves patient knowledge on the warning signs for the top three causes of severe maternal morbidity (infection, hemorrhage, and blood pressure disorders) in the first seven days following delivery for self-identified, Black, Latinx, other with two or more self-identified races, Medicaid, and/or uninsured postpartum individuals. Participants will be randomized to written discharge education + video education (intervention) vs standard discharge education (control). They will complete a baseline questionnaire and a post-discharge education questionnaire during their postpartum stay to assess for knowledge improvement. The investigators hypothesize that video education will improve patient's knowledge of severe maternal morbidity warning signs.

This is a research study. The over-the-counter (OTC) drug for atopic dermatitis being tested is not approved as a treatment for the participants' atopic dermatitis condition. In participating in this study, the investigators will analyze the participants' skin microbiome, measure skin hydration and barrier function, and assess clinical improvements to help us understand the potential impact of the investigational OTC drug on atopic dermatitis and skin microbiome balance.

Some people experience a side effect while they are receiving taxane called taxane-induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN). TIPN is pain in the arms and legs due to nerve damage caused by cancer treatment and may interfere with quality of life. The purpose of this study is to learn if acupuncture can prevent TIPN from getting worse. Acupuncture is a medical technique that involves insertion of very thin needles into specific areas on the body. We will compare real acupuncture (RA) to placebo (sham) acupuncture (SA). SA is done like RA, but will use different needles and target different sites or places on the body than RA. We are comparing RA to SA to learn whether RA can prevent TIPN from getting worse while receiving taxane.

This study is being done to look at the effect that different amounts of progressive exercise training has on risk factors associated with developing breast cancer. These risk factors include exercise capacity, body weight, and body composition, as well as the expression of certain genes and levels of inflammatory factors in your breast tissue. The participant will be instructed to self-report the session information to ExOnc staff at or before their next scheduled visit. If the participant's next scheduled visit is greater than 72 hours following an unsupervised session, ExOnc staff may reach out to the participant to retrieve the session information. Unsupervised session details will be source documented by ExOnc staff.

Enrolled patients will receive upfront (week 1) short-course radiotherapy to gross pelvic disease (25Gy in 5fx) in combination with AB928 (150 mg orally, once daily as part of a continuous dose regimen). This will be followed by consolidation chemotherapy (weeks 3-20) with mFOLFOX x9 cycles in combination with AB928 and AB122.

This Phase 3 study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) vs. IC chemotherapy in participants with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of FRα. Participants will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. The FRα positivity will be defined by the Ventana FOLR1 (FOLR1-2.1) CDx assay.

Gavocabtagene autoleucel (gavo-cel; TC-210) is a novel cell therapy that consists of autologous genetically engineered T cells expressing a single-domain antibody that recognizes human Mesothelin, fused to the CD3-epsilon subunit which, upon expression, is incorporated into the endogenous T cell receptor (TCR) complex. This Phase 1/2 study aims to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and subsequently evaluate the efficacy of gavo-cel, with and without immuno-oncology agents, in patients with advanced mesothelin-expressing cancers, with overall response rate and disease control rate as the primary Phase 2 endpoints.

This study aims to compare the Pericapsular Nerve Group (PENG) block with femoral block for hip fracture pain. Participants presenting to the hospital with a diagnosis of hip fracture and consenting to analgesic block will receive either a PENG or femoral block. The choice of block will be dictated by a randomized monthly schedule, and all participants presenting during each four-week period will receive the designated block. A sub-group analysis will be performed to determine any difference in efficacy in participants with intracapsular versus extracapsular fractures.

CAPTIVA-MRI is an observational multimodal MR imaging study that is ancillary to the CAPTIVA trial \[a 3-arm, double-blind Phase III trial conducted at approximately 115 StrokeNet sites randomizing patients with stroke attributed to 70-99% intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (ICAS) to aspirin plus ticagrelor, clopidogrel, or rivaroxaban.\] The primary goal of this ancillary study is to determine if MRI biomarkers can potentially identify ICAS patients who fail best medical management. The CAPTIVA-MRI study leverages the CAPTIVA trial design and implementation to capture information that will inform and facilitate the next generation of ICAS trials and the management of patients with ICAS.

Growth in Internet access and proliferation of smartphones has created an opportunity to re-engineer cancer care delivery. Electronic symptom tracking and feedback is a promising strategy to improve symptom control. Electronic patient reported outcome (ePRO) monitoring of cancer symptoms has been shown to decrease symptom burden, improve quality of life, reduce acute care and even extend survival. An open label extension (OLE) study offered to subjects with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria that have completed the AK006-001 (NCT06072157) Part C referred to as the Main study portion of the study. Qualified subjects will receive up to four doses of the study drug (AK006) through an intravenous infusion every 4 weeks. There is a 16-week follow up period once all the scheduled infusions have been completed. Subjects will be follow for evaluation of safety, tolerability, PK, immunogenicity, and clinical response.
