The researchers are doing this study to find out if stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) without androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is an effective treatment approach for people with unfavorable intermediate-risk prostate. The researchers will see whether SBRT can prevent participants' cancer from coming back and/or spreading to other parts of the body. In addition, they will look closely at how safe and effective it is to rely on Decipher test results for determining which patients would benefit from more extensive radiation treatments

This phase II/III trial studies how well circulating tumor deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) testing in the blood works in predicting treatment for patients with stage IIA colon cancer after surgery. ctDNA are circulating tumor cells that are shed by tumors into the blood. Finding ctDNA in the blood means that there is very likely some small amounts of cancer that remain after surgery. However, this cancer, if detected, cannot be found on other tests usually used to find cancer, as it is too small. Testing for ctDNA levels may help identify patients with colon cancer after surgery who do benefit, and those who do not benefit, from receiving chemotherapy.

This is a 2-Part study with Part A, a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, PoC study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of efzofitimod in patients with SSc-ILD. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the PoC for efficacy in a population with SSc-ILD. While improvement of ILD is the outcome of interest, the study will also evaluate changes in the skin. After initial screening (up to 4 weeks), approximately 25 eligible participants will be randomized 2:2:1 to 1 of 2 active (experimental) dose arms or placebo, administered every 4 weeks up to and including Week 20. Part B is an optional open-label extension to Part A in which participants can receive 450 mg efzofitimod every 4 weeks for 6 doses.

The purpose of the study is look at the effects of different types of exercise training with a stretching group and its effect on lung cancer patients. Subjects will take part in a 16 week training intervention that can consist of aerobic, resistance, aerobic \& resistance, or a control group. Pre and Post testing will include stress tests, echos, blood, and urine samples.

Transgender men (TGM) have a high incidence of sexually transmitted infected (STIs), including HIV, HPV and bacterial N. gonorrhea and C. trachomatis. In addition, TGM who start testosterone therapy (TT) experience significant vaginal morbidity that causes vaginal dryness and pain, due to the estrogen-inhibiting effects of TT on vaginal epithelium. Vaginal dysbiosis is a known contributor of increased STI risk and vaginal symptoms. In a future study, the investigators are planning a randomized trial of a 6-month oral Lactobacillus probiotics intervention in TGM on TT at the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center (CLCHC), New York City to determine whether this intervention can improve vaginal health in TGM on TT. In this study, the investigators will conduct a pilot and feasibility study to precede the main trial. The investigators will randomize 30 TGM on TT to receive either the intervention (consisting of Lactobacillus acidophilus GLA-14 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001) or placebo (maltodextrin) for 4 weeks, evaluating the intervention's impact on vaginal microbiota and clinical outcomes, as well as its feasibility, acceptability, and adherence. This study will take place at the CLCHC Brooklyn site, aiming to gain pilot data, address feasibility and acceptability, and plan for the main trial accordingly.

This is a two arm, randomized, controlled, blinded, multi-case multi reader (MRMC), retrospective study for the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of an AI/ML technology-based CADe/x developed to detect, localize and characterize malignancy score of pulmonary nodules on LDCT chest scans taken as part of a lung cancer screening program. LDCT DICOM images of patients who underwent routine lung cancer screening will be selected and enrolled into the study. Enrolled scans analyzed by radiologists with the assistance of the Median LCS (formerly iBiopsy) device are compared to the analysis by radiologists without the assistance of the Median LCS device. Figures of merit for patient level and lesion level detection and diagnostic efficacy will be calculated and compared, sub-class analysis will be performed to ensure device generalizability.

The goal of this project is to determine if a 6-session psychotherapy intervention will help Veterans feel less deployment-related guilt and less distress related to their guilt. Half of the participants will receive the guilt focused intervention and half will receive a supportive intervention. A supplemental pilot study added in FY2021 will examine the intervention for pandemic-related guilt events.

The study planned to evaluate the benefit of applying Selective Internal Radiation Therapy (SIRT) using SIR-Spheres Y-90 resin microspheres prior to receiving systemic chemotherapy treatment (cisplatin-gemcitabine, or CIS-GEM) in patients with unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Half of the patients were randomized to CIS-GEM chemotherapy plus SIRT, and half of the patients were randomized to CIS-GEM alone.
