NCT04623775
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety profile of relatlimab plus nivolumab in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy (PDCT) and to determine if nivolumab plus relatlimab in combination with PDCT improves overall response rate (ORR) when compared to nivolumab plus PDCT in participants with previously untreated Stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT03419234
This randomized phase II trial studies how well abiraterone acetate and antiandrogen therapy, with or without cabazitaxel and prednisone, work in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer previously treated with docetaxel that has spread to other parts of the body. Androgens can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Hormone therapy using abiraterone acetate and antiandrogen therapy may fight prostate cancer by lowering and/or blocking the use of androgens by the tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cabazitaxel and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving abiraterone acetate and antiandrogen therapy with or without cabazitaxel and prednisone may help kill more tumor cells.
NCT06072482
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety of avacopan in participants with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV).
NCT03233191
This randomized phase III trial studies digital tomosynthesis mammography and digital mammography in screening patients for breast cancer. Screening for breast cancer with tomosynthesis mammography may be superior to digital mammography for breast cancer screening and may help reduce the need for additional imaging or treatment.
NCT05614739
The main purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of LOXO-435 by itself or when it is combined with other standard medicines that treat cancer. LOXO-435 may be used to treat cancer of the cells that line the urinary system and other solid tumor cancers that have a change in a particular gene (known as the FGFR3 gene). Participation could last up to 30 months (2.5 years) and possibly longer if the disease does not get worse.
NCT06456580
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of telitacicept in the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis.
NCT06338995
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lebrikizumab in participants with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps treated with intranasal corticosteroids. The study will last about 18 months.
NCT01366144
This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of veliparib when given together with paclitaxel and carboplatin in treating patients with solid tumors that are metastatic or cannot be removed by surgery and liver or kidney dysfunction. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving veliparib together with paclitaxel and carboplatin may kill more tumor cells.
NCT05451771
The purpose of this study is assess safety, safest dose, and effectiveness of venetoclax in combination with dexamethasone in participants with t(11;14) positive relapsed (comes back) or refractory (did not get better) light chain amyloidosis.
NCT04102098
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant therapy with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab compared with active surveillance in participants with completely resected or ablated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are at high risk for disease recurrence.
NCT07446855
The purpose of this modular, first trial in human study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy of ascending dose levels (DLs) of AZD4956 monotherapy and in combination with other anti-cancer agents in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumours with homologous recombination repair (HRR) deficiencies.
NCT05156983
The aim of this study is to find out the effects of TAK-330 compared with four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC) as part of standard treatment other than Prothromplex Total for anticoagulation reversal in participants treated with Factor Xa inhibitors who require urgent surgery/invasive procedure. The participant will be assigned by chance to either TAK-330 or SOC 4F-PCC as part of standard treatment before surgery. Patients participating in this study will need to be hospitalized. They will also be contacted (via telehealth/phone call) 30 days after the surgery.
NCT02389985
The purpose of this study is to estimate the maximum tolerated doses (MTD) of CRLX101 when administered in combination with weekly paclitaxel in women with recurrent or persistent, epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer. Determine through pharmacokinetic evaluation(sometimes described as what the body does to a drug, refers to the movement of drug into, through and out of the body-the time and course of its absorption, bioavailability, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) whether or not the disposition of paclitaxel is affected by the concurrent administration of CRLX101.
NCT07613294
Lipoprotein(a), also known as Lp(a), is a protein that carries cholesterol and proteins in your blood. People with high Lp(a) have a higher risk for heart disease. The main purpose of the study is to investigate how lepodisiran, compared to a placebo, affects the amount and type of plaque in the heart's vessels using an imaging technology known as Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA) in adults who have high levels of Lp(a). Participation will last about 120 weeks.
NCT06444360
The use of behavioral intervention to reduce stimulant use and concurrent HIV sexual transmission risk.
NCT07388498
The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate the effect of pegloticase 18 mg subcutaneously (SC) every two weeks with methotrexate (MTX) versus pegloticase 8 mg intravenously (IV) every two weeks with MTX on the response rate during Month 6, as measured by the sustained normalization of serum uric acid (sUA) to \< 6 mg/dL for at least 80% of the time during Month 6.
NCT06605144
The Canadian Critical Care Comparative Effectiveness Platform(e) d'Évaluation Clinique Comparée en soins Critiques (CEPEC) is an international multi-centered randomized adaptive platform clinical trial. CEPEC will evaluate supportive care interventions that are used routinely in intensive care units throughout the world.
NCT07213609
Solid tumours are abnormal lumps of tissue that can occur in different parts of the body. The tumours involved in this study have specific genetic characteristics that can make them more aggressive and challenging to treat. The study will test whether GSK5460025 alone or in combination (potential combinations may be included in future amendments to the protocol) with other anti-cancer agents can decrease tumor size, is safe, well-tolerated, and how the drug is processed in the body over time.
NCT04797299
To evaluate whether the combination of clinicopathological factors and the use of the Oncotype DX DCIS score can avoid radiation in women with low risk DCIS who have had breast conserving surgery (BCS)
NCT04543591
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of ravulizumab in adult and adolescent participants with hematopoietic stem cell transplant-associated thrombotic microangiopathy (HSCT-TMA). In Stage 1, an open-label, single-arm period, the dosing regimen will be confirmed. In Stage 2, participants will be randomized to receive either blinded ravulizumab plus best supportive care or matching placebo plus best supportive care. The treatment period is 26 weeks (open-label for Stage 1, and randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled for Stage 2) followed by a 26-week follow-up period.
