NCT04333433
This prospective, concurrent controlled, open-label, multicenter study is designed to collect additional safety data through 5 years of follow-up for subjects randomized to either the treatment arm (PRESERFLO® MicroShunt with MMC) or the control arm (Trabeculectomy with MMC) of the INN-005 clinical study.
NCT00003782
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving combination chemotherapy after surgery may kill any tumor cells remaining following surgery. It is not yet known which regimen of combination chemotherapy is more effective in treating breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of different regimens of combination chemotherapy in treating women who have undergone surgery for stage I, stage II, or stage IIIA breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes.
NCT03738397
This study will evaluate upadacitinib compared to dupilumab (Dupixent®) in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) who are candidates for systemic therapy.
NCT04034992
DISCOVER CKD is an international observational cohort study in patients with CKD, comprising both prospective and retrospective patient cohorts. The study does not attempt to test any specific a priori hypotheses, is largely descriptive, and utilises data collected only under conditions of routine clinical care.
NCT02802033
Details regarding the degenerative spine disorders will be collected with a specific focus on the use of osteobiologics in treating degenerative conditions and their impact on fusion, as well as patient-reported outcomes for these conditions.
NCT02022215
The purpose of the study is to determine the safety and efficacy of high and low strength of ME1111 solutions compared to the vehicle in the treatment of onychomycosis of the toenail.
NCT03810352
Patients with severe immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) present with similarly low platelet counts but varying bleeding symptoms, making it difficult to predict the disease course and to decide on an appropriate treatment plan. In a single-center study, platelet parameters including the immature platelet fraction, the absolute immature platelet count , and functional response markers were found to be significantly associated with patient bleeding severity, independent of platelet count. This study aims to confirm and replicate these findings in a multi-center patient population and to investigate the use of these parameters to better predict disease severity and bleeding events.
NCT02155647
This is a multicenter, international, single-arm, open-label, Phase 2 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of avelumab in participants with metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC).
NCT03837678
This study is a multi-center, non-interventional retrospective medical records review. The study will involve identification of medical records of patients with confirmed locally advanced unresectable or metastatic ES, who initiated systemic therapy between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2017. Data for the chart review will be extracted retrospectively from eligible subjects' charts (electronic or paper). Information on prior surgical treatment and neoadjuvant/adjuvant therapies for ES will also be collected for ineligible subjects with a locally advanced or metastatic ES diagnosis who did not initiated systemic therapy. Data collected will be anonymized by the investigators and will not be traceable back to individual subjects by the sponsor (i.e., no protected health information \[PHI\] will be collected).
NCT05023135
The purpose of this study is to continue development and validation of an algorithm for burn healing assessment by the Spectral MD DeepView device and provide burn healing potential assessment.
NCT04682431
This is an open-label, multicenter, First-In-Human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b study of PY159 in subjects with locally advanced (unresectable) and/or metastatic solid tumors that are refractory or relapsed to Standard Of Care (including Checkpoint Inhibitors, if approved for that indication).
NCT04846322
This is an observational study of the pragmatic implementation of an ED screening, outpatient referral, and care coordination process for older ED patients who may have UCID.
NCT01967069
The objectives of this study are to compare the efficacy and safety of DFD01 Spray to Vehicle Spray for topical treatment of moderate plaque psoriasis
NCT02797171
This study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and antiviral activity of VRC-HIVMAB060-00-AB (VRC01) and VRC-HIVMAB080-00-AB (VRC01LS) in the serum and mucosa of healthy, HIV-uninfected adults.
NCT04222322
The effect of Epitomee Capsule on body weight in patients with overweight and obesity with and without Prediabetes
NCT02678741
Assess the safety and tumor response of utilizing an autologous tumor lysate, particle-loaded, dendritic cell (TLPLDC) vaccine given in combination with standard of care (SoC) checkpoint inhibitors (CPI) in patients with stage IV melanoma with measurable disease.
NCT04431258
A Phase I open label followed by a Phase II randomized, controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of ABTL0812 in combination with FOLFIRINOX for first-line treatment of metastatic pancreatic. Funded by: FDA OOPD (Grant #FD-R-006817-01), H2020 EIC Accelerator (Grant #954825) and Ability Pharmaceuticals SL.
NCT02673697
Prospective, randomized, stratified non blinded multi-center, international, post market trial assessed in a non-inferiority study. The trial has a flexible sample size that will be determined adaptively. The trial will enroll up to 1234 subjects, but accrual may stop earlier at approximately 900 or 1050 subjects These subjects will be enrolled at approximately 60 worldwide investigational sites where the device is commercially available The primary objective of this trial is to test the safety and efficacy of Perceval versus standard sutured stented bioprosthetic aortic valves among the intended trial population.
NCT06160609
The primary purpose is to determine the safety and tolerability of belantamab mafodotin in combination with other anti-cancer treatments (in each sub-study), and to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose for each combination treatment to explore in the cohort expansion phase. This study is the sub study of the Master protocol (NCT04126200).
NCT04678193
Researchers are creating real-time epidemiology registry to evaluate the efficacy of COVID-19 subject risk assessment scores based on recording of symptoms, biomarkers, chronic illness and mental health assessments with digital technology using wearables and mobile app tools. Researchers aim to study in Phase 1, epidemiological variations in COVID-19 presentation in both PCR positive and negative subjects in the registry. Assessment of variables, predictive modeling of variables that impact severity of COVID-19 positive and negative subjects and assessment of predictors for post COVID-19 complications. In Phase 2, 2700 subjects with COVID-19 positive test will be studied in the intervention group comparing ECL-19 vs placebo with primary end point of hospital admission assessment. Treatment strategy for PCR positive COVID-19 subjects in the registry who are in Stage I of the disease process with ECL-19 drug compared to placebo in reducing hospital admissions
