RATIONALE: Interferon alfa may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. It is not yet known whether treatment with interferon alfa is more effective than observation alone for stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed surgically. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying high dose interferon alfa to see how well it works compared to observation only in treating patients with stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery.

The goal of this observational study is to learn how two medicines used in routine care-buprenorphine and morphine-affect recovery in newborns (≥36 weeks' gestation) with Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS). The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Do infants treated with buprenorphine become medically ready for discharge sooner than those treated with morphine? 2. Does one treatment lead to better overall clinical outcomes than the other? Researchers will compare infants who received buprenorphine with infants who received morphine to see whether one treatment helps babies recover more quickly. Participants will not be asked to do anything. Instead, the study team will collect information already documented in the infant's and mother's medical records securely without any contact or changes to clinical care. No new medicines, procedures, or visits are involved. This study only reviews existing clinical data to better understand which commonly used treatment may support faster recovery for newborns with NOWS.

This study will look how well semaglutide tablets taken once daily helps people with body weight above the healthy range. Participants will either get semaglutide 25 milligram (mg) once daily or placebo once daily. This study will last for 72 weeks, which includes 1-week screening period, 64 weeks of treatment period and 7 weeks of follow up period.

This trial will see if extended abatacept administration (combined with a standard regimen of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil) will prevent acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in children and adolescents receiving unrelated donor (URD) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), without compromising their engraftment or reconstitution of protective immunity to infection. The study will enroll 30 pediatric patients with serious non-malignant hematologic diseases (NMHD) undergoing URD HSCT. The trial will include patients with 7/8 donors and those with 8/8 (matched) donors. All participants will receive 8 doses of abatacept. Recruitment is expected to last for about 2 years and participants will be followed for up to 3 years.

This is a phase IV post-marketing study for MagnetOs Flex Matrix. MagnetOs Flex Matrix is a synthetic bone graft extender product that is routinely used by surgeons as a treatment for patients with degenerative disc disease and undergoing spinal fusion surgery. In this study, MagnetOs Flex Matrix will be used according to the latest U.S. Instructions For Use, specifically as a bone graft extender mixed with autograft in a 1:1 vol.% in the posterolateral spine. Trinity Elite will also be used according to its latest IFU approved in the US. Specifically, this cellular based allograft is an allograft intended for the treatment of musculoskeletal defects.

This phase II trial studies if a single session of palliative radiation therapy can help improve symptoms of gynecologic cancers that have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and that affect quality of life as well or more so than multiple sessions (which is the standard of care). Palliative radiation therapy may help patients with metastatic gynecologic cancers live more comfortably. Researchers also want to learn how radiation affects the immune system and to compare the effects of giving one radiation treatment to giving multiple radiation treatments.
