NCT02138838
The primary objective was to evaluate the efficacy of cinacalcet for reducing the plasma intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) level by ≥ 30%.
NCT03132428
Pulmonary hypertension is high blood pressure in the arteries to the lungs. It is a serious condition. It causes the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs to become hard and narrow. When this happens, the heart has to work harder to pump the blood through. Some babies are born with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Doctors might use INOmax (a gas the baby breathes) to help newborn babies (neonates) with PH. This study will use information from the records of registered babies to see how effective and safe INOmax is for treating premature and other newborn babies for up to 11 days after they are born.
NCT03326752
This open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation and expansion trial is designed to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of inhaled DV281 in combination with nivolumabfor the treatment of NSCLC and to select a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
NCT02507011
The investigators will conduct a, randomized, phase 2, placebo-controlled, double-blinded, crossover trial of carvedilol in 26 PAH patients with World Health Organization functional class II or III symptoms and RV ejection fraction (EF) \< 45% for 6 months.
NCT03306043
This is an open-label extension study to Study 200622.In this study subjects from Study 200622 will be continued on 4-weekly dosing with open-label mepolizumab 300 milligram (mg) subcutaneously (SC) for an additional 20 Weeks after completing the 32 Week study assessments post-randomization, while they continue with their background HES therapy per standard of care (SoC). Subjects from study 200622 will participate in this extension study if they had completed the 32-Week treatment period in study 200622 or if they were withdrawn from the study pre-maturely, but were continued in the study per protocol until 32 Weeks from randomization. Data from this study (205203) and 200622 will be combined to provide up to 52-Week exposure data to further characterize the long-term safety profile of mepolizumab and provide additional data on the clinical benefit in HES subjects beyond 32 Weeks. The duration of the study participation will be 20 Weeks for subjects who continue with mepolizumab treatment via MHE104317/MHE112562 after this open-label extension study; and 28 Weeks for subjects who do not continue with MHE104317/MHE112562.
NCT01870869
This study is a prospective, multicenter, nonrandomized study to provide access to and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of NATRELLE® 410 Highly Cohesive Anatomically Shaped Silicone-Filled X-Style and L-Style Breast Implants for breast augmentation, reconstruction, or revision.
NCT02696798
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ixekizumab in tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitor-experienced participants with radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (rad-axSpA).
NCT03002077
This study will evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of rapastinel as an adjunctive to antidepressant therapy (ADT) in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).
NCT02441946
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the biological effects of abemaciclib in combination with anastrozole and compare those to the effects of abemaciclib alone and anastrozole alone in the tumors of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer.
NCT02513550
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of ixekizumab dosing regimens in participants with plaque psoriasis.
NCT02812875
CA-170 is a rationally designed and orally available, small molecule that directly targets the Programmed death-ligands 1 and 2 (PD-L1/PD-L2), and V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation (VISTA) immune checkpoints and results in activation of T cell proliferation and cytokine production. This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase 1 trial of orally administered CA-170 in adult patients with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas who have progressed or are non-responsive to available therapies and for which no standard therapy exists.
NCT00824265
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ofatumumab added to fludarabine-cyclophosphamide in patients with relapsed Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
NCT02576938
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Baricitinib in eczema.
NCT01172938
The purpose of this study is to determine whether apremilast is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with psoriatic arthritis, specifically in improving signs and symptoms of psoriatic arthritis (tender and swollen joints, pain, physical function) in treated patients.
NCT02614287
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the longer term safety of the study drug known as galcanezumab in participants with episodic or chronic migraine.
NCT02155777
Use of oral contraceptives (OCs) reduces a woman's risk of ovarian cancer very significantly and the protective effect continues for at least 25 years after use of OCs is stopped; the mechanisms of how this occurs are not understood. We are proposing here to directly study the effect of OCs on the fallopian tube and inclusion cysts within the ovary - sites from which most ovarian cancers are thought to arise - in order to better understand the mechanistic basis for OC protection against ovarian cancer. We think the protection results from reduced cell proliferation. It will lay the foundation for further studies to ensure that the protection against ovarian cancer afforded by 'traditional' OCs is not lost with alterations in OC formulation, and, if possible, to guide development of OC formations to improve further on the protection afforded by OCs.
NCT02443883
The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of administering various dose regimens of ramucirumab in participants with advanced gastric cancer whose disease has progressed during or following prior chemotherapy.
NCT01290367
The purpose of this study is to compare two doses of immunoselected, culture-expanded, nucleated, allogeneic adult MPCs when combined with hyaluronic acid to two control intradiscal injections in subjects with chronic low back pain due to moderate Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) at one lumbar level from L1 to S1. All investigational subjects in this study will undergo injection of either 6 million (M) or 18M cells in a hyaluronic acid carrier into the degenerated lumbar disc's nucleus pulposus. All control subjects will undergo an intradiscal control injection with either saline or hyaluronic acid only
NCT01993186
The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the efficacy of UX007 compared to placebo as measured by the reduction from randomization to Week 8 in frequency of seizures and to evaluate the safety of UX007 via adverse event (AE) rates, laboratory values, and electrocardiogram (ECG).
NCT02415855
Study Design: This is a multicentre, prospective, open-label, single arm, phase IV registry study. No additional procedures are included in the study. Standard clinical data will be collected. This will include a physical examination and NIHSS score assessment at baseline. In addition, all neuro-imaging will be collected. Standard imaging includes a non-contrast CT brain at baseline and 7±2 days post-treatment. Repeat NIHSS score assessment at the time of the 7 day CT scan. Repeat clinical and NIHSS score assessment 30 days post-enrolment will also be collected when performed as part of standard care. Study Objectives: 1. Demonstrate the safety of early dabigatran initiation after minor stroke/TIA in patients with atrial fibrillation. 2. Determine the frequency of asymptomatic hemorrhagic transformation after 7 days of dabigatran treatment following stroke/TIA 3. Determine the effect of asymptomatic hemorrhagic transformation on functional and neurological outcome at 30 days.
