NCT03905512
This is a randomized, parallel-arm, multicenter study to compare the safety and efficacy profiles of SEL-212 and KRYSTEXXA®. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive treatment with SEL-212 or KRYSTEXXA® for 6 months. Efficacy assessments, as measured by serum uric acid (SUA) levels, will be conducted at intervals that are appropriate to determine treatment effect differences. Safety will be monitored throughout the study.
NCT04626297
The reason for this study is to assess the impact of lebrikizumab on vaccine immune response in adult participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD).
NCT05165186
The overall objective of this study is to compare knowledge, decisional conflict, preferences, and caregiver burden over time caregivers of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) patients by comparing the effectiveness of a video decision aid intervention and enhanced usual care.
NCT05600582
The goal of this phase 1 open label clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of CodaLytic, an intratumorally-administered oncolytic virus, in patients with metastatic or otherwise inoperable breast cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How safe is CodaLytic when administered in escalating dosing groups into targeted lesions? * What is the impact of CodaLytic on lesion response and disease progression? Eligible participants will be enrolled into four (4) escalating dose groups and treated with Codalytic through injection into a selected lesion(s) over twelve (12) weeks and then followed for up to one (1) year after the first dose. A safety committee will review the safety profile of each dosing group before the next dose-escalation. Study procedures will include physical examinations, injection site assessments, biopsies, imaging, and collection of blood/urine to assess safety, the body's immune response, and efficacy.
NCT06087809
Randomized quality improvement trial to improve the proportion of cases of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) treated with no more than 5 days of antibiotics the proportion of cases of skin and soft tissue infections (SSTI) treated with no more than 7 days of antibiotics by primary care clinicians (PCC) within the Pediatric Physicians' Organization at Children's (PPOC), a state-wide pediatric primary care network. Interventions include education and feedback; clinical decision support (CDS) delivered at the point of care; and the combination of the two.
NCT04222491
This is an open label observational single center study of clinical food oral immunotherapy outcomes with biomarker samples and participant and/or caregiver-completed questionnaires in participants between 6 months and 65 years of age with IgE-mediated peanut allergy undergoing food oral immunotherapy.
NCT03366103
This phase I/II trial studies the best dose and side effects of navitoclax and how well it works when given together with vistusertib in treating patients with small cell lung cancer and solid tumors that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as navitoclax, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Vistusertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving navitoclax and vistusertib may work better than navitoclax alone in treating patients with small cell lung cancer and solid tumors.
NCT03386539
The TEAMMATE Trial will enroll 210 pediatric heart transplant patients from 25 centers at 6 months post-transplant and follow each patient for 2.5 years. Half of the participants will receive everolimus and low-dose tacrolimus and the other half will receive tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil. The trial will determine which treatment is better at reducing the cumulative risk of coronary artery vasculopathy, chronic kidney disease and biopsy proven-acute cellular rejection without an increase in graft loss due to all causes (e.g. infection, PTLD, antibody mediated rejection).
NCT02899728
This phase II trial studies how well olaparib, cediranib maleate, and standard chemotherapy work in treating patients with small cell lung cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, cisplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Olaparib and cediranib maleate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Olaparib, cediranib maleate, and standard chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with small cell lung cancer.
NCT02780804
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of entinostat in treating pediatric patients with solid tumors that have come back or have not responded to treatment. Entinostat may block some of the enzymes needed for cell division and it may help to kill tumor cells.
NCT03308942
This is a multicenter, open-label, phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of niraparib alone and in combination with PD-1 inhibitors in participants with locally advanced and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study will consist of 2 stages. In stage 1, participants from Cohorts 1 and 2 will receive niraparib plus PD-1 inhibitor; pembrolizumab and participants from Cohort 3 will receive niraparib alone. In Stage 2, participants from Cohorts 1A and 2A will receive niraparib plus the PD-1 inhibitor, TSR-042 (Dostarlimab).
NCT02542267
The objective of the ISR 14-04 study is to evaluate post-market safety and effectiveness of GORE® VIABAHN® Endoprosthesis for treatment of In-Stent Restenosis of the Superficial Femoral Artery.
NCT04783389
This study will evaluate the effect of CBP-201, rademikibart, in adult patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP).
NCT05014438
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of BMS-986166 and of branebrutinib, each versus placebo, for the treatment of participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.
NCT02718911
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R) inhibitor LY3022855 in combination with durvalumab or tremelimumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT04928417
Observational, cross-sectional study with retrospective data collection from medical records. During the cross-sectional study visit, data will be captured through the use of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs). As there will be only one study visit, no prospective data collection will take place, nor collection of data that are not part of the routine clinic visit. For understanding the burden of severe exacerbations of COPD and the association between frequency of severe exacerbations and clinical and health-care utilization outcomes in less well-resourced countries
