While asthma therapy is becoming more individualized based on asthma phenotypes, more research is needed to tailor newer therapies to individuals. Inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) medications are the foundation of care for all individuals with persistent asthma. But ICS use is not without possible long term side effects. This study will compare two currently available approaches to reduce AEX in primary care patients: (1) use of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) as part of rescue therapy, also known as MART (Maintenance And Reliever Therapy) or PARTICS (Patient Activated Reliever Trigger Inhaled Corticosteriods) therapy - either of these therapies will be called Rescue-Inhaled Corticosteroids or R-ICS pronounced "Ricks," and (2) use of azithromycin (AZ) as a preventive therapy. These treatments will be studied both individually and in combination.

Five Cystic Fibrosis (CF) centers, key stakeholders, and a palliative care institute have collaborated to create a novel primary palliative care intervention for patients with CF, "Improving Life with CF: A Primary Palliative Care Partnership," and established the infrastructure and support necessary for a follow-on implementation study. This intervention provides a framework for a nationally generalizable model to improve best practices in generalist-level palliative care in CF. Objectives: Aim 1: Implement a primary palliative care intervention comprising screening-and-triage workflows, best practice treatment guides for high frequency problems, patient/family and provider education, and a quality improvement (QI) toolkit. Aim 2: Evaluate feasibility, uptake, and preliminary outcomes during a multisite pragmatic, implementation trial of the intervention at 5 diverse Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Centers. Subaim 2.1: Evaluate feasibility and uptake as measured by rates of screening and treatment delivery. Hypothesis 1: Related to feasibility and uptake of the intervention: 1. \> 80% of individuals with CF of all ages will receive an annual palliative care screening. 2. \> 25% of individuals with CF will receive a palliative care screening prompted by hospitalization, new diagnosis of CF-Related Diabetes, need for transplantation, or another disease- or treatment-specific trigger. Hypothesis 2: Related to provider education: a) \> 80% will access \>1 training(s) (on-demand webinars or in-service by trained site educators). Subaim 2.2: Evaluate data on preliminary outcomes for individuals with CF by comparing ratings on patient- and caregiver-reported outcome measures (e.g., Integrated Palliative Care Outcome Scale, Cystic Fibrosis Questionnaire-Revised, Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale-Cystic Fibrosis, and Brief Assessment Scale for Caregivers) during the trial to baseline ratings and exploring covariates of change (age, race/ethnicity, gender, disease severity, CFTR modifier treatment, psychological distress, and varied indicators reflecting intervention implementation).

The investigators will be evaluating bone marrow composition via magnetic resonance imaging in adolescents diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) compared to healthy, matched controls. The investigators will also be assessing their bone mineral density via other imaging modalities, including dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and peripheral quantitative computed tomography (pQCT). This longitudinal project will focus on abnormalities in bone marrow composition, and specifically whether adolescents with diagnosed with CF exhibit increased bone marrow fat, its association with bone mineral density (BMD) and the underlying pathophysiology, including glycemic control, inflammation, and bone turnover markers.

The purpose of this proof-of-concept study in humans is to determine if a noninvasive, ingestible device, called a "mini-pill", can collect gastrointestinal (GI) luminal content samples from 2 different locations along the GI tract after consumption of diets differing in protein source (meat and plant-based meat alternatives). The mini-pills will be recovered in the stool. We will analyze the microbial profile of the mini-pill contents and in stool, and also measure blood biomarkers related to cardiometabolic risk, to better understand the relationship between diet, microbiota and health.

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of AZD2373 in participants diagnosed with APOL1-Mediated Kidney Disease (AMKD) who are homozygotes or compound heterozygotes for APOL1 high-risk genotypes (G1 and G2). The primary hypothesis to be evaluated is that AZD2373, compared with placebo, will result in a greater reduction in UACR as assessed by the relative change from Baseline in UACR at Week 30.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effectiveness of a music-based intervention as a bereavement strategy for individuals who are a part of the Loss of Spouse/Life Partner Grief Support Group at HopeHealth, a healthcare organization in Providence, Rhode Island that specializes in home care, hospice care, palliative care, and grief support. The main question it ams to answer is: * Will the experience of creating a musical playlist help individuals in bereavement process their grief more effectively? Participants will undergo the following main tasks: * A baseline pre-assessment survey that asks about the role of music in the participant's and their partner's life, as well as how music has helped participants with their grief. * A 75-minute Zoom session with the study investigator which includes a conversation about the participant's loved one and grief journey. This Zoom session serves to find themes and emotions in the participant's grief journey which will be as foundations for musical playlists. * Participants will create their own musical playlist based on guidance from the study investigator. * A post-assessment survey that asks participants to reflect on the experience of creating a playlist. This survey also examines if music plays a new role in the participant's life.

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The Recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-400. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the best dose of ABBV-400, followed by a dose expansion phase to confirm the dose and combination with bevacizumab. Approximately 500 adult participants with NSCLC, gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma/gastroesophagel junction adenocarcinoma (GEA) and colorectal cancer (CRC) or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 7-10 sites in the Dose Escalation phase and 85-95 sites in the Dose Expansion phase worldwide. Dose escalation arms, participants will receive intravenous (IV) escalating doses of ABBV-400 monotherapy. Dose expansion arms, participants in the following advanced solid tumor indications: non-squamous NSCLC with wildtype EGFR-expression (wtEGFR NSCLC) \[Part 2i\] or mutated EGFR-expression (mutEGFR NSCLC) \[Part 2ii\], squamous NSCLC \[Part 2iii\], GEA \[Part 3\] will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy, participants CRC will receive IV ABBV-400 monotherapy in expansion \[Part 4\], participants MET amplification will receive IV ABBV-400 monotherapy in expansion \[Part 5\], participants MET mutation will receive IV ABBV-400 monotherapy in expansion \[Part 6\], participants CRC safety lead in will receive escalating doses of IV ABBV-400 in combination with IV bevacizumab \[Part 7a\], and participants CRC dose optimization in will the low or high dose of IV ABBV-400 determined in Part 7a in combination with IV bevacizumab or oral trifluridine/tipiracil (TAS-102) tablets \[Part 7b\]. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

The purpose of this study is to identify a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) of ulevostinag alone and of ulevostinag in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors or lymphomas in Part 1, and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ulevostinag via intratumoral (IT) injection in combination with pembrolizumab in selected solid tumors in Part 2. Ulevostinag will be administered IT; pembrolizumab (pembro) will be administered via intravenous (IV) infusion. In Part 1, participants will be allocated to one of three treatment arms: ulevostinag monotherapy (cutaneous/subcutaneous \[cut/subcut\] lesions), ulevostinag +pembro (cut/subcut lesions), or ulevostinag +pembro (visceral lesions). In Part 2, participants with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) who are anti-programmed cell death-protein 1 or anti-programmed cell death-ligand 1 (anti-PD-1/PD-L1) refractory or with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment (TrT)-naïve triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) or with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 TrT-naïve solid tumors with liver metastases/lesions will receive ulevostinag via IT injection at the preliminary Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) determined in Part 1 PLUS pembrolizumab via IV infusion for up 35 cycles (up approximately 2 years).
