The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effectiveness and safety of Vedolizumab with a short course of steroids compared to standard course of steroids for the treatment of immune checkpoint inhibitor colitis (ICI colitis) in adults. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How many patients treated with Vedolizumab and a short course of steroids experience resolution of colitis at 8 weeks. * How many patients treated with a standard course of steroids experience resolution of colitis at 8 weeks. Participants will: Recieve 3 doses of Vedolizumab or a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) infusions over 6 weeks Receive intravenous Medrol daily for 3 days Receive Prednisone daily for 7 days Receive Prednisone or placebo taper daily Receive Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim or placebo taper daily Weekly checkups and periodic tests

This protocol is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial which aims to investigate the effect of denosumab on BMD in women with anorexia nervosa. The investigators hypothesize that 12 months of denosumab administration will result in an increase in bone mineral density, decrease in markers of bone resorption and improvement in bone microarchitecture in osteopenic women with anorexia nervosa compared with placebo. An optional extension study will offer subjects 12-month administration of open-label alendronate (an oral bisphosphonate) after the initial 12 month administration of denosumab or placebo. We hypothesize that 12 months of denosumab followed by 12 months of open-label alendronate will result in a greater increase in BMD compared to 12 months of placebo followed by 12 months of open-label alendronate. Within the group of women who receive sequential therapy with 12 months of denosumab followed by 12 months of alendronate, we hypothesize that BMD will be maintained between 12 and 24 months while on alendronate.

Noise from cars, planes, and trains affects all people and has been associated with heart disease. Almost 30% of Americans are exposed to harmful levels of noise and noise accounts for the loss of more than one million healthy life years per year in Europe. Noise causes stress and may be most dangerous when it happens at night. The mechanisms linking noise to heart disease involve changes in the brain and the "fight or flight" response. These changes lead to inflammation and blood vessel disease. However, there are few laws that restrict noise and it is not addressed in medical care. Further, as cities and industries grow, noise continues to increase. Moreover, noise often occurs in areas that are also exposed to other stressors like high air pollution and low income. Yet, there is little research on noise, and it is not known if lowering noise exposure helps heart health. The investigators will use imaging to test if earplugs that block noise improve stress symptoms and changes in the the brain, blood vessels, and stress pathways that lead to disease. The investigators expect that people who use earplugs will have lower measures of stress and heart disease at follow-up. The study will include 26 people with heart disease risk with high noise exposure or who are annoyed by noise. At the first visit, subjects will have imaging of the brain and blood vessels and will have assessments of stress, inflammation, and the "fight or flight" response. They will be assigned to use earplugs or not after the first visit. After 6 months, imaging and other testing will be repeated. It will help to understand how noise impacts the body and whether the effects can be changed. It may also identify important treatments to prevent heart disease in people exposed to noise. By testing if the adverse effects of noise can be lowered with earplugs, this project supports the AHA's mission to be a force for a world of longer and healthier lives.

This study aims to explore the usefulness of self-regulation of brain activity in patients with fibromyalgia. Patients will use real-time functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) neurofeedback to observe and regulate their own brain activity while applying mental strategies to reduce fibromyalgia pain. The study consists of 2 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) visits that involve brain neuroimaging for fMRI neurofeedback tasks, as well as 8 weekly intervention sessions with a pain psychologist. Patients will be randomized to either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Fibromyalgia Education groups.

The study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ITI-007 (Lumateperone) in patients diagnosed with Bipolar I or Bipolar II disorder having a major depressive episode. The study will be conducted in two parts, Part A and Part B. Part A is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. In Part B, patients who safely complete participation in part A may be enrolled in an open-label extension.

The goal of this study is to assess the physician and patient experience of radio frequency (RF) track cautery in patients undergoing needle biopsy of the liver, kidney, or spleen who have one or more risk factors for biopsy-related bleeding. RF track cautery involves inserting a bipolar electrode through the same introducer needle used for the biopsy, and heating the tissues along the path of the biopsy needle to prevent bleeding. This study primarily aims to assess the operator and patient experience during the use of track cautery. Secondary aims are to assess the technical success rate and procedure adverse events. Participants who enroll in the study will undergo track cautery as part of their clinically indicated liver, kidney, or spleen biopsy. After the procedure, they will fill out a brief survey asking about their experience during the procedure. Physician operators who perform track cautery as part of the study will also fill out a survey after each procedure asking about their experience using this technique.

Machine perfusion technology is nearing the point of rescuing discarded liver grafts in the hope of proving them to be or improving them to the point of being transplantable. However, there are no validated metrics to determine transplantability after machine perfusion. This study involves collecting biopsies from transplanted livers before and after implantation to correlate metabolite and gene expression with post-transplant function. This data will help develop a viability index for machine perfused livers.

REVERXaL study aims to increase the understanding of the patient characteristics, bleeding presentation, health care interventions provided, and the clinical as well as self-reported health outcomes of patients with major bleeding in the presence of Factor Xa inhibitor treatment. The generation of insight on treatment approaches and associated outcomes in hospitalized patients with Factor Xa inhibitor-related major bleeds may inform clinical guidelines, health system decision making and streamline treatment pathways in this population.

The purpose of this study is to find out which way of giving high-dose radiation works best for treatment of cancer that has spread to bone, the spine, soft tissue, or lymph nodes. This study will look at the effects, good and/or bad, of giving 27 Gy in three fractions (3 days) or 24 Gy in one fraction (1 day) using image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IG-IMRT). IG-IMRT is radiation that is given directly to the cancer site and reduces the exposure to normal tissue. Currently there are no studies that compare the effects of giving radiation in either hypofractionated doses (higher total doses of radiation spread out over several treatment days) or a single-fraction dose (entire radiation dose given in one treatment session). The patient may be asked to participate in an additional part of this study where we will get a a (DW/DCE) MRI before treatment start and within one hour after radiation treatment. If the patient is asked to take part in this portion of the study, all they will need to do is get up to 3 MRIs with standard contrast injection. The purpose of this is to see if as a result of the treatment there are changes in the blood flow going to the cancer which could suggest that the treatment may be successful. In addition some patients can present new lesions and may be asked if they would like to have these new lesions treated on the protocol. If they are given this option, this will not extend their follow up period. The follow up of the new lesions will match with the prior follow up dates.

We will measure changes in these biomarkers to determine whether their ability to predict ADRD differs by sex or by other characteristics, and develop a sex-specific ADRD risk score for personalized medicine and clinical trials.
