The primary efficacy endpoint is the rate of complete response after 6 cycles or 24 weeks. The primary safety endpoint is the rate of treatment discontinuation after 6 cycles or 24 weeks.
NCT00495300
This protocol will collect blood samples and medical information from patients who have had a bone marrow transplant using cells from an unrelated donor identified through the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP). The NMDP has two programs in which patients can participate: the Research Database Program and the Research Sample Repository. Patients who have received a bone marrow transplant at the NIH or other institution from an unrelated donor affiliated with the NMDP may be eligible for this study. Participants in the NMDP Research Database program will have medical information about their disease and their transplant sent to the NMDP before and after the transplant and once a year for the rest of their life. The information will be used to help determine how well transplant recipients recover from their transplant, how recovery after a transplant can be improved, how access to transplant for different groups of patients can be improved and how well donors recover from collection procedures. Participants in the NMDP Research Sample Repository program will have a small blood sample drawn from a vein in the arm just before they start taking medicines for the conditioning regimen to prepare them for the transplant. The blood samples will be used to look at ways to improve how patients are matched with their donors, to determine and evaluate the factors that affect transplant outcome, and to help develop methods to improve tissue matching between donors and recipients.
NCT03631940
The investigators will conduct a study of non-vigorous term infants to determine if umbilical cord milking (UCM) results in a lower rate of NICU admissions than early clamping and cutting of the umbilical cord at birth for infants who need resuscitation.

NCT05830071
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential for cardiac repolarization, according to electrocardiographic monitoring (including QT and QTc intervals), of two dose levels of CHF5993 pMDI (beclomethasone dipropionate/formoterol fumarate/glycopyrronium bromide (BDP/FF/GB)) and of one dose of CHF5259 (GB) in healthy subjects compared to moxifloxacin and placebo.
NCT05655299
This is a study to understand if taking VTX958 is safe and effective in participants diagnosed with moderate to severe psoriasis (PsO). Approximately 200 patients will take VTX958 Dose A, VTX958 Dose B, VTX958 Dose C, VTX958 Dose D, or placebo. The study consists of a 30-day Screening Period (to see if a participant qualifies for the study), a 16-week double-blind period (a participant receives active Dose A, Dose B, Dose C, Dose D, or placebo), a 16-week Long Term Extension (LTE) period, a 36-week Open Label Extension (OLE) period and a 4-week Follow-Up Period. The maximal duration of treatment will be approximately 16 months.
NCT04736628
This study is open to adults who have kidney disease that is not caused by diabetes. The purpose of the study is to find out whether a medicine called avenciguat (BI 685509) improves kidney function. Three different doses of avenciguat are tested in this study. Participants get either one of the three doses of avenciguat or placebo. It is decided by chance who gets which avenciguat dose and who gets placebo. Participants take avenciguat or placebo as tablets 3 times a day. Placebo tablets look like avenciguat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants continue taking their usual medicine for kidney disease throughout the study. Participants are in the study for about 7 months. During this time, they visit the study site about 11 times. Where possible, about 6 of the 11 visits can be done at the participant's home instead of the study site. The trial staff may also contact the participants by phone or video call. Kidney function is assessed based on the analysis of urine samples, which participants collect at home. At the end of the trial the results are compared between the different doses of avenciguat and placebo. During the study, the doctors also regularly check the general health of the participants.
NCT05050669
The purpose of this prospective study is to characterize the natural history of ENPP1 Deficiency and the early-onset form of ABCC6 Deficiency longitudinally. The study will prospectively gather information about the biochemical, physiological, anatomic, radiographic, and functional manifestations (including patient reported outcomes) of each disease.
NCT04343209
This study is being conducted to provide access to and collect test data for an established nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging test called Positron Emission Tomography (PET), using a specific radioactive drug called Ammonia N-13 (Ammonia), referred to simply as an Ammonia PET scan, which is used to visualize the blood flow through the blood vessels and into the heart muscle in order to identify areas of restricted blood flow within the heart. The scanner used in this study may be a stand-alone PET scanner or a PET/CT scanner, which combines the PET scanner and a Computed Tomography (CT) scanner into a single device. Unless otherwise stated in this consent form, the term PET will be used to refer to both stand-alone PET and PET/CT scanners. While physicians have used the Ammonia PET test for many years to visualize (image) the blood flow into the heart muscle (perfusion), it is now possible to also measure the flow of blood into the heart muscle. Research studies have demonstrated clinical value in reviewing the measured blood flow values in addition to reviewing the perfusion images of blood flow into the heart muscle. Therefore, this study will establish a database of a large number of Ammonia PET measured blood flow values to serve as a future reference.
