The purpose of the Breast Cancer Index (BCI) Registry study is to conduct a large scale, population-based prospective registry to evaluate long-term clinical outcome, clinical impact, medication adherence and quality of life in hormone receptor positive (HR+) early-stage breast cancer patients receiving BCI testing as part of routine clinical care to inform extended endocrine therapy.

Magnetic resonance is an imaging technique that uses magnetic fields and radio waves to create images of the body. The technology used in magnetic resonance imaging continues to improve. Advancements in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) requires researchers to study new techniques in normal volunteers in order to understand how to use them in patients with diseases. In this study researchers plan to do a variety of diagnostic tests including magnetic resonance imaging on normal volunteers. The studies may involve injections of contrast media, substances injected into the blood of participant that improves the image created by the MRI scanner. The study is not expected to benefit the participants. However, information gathered from the study may be used to improve diagnostic techniques and develop new research studies.

This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of an intramuscular injection of SAB-176 intended for use as a pre/post prophylactic for influenza. This is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in which a total of 28 subjects will receive an injection of either SAB-176 or placebo (normal saline). The investigational product will be administered intramuscularly (IM) on Day 1. Four dose escalation cohorts of 7 subjects (5 active and 2 placebo) each are planned. Subjects will be randomized to receive either SAB-176 or placebo in a double-blinded manner. Progression to subsequent dose-escalating cohorts will be dependent on safety measured through Day 5 after dosing of the previous cohort. Blood specimens will be collected at prescribed intervals to examine pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity. Safety will be actively monitored during investigational product administration and for 60 days following dosing. The decision to advance to the next cohort will be based solely on the safety assessment through Day 5. All safety data will be summarized and reviewed by the PI, the Sponsor's Clinical Monitor, and the Research Monitor prior to next cohort dose-escalation.

Background: The COVID-19 outbreak has caused many changes to people s normal social patterns. The respiratory illness has been the major focus of public health efforts. But most experts also agree that government and public health mandates to slow the spread of the illness, such as social distancing, have a significant effect on people s mental health. Environmental stressors, such as constraints on activities, social contact, and access to resources, take a toll. Researchers want to learn how stressors related to COVID-19 affect mental health over time. Objective: To learn the relationship between stressors related to COVID-19 and self-rated measures of mental health symptoms and distress among a range of people. Eligibility: English-speaking adults ages 18 and older Design: This study will be conducted online. Participants will give their first and last name and email address. They will indicate if they have ever been in an NIH research study. They will get a username and password. Every 2 weeks for up to 6 months, participants will complete online study surveys. They will get email reminders. Some surveys will be repeated. At the end of the study, they will complete a set of end-of-study surveys. The surveys will ask about the following: Age, sex, race, and other sociodemographic data Mental and medical illness history and treatment Family medical history Mobility, self-care, and life activities Behaviors related to alcohol and substance use disorder Mental illness symptoms Psychological distress Stressors caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Background: NF1 is a genetic syndrome. Tumors appear early in life. Many people with NF1 develop PN. These tumors can become an aggressive cancer called MPNST. People with MPNST may benefit from treatment with a MEK inhibitor (MEKi). Researchers want to learn if there is an increased risk of MPNST formation from MEKi treatment in people with NF1. To do this, they will review data that has been collected in NIH NF1 studies. Objective: To describe the characteristics of people who have taken part in NF1 studies at NIH and to compare the risk of MPNST formation in those treated with MEKi or other PN-directed treatment. Eligibility: People with NF1 who were seen at NIH from Jan. 1, 1998, to Jan. 1, 2020. Design: Participants medical records will be reviewed. Participants who opted out of future use of their data will not be included. Demographic data, like sex, race, and date of birth, will be collected. Data about MEKi and non-MEKi treatments will be collected. Clinical data, such as surgery and treatment details, will be collected. The differences between all participants who were seen at NIH for any NF1 related study will be compared. Participants will be put into 4 groups: History of MEKi therapy Treatment with tumor directed therapy other than MEKi Treatment with both MEKi and non-MEKi tumor directed therapies No tumor directed medical therapy Participants with NF1 who were treated for PN with either a MEKi treatment or a non-MEKi treatment will also be compared. The study will last for 3 to 6 months.

The objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sotatercept (MK-7962) treatment (plus background pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) therapy) versus placebo (plus background PAH therapy) at 24 weeks in adults with PAH. The primary hypothesis of the study is that the participants receiving sotatercept will have improved 6-minute walk distance (6MWD) at 24 weeks compared to participants receiving placebo.

This study an open label prospective observational cohort study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of sodium citrate 4% locking solution in preventing central line associated blood stream infection in children requiring long term central venous catheters for home parenteral nutrition. Sodium citrate 4% is FDA-approved for dialysis catheters, but has not been formally evaluated for use in tunneled catheters for parenteral nutrition. The rate of central line-associated bloodstream infection (CLABSI) and other potential adverse events will be monitored for 12 months, with the option to remain in the study for a longer period of time.

This is a study to understand if taking VTX958 is safe and effective in participants diagnosed with moderate to severe psoriasis (PsO). Approximately 200 patients will take VTX958 Dose A, VTX958 Dose B, VTX958 Dose C, VTX958 Dose D, or placebo. The study consists of a 30-day Screening Period (to see if a participant qualifies for the study), a 16-week double-blind period (a participant receives active Dose A, Dose B, Dose C, Dose D, or placebo), a 16-week Long Term Extension (LTE) period, a 36-week Open Label Extension (OLE) period and a 4-week Follow-Up Period. The maximal duration of treatment will be approximately 16 months.

TP-1287 is an oral phosphate prodrug of the CDK9 inhibitor, alvocidib. This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation, dose-expansion, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic study, with a purpose of determining the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) of oral TP-1287 in patients with advanced metastatic or progressive solid tumors who are refractory to, or intolerant of, established therapy known to provide clinical benefit for their condition.

This is an open-label, international, two-arm, parallel, randomized, Phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of S-1/cisplatin versus 5-FU/cisplatin in patients with advanced gastric cancer previously untreated with chemotherapy for advanced disease. Patients will be randomly assigned (1:1) to S-1/cisplatin (experimental arm) or 5-FU/cisplatin (control arm). Patients will be stratified by number of metastatic sites (one vs. more than one), locally advanced or metastatic disease, prior adjuvant therapy (yes or no), measurable or non-measurable disease, and center.

Trial Title A randomized, double blind sham controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of vestibular nerve stimulation (VeNS), together with a lifestyle modification program, compared to a sham control with a lifestyle modification program, as a means of improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of non-invasive electrical vestibular nerve stimulation (VeNS), together with a lifestyle modification program, as a method of reducing HbA1c, as compared to a sham control. Allocation: Randomized to either active device or control device usage. All subjects will receive the same lifestyle advice. Endpoint classification: Efficacy Study Intervention Model: Parallel Assignment in 1:1 active to control allocation Trial Participants: Those who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Planned Trial Period: The study will last 24 weeks in total for each subject. The primary analysis will be conducted at the 24 weeks timepoint.

Viz HCM will be implemented at each participating site and all conforming incoming ECG recordings within a 6-month enrollment period will be analyzed using Viz HCM. This workflow pilot provides an opportunity to understand how Viz HCM will be utilized and adopted post-market and to learn the pre- versus post-implementation impact of Viz HCM on HCM clinical workflow. This pilot is designed to evaluate the implementation of Viz HCM for use in traditional HCM clinical workflow. This study aims to evaluate safety and effect of combining an oncolytic adenovirus (delolimogene mupadenorepvec; LOAd703) with atezolizumab in patients with melanoma. LOAd703 will be administered intratumorally for up to 12 injections while atezolizumab will be administered intravenously for the duration of the active study visits (up to 57 weeks). The patients are then monitored for survival for maximum study participation of 48 months. The treatments will be given every 3 weeks. The patients will then be monitored for toxicity, PK, ADA, immune responses, virus shedding, tumor response by RECIST 1.1 and survival.
