NCT04053634
Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a benralizumab in patients with moderate to very severe COPD with a history of frequent COPD exacerbations and elevated peripheral blood eosinophils (≥300/μL). Eligible patients must have a history of ≥2 moderate and/or severe COPD exacerbations in the previous year despite receiving triple (ICS/LABA/LAMA) background therapy for at least 3 months and ICS-based dual inhaled treatment for the remainder of the year. Eligible patients must also have an elevated blood eosinophil count. The treatment period will be of variable duration and will continue until the last patient has the opportunity to complete a minimum of 56 weeks, at which point all patients will complete the study. The primary endpoint will be analyzed at Week 56.
NCT05467176
This is a multi-center, prospective, observational study of patients being treated with ORGOVYX. The goal of this study is to generate real-world evidence about the safety and effectiveness of ORGOVYX in patients with prostate cancer in routine clinical care and the clinical course during treatment with and following cessation of ORGOVYX.
NCT06315829
Infantile spasms are a type of seizure linked to developmental issues. Unfortunately, they are often misdiagnosed, causing delays in treatment. The purpose of this study is to develop a computer program that can reliably differentiate infantile spasms from similar, yet benign movements in videos. This computer program will learn from videos taken by parents of study participants. Quickly recognizing and treating infantile spasms is crucial for ensuring the best developmental outcomes.
NCT05609578
Study CA239-0010 is an open-label, Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the clinical efficacy of adagrasib in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy in the first-line setting for patients with advanced NSCLC with TPS ≥ 1%, TPS \<50% and KRAS G12C mutation
NCT04717934
Main study: Randomized, evaluator-blinded, no treatment controlled multicenter study to evaluate safety and effectiveness of GAL1906 for the correction of wrinkles in the décolletage area. Sub-study: To evaluate imaging interpretation of mammograms in subjects who were enrolled and treated in the 43USRV1906 main study. The sub-study will determine if hyaluronic acid injections in the décolletage interfere with diagnosis or interpretation of mammogram results.

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of immunotherapy durvalumab and tremelimumab combined with DEB-TACE in patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
NCT04666129
This study is being conducted to assess the safety and tolerability of relugolix with other agents approved for use in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for a 12-week treatment period and an additional 40-week safety extension period in men with prostate cancer, either metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) or non-metastatic or metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC or mCRPC).
NCT03499236
The objective of the RELIEVE-HF study is to provide reasonable assurance of safety and effectiveness of the V-Wave Interatrial Shunt System by improving meaningful clinical outcomes in patients with New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional Class II, Class III, or ambulatory Class IV heart failure (HF), irrespective of left ventricular ejection fraction, who at baseline are treated with guideline-directed drug and device therapies.
NCT07103057
To describe the clinical, economic, and population characteristics of newly diagnosed, previously diagnosed, and suspected patients evaluated by Viz HCM. HCM is underdiagnosed in the community and AI algorithms have been developed as screening tools. However, it is not well understood how to best integrate AI screening tools and their potential impact.
NCT06082167
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, controlled Phase 2/3 trial of zanzalintinib in combination with pembrolizumab versus zanzalintinib-matched placebo in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) positive recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HNSCC) incurable by local therapies who have not received prior systemic therapy for recurrent or metastatic disease.
NCT05516498
This is a two part Phase IIa/b multicentre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group dose-ranging study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of the combination of zibotentan and dapagliflozin, and dapagliflozin monotherapy versus placebo in participants with cirrhosis with features of portal hypertension.
NCT06273774

NCT06238778
The goal of this study is to see if directing insulin to the liver will improve the low blood sugar that sometimes happens when injecting insulin in Type 1 diabetes patients. Participants will use continuous glucose monitoring to measure the sugar levels in their blood, and work with the doctor to find the best doses. One group of patients will get the liver targeting insulin, and the other group will use insulin they normally use for treating Type 1 diabetes. The participant will be part of the study for up to 32 weeks.
