The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ESK-001 works to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does ESK-001 reduce the severity of people's psoriasis? * How safe is ESK-001 in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis? The study includes 2 comparators: a placebo control (a 'dummy' tablet that does not contain the medicine ESK-001 but looks just like it) and an active control (apremilast, which is a medicine approved to treat psoriasis). People taking part in this study must be men or women aged at least 18 years and have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, currently moderate to severe. Participants will: * take drug every day for 24 weeks. * visit the clinic for checkups and tests. * fill out questionnaires about their psoriasis, itch severity, and change in quality of life. * be assessed for health issues and side effects, physical examinations, vital signs, heart electrical activity measurements, and psychological health. * provide blood and urine samples.

This phase II trial compares the effect of dabrafenib and trametinib given continuously to given with a break in treatment (intermittent) in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery and contains a B-Raf proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF) mutation. Dabrafenib and trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving dabrafenib and trametinib with intermittent dosing may be as effect as when given continuously in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma with a BRAF mutation that cannot be removed by surgery.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether enhanced dermatologic management can reduce incidence of grade greater than or equal to (\>=) 2 dermatologic adverse events of interest (DAEIs) when compared with standard-of-care skin management and with modified enhanced dermatologic management in participants with locally advanced or metastatic stage IIIB/C-IV epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated first-line with amivantamab and lazertinib. The study also includes Expansion cohorts (in 2 different schedules) to evaluate enhanced dermatologic management and early intervention for DAEIs or paronychia, in participants receiving subcutaneous amivantamab and lazertinib. A substudy will enroll participants from Arms A and B who experience specific new-onset or persistent DAEIs (Grade \>=2) during treatment with intravenous (IV) amivantamab and lazertinib. This substudy aims to assess the reactive use of dermatologic treatment strategies in these participants.

This randomized phase II/III trial studies how well temozolomide and veliparib work compared to temozolomide alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether temozolomide is more effective with or without veliparib in treating glioblastoma multiforme.

This phase II Pediatric MATCH treatment trial studies how well ensartinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with ALK or ROS1 genomic alterations that have come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) and may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Ensartinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Pevonedistat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pevonedistat together with carboplatin and paclitaxel may work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer when compared with other standard chemotherapy drugs.

For adults ≥65 years and their providers, the investigators will test the usability and design of a tool to replace standard uniform reporting of lab results to patients and their providers with a new personalized Electronic Health Record (EHR) lab result communication tool that: 1) extracts patient-level data from the EHR; 2) calculates individual risk; and 3) for patients with very low risk, communicates the individualized risk information. The investigators will employ a range of User Experience (UX) research methods to understand how patient and provider users interact with the new lab result communication tool and to assess their comprehension of the lab results. This study will be conducted with both patient and provider participants. The patient participant portion of this study uses a four-arm, design to evaluate three newly designed laboratory result communication template reports compared with the current standard (control) communication. The provider participant portion of this study is non-randomized; all provider participants will review all four template reports. This will include live semi-structured interviews with the participants and review of the template report(s) of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) lab result communication tool. An anonymous in-person template report feedback survey will be provided to the participants to gauge their understanding of the template report(s), clarity of the information presented, and overall satisfaction with the tool. This will be a single-visit interaction with the participant in the UCLA Health geriatric or general medicine patient waiting room.

Navitoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for tumor cell survival. Giving navitoclax, dabrafenib, and trametinib may help shrink tumors in patients with melanoma.

The study is focused on adults undergoing a placement of a catheter in the vein, also called a 'PICC line'. The aim of the study is to see how effective the study drug is at preventing venous thromboembolism (VTE) and other related disease after catheter placement. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

This phase III trial investigates the best dose of vinblastine in combination with selumetinib and the benefit of adding vinblastine to selumetinib compared to selumetinib alone in treating children and young adults with low-grade glioma (a common type of brain cancer) that has come back after prior treatment (recurrent) or does not respond to therapy (progressive). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking a protein that lets tumor cells grow without stopping. Vinblastine blocks cell growth by stopping cell division and may kill cancer cells. Giving selumetinib in combination with vinblastine may work better than selumetinib alone in treating recurrent or progressive low-grade glioma.

This study will compare the two imaging modalities (MRI and micro-ultrasound) during Active Surveillance of prostate cancer (PCa). Progression to clinically significant PCa will be assessed by first taking micro-US targeted samples (while blinded to MRI results), followed by MRI targeted samples, finishing with 12 systematic biopsy cores. The primary goal is to compare microUS to MRI for the detection of ≥GG2 PCa at confirmatory biopsy. This study will also collect blood samples from participants to be used for future biomarker studies.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of entinostat and nivolumab when given together with ipilimumab in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (metastatic) or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or other parts of the body. Entinostat is in a class of drugs called histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth (locally advanced/metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving entinostat and nivolumab together with ipilimumab may work better in treating in patients with solid tumors.

This phase II trial studies how well olaparib with or without tremelimumab works in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer that has come back (recurrent). PARPs are proteins that help repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tremelimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving olaparib and tremelimumab together may work better than olaparib alone in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer.
