NCT04113434
The overall goal of the study is to risk stratify pediatric Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) patients and to identify sub-phenotypes with shared biology in order to appropriately target therapies in future trials. This is a prospective, multicenter study of 500 intubated children with ARDS, with planned blood collection within 24 hours of ARDS onset and subsequent measurement of plasma protein biomarkers and peripheral blood gene expression.
NCT04239625
The purpose of this open-label, multicenter study is to determine the long-term safety, pharmacokinetics and effects of ALK-001 (C20-D3-retinyl acetate) on the progression of Stargardt disease. This study is an extension of NCT02402660 and enrolls participants who are at least 8 years old. Enrollment is by invitation only. Funding Source - FDA OOPD
NCT05774041
The purpose of the study is to determine if using SIS System for DBS planning results in less distance between the planned target location and the actual implanted lead location than DBS planning without SIS System.
NCT06131203
The purpose of this study is to validate the algorithm for burn healing assessment by the Spectral MD DeepView device which would provide burn healing potential assessment.
NCT03170518
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of canagliflozin relative to placebo on glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) after 26 weeks of treatment, and to assess the overall safety and tolerability of canagliflozin.
NCT00327860
The Division of Kidney, Urologic, and Hematologic Diseases (DKUHD) of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), in collaboration with the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) funded a cooperative agreement including two Clinical Coordinating Centers (at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City), a central biochemistry laboratory (at the University of Minnesota) and a Data Coordinating Center (at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health) to conduct a prospective epidemiological study of children with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
NCT03954574
The purpose of this Clinical Research Collaboration is to investigate the prognostic implications of pulmonary hemodynamics during exercise based on a large scale multi-centre approach by using retrospective and prospective analysis of hemodynamic data.
NCT05840510
This study will evaluate the safety, MTD and/or RP2D, PK, and clinical activity of the combination of adagrasib with nab-sirolimus in patients with advanced solid tumors/NSCLC with a KRAS G12C mutation.
NCT05661851
This is a 30-Day, multi-site, single-masked, bilateral, active- controlled, 2-Arm parallel group study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an Investigational product.

NCT05109195
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety (adverse events, serious adverse events, deaths, suicidality) of participants with major depressive disorder (MDD) treated according to the standard of care (SOC).
NCT04620590
Open label, mechanistic, single-arm study to evaluate the natriuretic effect of 2 weeks dapagliflozin treatment in T2DM patients with impaired renal function. It will measure the average change in 24-hr sodium excretion from average Baseline to average values at Day 2 to 4 within the study group. The study will allow for an up to 6-week Screening and Run-in Period, a 2-week Treatment Period and a 5-day Follow-up Period. Patients will consume food from standardized food boxes starting on Day -6 (patients not on insulin) or Day -20 at the earliest (patients on insulin) of the study until Day 18 (inclusive). Eligible patients will receive dapagliflozin 10 mg tablets once daily for 14±1 days starting on Day 1. This will be followed by a Follow-up Period of 5 days.
NCT06199531

NCT06242925
The goal of this multicenter, prospective Cohort Interventional study is to perform a pilot study of the AbCLO (Abdominal Wall Closure) device in patients with Open Abdomen. The main question it aims to answer is: • Does the Abdominal Wall Closure Device (AbCLO) increase the likelihood of primary facial closure in cases of open abdomen when compared to historical controls? Participants will be cases of open abdomen who underwent emergency surgery for Trauma or Acute Care Surgery, will have the AbCLO device. These will be compared to historical controls managed at the same center.
NCT05460832
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) affects 1 percent of the population worldwide and up to 40 percent of patients don't respond to current treatments. MBS2320, the drug being tested in this trial, represents a new approach to treating RA, with the potential not only to reduce levels of inflammation but to also directly prevent bone damage. The aim of this project is to test the safety, tolerability and efficacy of MBS2320 in patients with RA in combination with an existing treatment, methotrexate. Approximately 224 participants with moderate to severe active RA who have not responded to treatment with Methotrexate will be enrolled from around 45 to 55 sites around the world. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive 1 of 3 doses of MBS2320 (5 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg) or placebo (a "dummy" drug). The maximum duration of study participation for a participant will be 22 weeks, which consists of a Screening Period of up to 4 weeks, Treatment Period of 12 weeks, and a Follow-up Period of 6 weeks. Participants on the study will be asked to attend the hospital or clinic for regular visits during which they will have planned study assessments to evaluate the effectiveness, tolerability and safety of the study drug.
