NCT04603495
A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.
NCT06216301
This study, known as LUNAR-2, aims to investigate the effectiveness and safety of using TTFields, delivered by the NovoTTF-200T device, concomitantly administered with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The primary goals of the study are to assess overall survival and progression-free survival. Secondary objectives include analyzing outcomes based on the specific histology (subtype) of the lung cancer.
NCT02987257
The North American Therapeutics in Epidermal Necrolysis Syndrome (NATIENS) study is a multicenter double-blind randomized controlled assessment of two arms - one of systemic immunomodulatory therapy (etanercept) and one of supportive care deemed to be the current standard of care. We will leverage the opportunity of this controlled design to collect multiples samples with an aim to discover new genetic and biological markers for prevention and early diagnosis and define cellular and molecular mechanisms to facilitate discovery of promising treatment strategies. This study has been preceded by a planning phase to ensure testing and development of harmonized supportive care infrastructure and operating procedures across sites.
NCT03754790
Primary Objective: To characterize the long-term safety and tolerability of fitusiran Secondary Objectives: * To characterize the efficacy and long-term efficacy of fitusiran as assessed by the frequency of: * Bleeding episodes * Spontaneous bleeding episodes * Joint bleeding episodes * To characterize the effects of fitusiran on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) measures in participants ≥17 years of age
NCT04977986
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple-center study, to assess the efficacy and safety of Cannabidiol administered as ZYN002 for the treatment of children, adolescent, and young adult patients with Fragile X Syndrome (FXS). Eligible participants will participate in up to an 18-week treatment period, where all participants will receive placebo or active study drug. Patients ages 3 to \< 30 years will be eligible to participate.
NCT06336356
The main purpose of this study is to assess the serum free cortisol response after ACTH stimulation test at baseline and at Week 8 in participants with uncontrolled hypertension.
NCT06538116
The main purpose of this study is to look at how safe the study drug (mevidalen) is and whether it works to alleviate symptoms when given to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer Disease (AD) dementia. This is done by looking at participants: thinking and memory (cognition), everyday activities and sleep, AD symptoms, physical activity, irritability or anxiety. The study is expected to last approximately 26 weeks and may include up to 14 visits.
NCT06973291
The main aim of this study is to assess whether zasocitinib works better than deucravacitinib in treating participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants will take one tablet daily of either zasocitinib or a matching placebo, along with one capsule daily of either over-encapsulated deucravacitinib or a matching placebo, for a duration of 16 weeks. Participants will be in the study for up to 25 weeks, which includes screening period of up to 35 days, a 16-week treatment period, and a 4-week safety follow-up period.
NCT06697184
The purpose of this study is to establish the safety of novel dosing and ramp-up schedules for sonrotoclax in participants with hematological malignancies.
NCT05832151
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug CIN-102 (deudomperidone) can help reduce the symptoms associated with diabetic gastroparesis in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-102 on symptoms of gastroparesis when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-102 when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo Participants will go through the following schedule: * Screening period (1-2 visits) * Lead-in period (1 visit) * Will complete a Gastric Emptying Breath Test (GEBT) * Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued study participation * 12-week treatment period (7 visits) * Study drug taken twice daily by mouth * Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in protocol * 1 week follow-up (1 visit) Researchers will compare the effects of the following treatments: * Drug- CIN-102 Dose 15 mg or 10 mg * Drug- Placebo
NCT07287631
Assess precision of the i-STAT potassium (K) and ionized calcium (iCa) tests using i-STAT CG8+ cartridge on the i-STAT 1 analyzer.
NCT02955940
The purpose of this study is to provide continued supply of ruxolitinib alone, ruxolitinib plus background cancer therapy, or background cancer therapy alone to subjects from an Incyte-sponsored study of ruxolitinib that has reached its study objectives or has been terminated. This study will also provide another mechanism for reporting adverse events related to study drug safety.
NCT05560477
The purpose of this clinical trial is to assess the safety and efficacy of AM3101 to facilitate meniscal repair and reduce the incidence of non-healing complications and morbidities associated with a failed meniscal repair. This is a prospective, randomized, controlled, double-blinded, multi-center study.
NCT05212428
This clinical trial collects information on how sequencing a patient's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (i.e., the genetic material) could impact their health care. This study also develops and improves ways to include genomic information from DNA sequencing into the electronic health record to create a more complete "Health Tapestry" for each participant. Sequencing of a patient's DNA leads to the detection of genetic variants some of which determine risk for disease development. Discovery of those genetic variants in a patient could result in prevention, earlier diagnosis or better therapy of disease.
NCT03092856
This randomized phase II trial studies how well axitinib with or without anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 work in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Biological therapies, such as anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600, use substances made from living organisms that may may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving axitinib with or without anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.
NCT06251323
Sixteen institutions will be selected from a HRSA uniform data system and have data collected for up to 3 years. Eight institutions will begin the iPATH practice transformation during year one, the other eight institutions will begin iPATH in year two. FQHC administrators, clinicians and staff will be enrolled to participate in the iPATH transformation in their clinic and will participate in qualitative interviews. Patient HbA1c data from the clinics will be collected for comparative data analysis during each year of the study.
NCT06764771
This purpose of this study is to determine if experimental treatment with BMS-986488, alone, or in combinations is safe, tolerable, and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
NCT04349267
The purpose of this study is to evaluate BMS-986315 alone and in combination with nivolumab or cetuximab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT04168008
The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of a theory-driven peer intervention for pregnant and postpartum women living HIV. The peer intervention is designed to increase self-efficacy, social support, self-regulatory behaviors, and outcome expectancy in order to improve retention in care and viral suppression postpartum. The intervention will consist of face-to-face prenatal educational sessions, starting in early third trimester, and postpartum sessions scheduled up to three months postpartum.
