NCT05860296
SLC-391 is a novel, potent and specific small molecule inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinase AXL with desirable potency and pharmaceutical properties. The study is being done to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of SLC-391 in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Each treatment cycle lasts 21 days. Participants will swallow SLC-391 pills two times every day. Participants will get pembrolizumab intravenously (IV) from the study site staff on the first day of every cycle. This study has 2 parts. The first part will determine the recommended dose of SLC-391 in combination with pembrolizumab. The second part wants to find out if the combination of SLC-391 and pembrolizumab can help stop NSCLC tumours from growing or spreading.
NCT04198766
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, non-randomized, 4-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX 106 administered as a single agent or in combination with the anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) pembrolizumab (Keytruda®). KEYTRUDA is a registered trademark of Merck Sharp \& Dohme LLC, a subsidiary of Merck \& Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA.
NCT02660645
Registry study to gather more information on the current use of Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview (BLCC) in urologists' practices.
NCT06865989
The goal of this multi-center, randomized, cross-over study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System in individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Study participants will complete about 5 in-person visits and be expected to treat their diabetes per their usual routine using the system at the lowest available target setting. Each participant will begin the study using either the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System or the Omnipod 5 System for 4 weeks (Period 1) then switch to the opposite system for the next 4 weeks (Period 2). Everyone will use the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System for the last 4-6 weeks (Period 3). During Period 3, participants will have a goal of administering no more than 3 meal or snack boluses per day.
NCT06538116
The main purpose of this study is to look at how safe the study drug (mevidalen) is and whether it works to alleviate symptoms when given to people with mild to moderate Alzheimer Disease (AD) dementia. This is done by looking at participants: thinking and memory (cognition), everyday activities and sleep, AD symptoms, physical activity, irritability or anxiety. The study is expected to last approximately 26 weeks and may include up to 14 visits.
NCT06634420
This Phase 3 study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of NTLA-2002 compared to placebo in participants with HAE.
NCT03950232
The purpose of this open-label extension (OLE) study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of etrasimod in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who previously received double-blind treatment (either etrasimod 2 mg per day or placebo) during participation in one of the qualified Phase 3 or Phase 2 double-blind, placebo-controlled parent studies including but not limited to: (APD334-301 \[NCT03945188\] or APD334-302 \[NCT03996369\] or APD334-210 \[NCT04607837\]).
NCT00271180
The main purpose of the Product Performance Report (formerly referred to as System Longevity Study) is to evaluate long-term performance of Medtronic market-released cardiac rhythm products by analyzing product survival probabilities.
NCT04068597
A Phase 1/2a study to assess the safety, tolerability, PK and biological activity of CCS1477 (inobrodib) in patients with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Acute Myeloid Leukaemia or High Risk Myelodysplastic syndrome.
NCT06593847
Exposure-based cognitive behavior therapy is an efficacious treatment for speech anxiety and has been delivered effectively in a virtual reality (VR) environment. The present multicenter study (conducted through the Exposure Therapy Consortium) is designed to evaluate whether trait versus state positive affectivity is a more effective predictor of exposure therapy outcomes. Further, the investigators will examine whether the predictive significance of trait positive affectivity can be accounted for by examination of baseline levels of self-efficacy, hope, and optimism.
NCT04446117
This is a Phase 3, multi-center, randomized, open-label, controlled study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cabozantinib given in combination with atezolizumab versus a second novel hormonal therapy (NHT) in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have previously been treated with one, and only one, NHT for their prostate cancer disease.
NCT05336409
ELiPSE-1 is a Phase 1, multi-center, dose-finding study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of CNTY-101 in participants with relapsed or refractory cluster of differentiation (CD)19-positive B-cell malignancies.
NCT03079999
This is a phase II prospective, randomized, double-blind, longitudinal study evaluating whether the administration of aspirin can delay or slow tumor growth and maintain or improve hearing in VS patients.
NCT06551142
The goal of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, clinical activity and pharmacokinetics of GSK5764227. The study will also see how the levels of GSK5764227 will change over time at different dose amounts when administered alone and in combination with other medicines like carboplatin, cisplatin, atezolizumab, pembrolizumab, durvalumab, bevacizumab, cetuximab.
NCT06509906
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and preliminary clinical activity of M9466 in combination with topoisomerase 1 inhibitors-based regimens. As such the combination with FOLFIRI (folinic acid, fluorouracil, irinotecan) and Bevacizumab will be evaluated in participants with colorectal cancer, to establish the M9466 maximum tolerated dose if observed and the recommended dose for expansion. Study Duration: After a Screening period of up to 28 days, enrolled participants will remain in the study until they have completed all the study visits or until they withdraw consent, are lost to follow-up, or die. Visit Frequency: The participants will come for a Screening Visit and 1 to 2 visits per treatment cycle. After end of study intervention period, the participants will come for an End of Treatment Visit and a Safety Follow-up Visit.
