NCT04951219
A 52-Week, Multi-center, Open-label, Active Treatment Extension Study to Evaluate Safety and Tolerability of Once Daily, Oral Administration of Resmetirom (MGL-3196)
NCT01748149
This is a multicenter, safety and pharmacokinetic trial to determine the MTD and/or select a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of vemurafenib in children with recurrent or refractory gliomas containing the BRAFV600E or BRAF Ins T mutation.
NCT01081028
The purpose of the Connect® MM Registry is to explore the natural history and real world management of patients with newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma (MM) and provide unique insights into the management of MM and the impact of this hematologic disorder on patients.
NCT04170894
This study seeks to assess the effect of apnea (breath hold) during atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation by having all ablations performed under apnea. By prospectively studying the effects of apnea on AF ablation, the investigators wish to demonstrate its feasibility, safety and impact on patient outcomes. This is a prospective study that includes both an apnea arm and a control arm. The subjects who consent to the apnea arm will undergo an atrial fibrillation ablation with periods of apnea. The subjects who consent to the control arm will agree to have their data from their standard of care atrial fibrillation be collected for comparison.
NCT02276443
This clinical trial assesses whether a newly designed algorithm which looks at the genomic signature of each patient's tumor to predict their sensitivity to standard of care treatment verses being placed on a personally designed treatment trial can improve the responses in patients with newly diagnosed triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Testing the primary tumor biopsy for certain proteins and monitoring the lymphocyte infiltration into the tumors may help doctors determine the sub-type of TNBC, and direct treatments that may work well. It is not yet known whether assigning treatment based on the patient's tumor classification will improve how well the tumor responds.
NCT05525520
This phase 2 trial will evaluate the effects of EP547 in subjects with cholestatic pruritus due to Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) or Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC)
NCT05292859
Long-Term Follow-Up Study for Subjects Enrolled in the Phase I/II Study of Autologous T Cells Engineered using the Sleeping Beauty System to Express T cell Receptors (TCRs) Reactive Against Cancer-specific Mutations in Subjects with Solid Tumors
NCT04839354
The trial is designed to test intravenous (IV) arginine therapy in children with sickle cell disease (SCD) and vaso-occlusive painful episodes (VOE) to further knowledge on efficacy and safety of this orphan drug.
NCT04469686
A randomized, multi-center, double-blind, three arm placebo-controlled study in male and non-pregnant, non-lactating female subjects aged 18 years to examine the safety and efficacy of two dosing regimens of hydrocortisone acetate 90 mg suppository administered with the Sephure applicator for the treatment of ulcerative colitis of the rectum.
NCT06559163
This study aims to examine the efficacy and safety of obexelimab in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
NCT03104699
This is a 2-part trial: a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation study in participants with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors, with a consecutive Phase 2 expansion to evaluate efficacy in participants with recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic (advanced) cervical cancer that has progressed after a platinum-based treatment regimen.
NCT02684006
This is a phase 3 randomized trial evaluating the anti-tumor activity and safety of avelumab in combination with axitinib and of sunitinib monotherapy, administered as first-line treatment, in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma
NCT05435066
This is a prospective, multi-center, observational study with a collection of biospecimens and clinical data from approximately 10,000 participants from up to 125 clinical network sites and locations in the United States. The objective of this study is to collect blood samples, tissue samples, and associated clinical data from participants with a variety of solid tumor and hematologic cancers and non-cancer participants for testing and the development of a screening test for early cancer detection.
NCT02768363
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of CAN-2409 immunotherapy in patients undergoing active surveillance for localized prostate cancer. CAN-2409 involves the use of aglatimagene besadenovec to kill tumor cells and stimulate a cancer vaccine effect. Killing tumor cells in an immune stimulatory environment induces the body's immune system to detect and destroy cancer cells. CAN-2409 has been well tolerated in previous trials in patients with prostate cancer and other tumor types. Biochemical, pathologic and immune responses have been demonstrated in newly diagnosed and recurrent prostate cancer. The hypothesis is that CAN-2409 can lead to improvement in the clinical outcome for patients with prostate cancer. Participants will be randomized to the CAN-2409 or control arm at a 2:1 ratio. Both arms receive standard of care active surveillance evaluations.
NCT07087769
This single-session study aims to evaluate a novel gait training protocol that integrates mechanical constraints and sensory feedback to enhance paretic leg propulsion in individuals post-stroke. The study will include 15 individuals who have experienced a stroke and 15 healthy adults, each aged 20 years or older. Participants will walk on both tied-belt and split-belt treadmills under various training conditions, including backward-directed resistance (applied at the pelvis, ankle, or both) and real-time sensory feedback (visual, auditory, or combined). These interventions will be applied individually and in combination to identify the most effective environment for promoting symmetrical gait patterns. Each session will last approximately two hours. The equipment used is non-invasive, and the risk to participants is minimal.
NCT05906628
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ruxolitinib cream in adult participants with diagnosis of chronic hand eczema (CHE) and moderate to severe disease activity (Investigator's Global Assessement (IGA) of CHE score 3 or 4).
NCT02375880
DKN-01 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (Mab) with neutralizing activity against Dkk-1 and is being developed as an anti-neoplastic agent. This study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of DKN-01 in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin in patients with carcinoma primary to the intra- or exta-hepatic biliary system or gallbladder.
NCT02996305
The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of oral OV101 (gaboxadol) in adult and adolescent subjects with Angelman syndrome. In addition, several exploratory efficacy outcome measures will be investigated.
NCT05309733
VOR33 long-term follow-up (LTFU) study
NCT06623409
Researchers are looking for new ways to prevent cancers related to human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is a common virus that can cause an infection. There are many different types of HPV. Most people's immune system can fight HPV infection and it goes away without treatment. For some people, HPV infections can last longer and may cause cancer years later. A standard vaccine to prevent HPV-related cancers is GARDASIL®9 (G9). G9 protects against 9 types of HPV but it does not protect against other types of HPV. The study vaccine (called V540B) is designed to protect against the same HPV types that G9 protects against plus other HPV types. The main goal of this study is to learn about the safety of V540B in healthy adults and if people tolerate it.
